I found Splio attractive at first by the fact that it links marketing automation with loyalty program as I assumed it work in a fluid process in terms of organizing and managing customer experiences and reward programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Data integration was not as well done as expected in Splio. The difficult part for me was the synchronization of my other social media, and customer data took a lot of time to complete.
