**What do you like best about Splunk On-Call?**

I like how tightly it integrates with Nagios for on-call; allowing paging to be fully acknowledged. 

**What do you dislike about Splunk On-Call?**

I don't dislike anything at this point.  

**What problems is Splunk On-Call solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a single pane of glass solution for monitoring and on-call interaction across multiple teams.  It's a very tightly integrated system, which makes it easy to use. 

  ### 2. Work pretty well 90% of the time, but not always easy to modify.

**What do you like best about Splunk On-Call?**

Many options for alerting. Scheduling is okay, but has a learning curve. 

**What do you dislike about Splunk On-Call?**

Overriding on call is a a pain (one can not assign someone else on call unless admin). Scheduling intricate handoffs is difficult. Page loads are an issue with many teams/many users. Reporting could be more robust.

**What problems is Splunk On-Call solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending email. Vo alerts us effectively.
