Splio is one of the first French marketing technology scale-ups to evolve its CRM from SaaS to an AI-first model with over 30% of annual recurring revenue (ARR) coming from AI. **What do you like best about Splio?**

Splio’s detailed consent tracking and visitor data segmentation stand out most. Every guest permission change creates unalterable records that simplify GDPR audits and cut hours spent sorting paperwork. Its tourism-specific CSRD dashboards compile venue energy and visitor impact data automatically, while custom audit forms align perfectly with German leisure industry rules.

**What do you dislike about Splio?**

There are no pre-made templates for German leisure GDPR checks or tourism CSRD submissions. The platform’s German regulatory phrasing is uneven. Large-scale guest consent log exports are slow, and without native booking tool connections, all records must be manually saved to our permanent compliance archives.

**What problems is Splio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our old workflow split booking records, consent forms and sustainability figures across separate systems and spreadsheets. Splio brings all visitor data into one platform, formalizes GDPR audit trails and unifies environmental reporting, cutting repetitive manual collation and lowering compliance risks for venue clients.

**What do you like best about Splio?**

As a recruitment manager based in Germany, the biggest advantage of Splio is its mature GDPR-compliant data management system, which fully adapts to local data protection regulations. We can systematically record candidate subscription consent, set standardized data retention cycles and process user data deletion requests in a standardized way, effectively avoiding regulatory risks. Its all-channel unified message delivery works very well for our talent maintenance work. We can classify passive candidates by industry, seniority and job demands, and send customized job invitations and industry trend content through email and SMS centrally. The built-in data dashboard can clearly show message opening effect and candidate interaction data, helping our team adjust talent outreach plans in real daily recruitment work.

**What do you dislike about Splio?**

In actual staffing recruitment scenarios, Splio still has many practical flaws. The platform is mainly developed focusing on retail marketing, with almost no native functional modules tailored for recruitment work. We cannot sort resumes or arrange interview schedules directly inside the system, so we have to rely on other auxiliary tools. The official built-in copy templates are mostly for retail promotion, with few usable templates suitable for German local recruitment and employer branding. Meanwhile, the connection compatibility with local mainstream German recruitment websites and common enterprise HR management systems is poor, most data transmission still needs manual import and export, which wastes working time. In addition, the backend operation interface is overly complicated, and new recruiters need a long time to get familiar with various functional settings.

Splio effectively solves our core pain points of candidate data compliance management and scattered talent contact channels in German local recruitment. It unifies candidate resources collected from job fairs, online recruitment channels and internal referrals into one management platform, helping us build stable long-term talent pipelines. It replaces the traditional mass generic message sending mode, realizes accurate classified outreach, and obviously improves candidate response activity. It also standardizes our whole process of candidate data management, greatly reduces the manual sorting workload of compliance information, and makes our large-scale high-volume recruitment work more standardized and efficient under strict local privacy policies.

**What do you like best about Splio?**

I appreciate most about Splio is its balanced combination of precise B2B audience segmentation and user-friendly automation, which is perfect for our agency managing multiple German clients. The intelligent audience segmentation lets me divide subscribers into prospects, active customers, and inactive leads with AI-powered scoring, effectively reducing unsubscriptions and lifting open rates. The drag-and-drop email editor with brand templates cuts down repeated design work by allowing me to set fixed logos, brand colors, and layouts, ensuring consistency across emails. I find the journey creator easy to operate, quickly setting up lead workflows that run automatically without manual scheduling. The reporting panel is intuitive and enables me to export open rates, click data, and delivery results easily for client reports. Splio’s lightweight automation reliably manages our segmented B2B email workflows, eliminating repetitive tasks so I can focus on designing high-converting newsletter content and refining audience targeting for our German clients.

**What do you dislike about Splio?**

When I create German-language B2B newsletters filled with structured data tables and mandatory legal disclaimers required by EU regulations, the page layouts frequently break and shift across different European mail clients. There is no option to lock logos, fixed text blocks and table structures permanently. Every time I send a test preview, I have to manually realign misplaced elements over and over again. What makes it worse is the missing auto-save feature. If my browser crashes or the page refreshes accidentally, all my carefully adjusted template edits disappear without warning. I end up wasting a large amount of extra time repeatedly repairing broken designs instead of focusing on campaign optimization.

Splio eliminates repetitive manual email sending, enables precise subscriber segmentation, ensures consistent branding with its template tool, and provides clear campaign analytics, all of which centralize and simplify our email marketing workflow.

Splio is an unique marketing platform that helps companies to deal with customers with an ai powered platform, from analyzing customer data to providing customized loyalty reward programme to reactivate the inactive users. Splio helps companies from different different backgrounds such as retail, food, E- commerce, Catering, Telecom and many more sectors. Splio helps brand to campaigns and promote their services through vairous modes, push messages, emails which increases the chances of re purchasing, also by sending eye catching offers to the loyalest customers is one of the best marketing trick of the splio. They provide an on call support facility for the brands which is the best thing according to me. Samsung one of the biggest company in the world truts splio which is a best thing, splio has an easy to use ai powered dashboard which is great. Overall if you are looking for the best marketing platform for your brand, splio can be the best option. Splio has been developed by the team of marketers and developers which make them the best option among all the competitors because they know the actual need of the companies of both the sectors.

Splio no doubt is an best marketing platform but they do charge higher then other marketing agencies which make them hard for the small brands (startups especially) to onboarding them. Splio interface requires a lot of customization tools which can be automatized by various ways, overall their is not such a thing for disliking splio,

**What problems is Splio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splio helping in customized marketing for the brands to reach their customers in an interactive manner and encourage them for re-purchasing or generating new customers through emails, push sms with high success rates. Splio do run campaigns for the customers and collects data and analyze them to make this marketing automation, overall splio helped us alot in the marketing to reach customers and re activate the inactive customers by their unique loyalty and reward programme.

**What do you like best about Splio?**

As head of marketing at a startup, Splio was transformative. Its automation let us launch complex campaigns across channels with little manual work, shifting our focus to strategy and creativity. It was cost-effective, merging multiple tools into one and using analytics to guide our spending, maximizing our budget. The platform's data tools helped us understand and connect with customers personally, boosting engagement and loyalty efficiently. Splio saved us time and money, significantly improving our marketing impact.I used it pretty frequently to keep a track.

It did have a learning curve. While the platform is already pretty simple but it took me sometime to train my interns on it.

The best thing I like is it available also for offline marketing, as i am working at motorola company and we do retail marketing for the phones so it was the best thing that we started using in retail marketing.

As such I don't dislike anything because this is the best tool for our team. We have a big team for retail marketing and it is making tasks easy for everyone. So good decision!

I love being able to express myself. Spoilio does a great job with allowing me to be able to do so. It's fresh and give people a new way of being free. It's mobile and smart!

There's nothing to dislike! I love being able to access my wallet without having to go into my crazy purse. Splio is life changing and extremely innovative. Anyone would love it!
