"Easy to Use, Smooth Intune Deployment, and Leadership-Friendly Pricing"
4/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

Generally easy to use with a standard UI. No real issue with performance on session. From a pricing aspect it was easy to get approved from leadership. Support hasn't been needed often but there appears to be plenty of information available. We integrated deployment from Intune and that has been smooth, so it's deployed to all windows machines. What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

Only with a very small number of machines in our fleet the machines are not recognized. When attempting to connect to these machines we randomly are connected to another users device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

in Splashtop it is incredibly quick to set up and simple enough for anyone to use. As a Customer support executive many time we face people who are not that tech savvy and many time the simple task to get us connected to their PC becomes such a hassle but splashtop is incredibly easy and we have also integrated with out Hotel PMS system to make the process of connecting Customer support person to the Hotel PC the fastest way possible. also the options like clipboard Sync, File transfer feature, Multi Monitor Access Help us on Daily basis to make our work Smooth & efficient. What do you dislike about Splashtop?

I dont really have any issues with the splashtop, its just that the UI of the Splashtop business can be bit better and good looking. but other than that the interface is easy to use, and customer support team use is on daily basis and we have no complaints there. The core functionality if the product is done perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure, Efficient Remote Management Tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

I like the ease of installation, the robust security settings, and the credential pass-through in Splashtop Remote Support. All these components make it a polished tool that blends into my daily work without effort. The setup process was quick, taking less than a day to configure everything from the agent installation to SSO into our admin portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

Their PowerShell remote terminal is still a little clunky, but it is a big improvement over their CMD terminal (which is still available). Oh, the remote Windows Services interface is not great yet. They keep improving things though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Shady Billing and Poor Customer Care Is Driving Us Away"
1/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

We used to enjoy their great customer support and willingness to support their paying customers, but that apparently all changed when they started making some money and gaining popularity. We were recently screwed over by their billing dep not giving us time to resolve a payment issue, and I believe it was done purposefully to get us off a legacy plan that no longer suited them.

Our bill to run remote support has now doubled and we are looking into other option. I would not recommend their services to anyone for any reason. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

Poor customer care team and shady billing practices that screwed us out of our legacy plan and doubled our monthly bill Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Remote Support for Mixed Environments"
5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

I like that Splashtop Remote Support has the option to log in to remote computers via SOS. This feature allows us to leave a link on the desktop or provide a URL for customers to connect with us, which is great for offering support. The SOS feature is particularly valuable as it lets us invite customers who aren't already on our list, by simply sending them a link or giving instructions on how to connect. This flexibility is incredibly useful for helping people worldwide, even if we haven't previously connected to them. The initial setup couldn't be easier—it's just an installation, and you can also access it via the web. I find this direct and straightforward. Additionally, it always works for us, whether we're connecting internally or over the Internet, as long as there's an Internet connection. And I'd rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommending it to others, as I've recommended it more than twice already. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

It's hard to find anything I dislike about Splashtop; it has always worked for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Remote Support, Minor File Transfer Improvement Needed"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

Splashtop has greatly improved how we remotely manage PCs, MACs, Servers, and Laptops from our office instead of making a trip to a client's location. This allows us to manage multiple devices simultaneously in multiple locations with a single technician. The remote printing and device file sharing feature is great because it allows us to perform complex installation tasks remotely, perform installations, configure applications, test them. All we need is a fresh out of the box PC with Splashtop configured on it or we send the client a Splashtop Install link and take it from there. All this without needing to leave our office. Splashtop has drastically reduced our need to dispatch for support calls, saving on expenses, Insurance, and allowing our technicians to handle multiple tickets more efficiently from the office. The setup of Splashtop Remote Support was really easy once we tested and got comfortable with it. We can easily send a small executable file to the client that they can execute, send us a code and we can get on line with them and resolve their issue in just a few minutes. This vs waiting hours for a technician to show up at their location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

I think the file transfer utility could be a little less clunky. I would like to see a file transfer window open up on the remote desktop (if we elected that) and we could easier walk clients through tasks associated with the file transfers and better watch the progress of their PC's. "Splashtop Remote Support is a Game Changer!"
5/5
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

Using Splashtop Remote Support enables me to assist my clients in the fastest and most efficient ways possible. Zoom and Teams allows us to share screens but Splashtop has been easier for my clients to access and use. I can also move files from one computer to another with the click of a few buttons. I can restart the other system and keep access, as well. I can send a quick invite or set up regular access. My clients love how quickly we can resolve issues using Splashtop Remote Support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

I honestly can't think of a downside to using Splashtop Remote Support. We've only had positive experiences over the past few years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
