
Spoke allows our small business to present to customers as an enterprise. With call routing, IVR, call conferencing, messaging (SMS & WhatsApp), CRM integration and call recording it gives us everything we need and more.
Customer support is second to none. The Spoke Team has helped us with special features and setting up our system so it has everything we need.
We switched from our PSTN phone system to Spoke in 2018, and it was the best decision we make. When COVID forced all our team to work from home we tranistioned without a problem. Wew also have team members located across the world andf we never have to be concerned about communications.

There is nothing about the Spoke App or service I dislike. The only issue we have is when your broadband connect is poor you have to manually pass the call to the carrier network. This is not difficult, but would be great if it happened automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
