## Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management Reviews
 ### 1. Centralized Management with Seamless Updates

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Calvin M. | Systems Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

I like that Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management is a one-stop shop for me to review all my inventory. I can see which user has access to what PCs and check up on their updates and patch scheduling. Doing all of this from one portal makes it super convenient. It's also more up to date than our other inventory tracking software, so I can easily see which PCs are actively being used. The functionality aligns exactly with what we were looking for, and since we were already familiar with Splashtop for remote management, the transition was extremely seamless and easy.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

I don't have a lot of input on that. Definitely just see more endpoint information, and control features would be nice.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management for automatic updates, reboots, and software patches. It provides a one-stop shop to oversee my inventory, manage user access, and easily handle updates and patches all from one convenient portal.

 ### 2. AEM Upgrade Delivered Better Windows Update Control and 3rd-Party Patching

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin J. | IT Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

For roughly the same cost as the Business Support Premium plan we had, upgrading to AEM gave us better control over Windows updates. I also appreciated the ability to update third-party software as well.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

I haven’t found any downside to AEM compared with the Support Premium Plan. It’s the same great remote tool, just with a few added bonuses. That said, it would benefit from a clearer explanation of the difference between Update Endpoint Policies and Scripts and Tasks, since those also include Windows updates.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since we only have a few Windows servers, using WSUS for updates feels like overkill, and Group Policy is pretty clunky. This tool gives us a solid, straightforward option for keeping our servers updated. It also lets us force updates on Windows machines as a fallback, which is helpful since we primarily use Intune for those.

 ### 3. Stable, Reliable Remote Management When Access Is Tough

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin D. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

Just an overall stable and reliable remote management tool that is used when access is harder or dependent on a device, etc.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

I think it's trying to be an RMM, which it was never meant to be, but I don't blame you, as you're almost 80% there. There isn't anything I dislike, but the pricing is based on someone who needs an RMM when all I want is a Remote Tool.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just give me a stable remote management tool, and connect with SOS, which allows me to connect with clients that are not managed by me. The integration within the website is awesome.

 ### 4. Reliable and efficient endpoint management solution

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Linus E. | IT Technician, Biotechnology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

Setting up and managing the platform is simple, thanks to its intuitive interface that allows for easy navigation. Remote access remains stable and responsive, even when using slower connections. The platform offers a robust set of features for monitoring and maintaining endpoints, requiring little manual effort. Regular updates ensure the tool stays secure and functional, all without causing any disruptions. Whenever issues come up, customer support is both responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

The reporting and analytics features would be more useful if they offered greater customization for in-depth insights. While the mobile app is functional, it would be improved by the addition of more advanced management options. I have also noticed occasional minor delays when switching between several remote sessions.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management has made it much easier for us to manage and maintain endpoints across various locations, eliminating the need for frequent on-site visits. The platform allows for rapid troubleshooting and remote support, which helps minimize user downtime and keeps our operations running efficiently. With automated patching and updates, our systems remain secure and compliant with very little manual intervention required. The central dashboard provides clear insight into device health and activity, simplifying proactive maintenance. In summary, it saves us time, cuts down on travel expenses, and boosts productivity for both our IT team and end-users.

 ### 5. Integrative and Cost-Effective Management Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brent K. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

I really like that Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management is cost-effective and integrates well with Splashtop itself, so it doesn't feel like a third-party product just stitched in, unlike some competitors. It works really well and I haven't had any problems with it yet. I also appreciate that it lets me go to one place for everything I need to do, like checking inventory for upgrades, ensuring patches are good, or pulling reports, without having to switch to a different vendor. It's pretty much my one-stop shop. The initial setup was very easy since I was already using Splashtop, and it was on as soon as I provided my credit card. Even though there was a bit of configuration, it would have worked right out of the box.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

I have seen some patches that say they failed to be deployed, but they actually are deployed, or there's a newer version installed that should supersede the patch it's trying to deploy. Additionally, I would like the ability to specify what software should be on a group's computers, like a provisioning system. It would be nice if I could just set it so a particular group always gets specific software, and when I add someone to that group, it immediately starts pushing those patches or software.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management for remote management, ensuring HIPAA compliance, timely patching, and up-to-date systems for municipalities and compliant offices without needing to be physically present.

 ### 6. Convenient Access, Needs Offline Command Feature

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ugo c. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

I really appreciate that with Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management, I don't have to worry about connecting through a VPN to access endpoints, which is a huge feature I like. I also like that it alerts me when devices are online or offline, and although many remote devices do this nowadays, the fact that I don’t need to use VPN apps to install the agents and access devices is a huge plus. Setting it up was pretty easy and navigating around is straightforward. There are lots of things you can do with Splashtop, which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

I think Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management should work on the ability to run commands offline when devices are offline. There should be a script or a feature that allows administrators to run commands or scripts if you cannot reach the device back. It's one area that I think needs improvement.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management to reach out to end devices and hardware for quality support, keeping systems running smoothly.

 ### 7. Effortless Endpoint Management with Stellar Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shahin K. | President, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

I really like the automated patch management in Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management. It handles Windows and third-party app updates across all our endpoints without any manual effort, which is a game changer. The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate. Additionally, being able to run remote commands and scripts on demand is incredibly useful for our IT team. It's saved our IT team several hours a week and has dramatically improved our security posture. The tool is a massive time-saver and really gives me peace of mind knowing everything is patched and monitored.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

The initial setup and agent deployment took a bit of time to get right, but once it was configured it runs smoothly. The reporting could also be a bit more customizable — it would be nice to have more flexible options for scheduling and exporting reports.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management helps us remotely manage and monitor endpoints for external users, saving us a huge amount of time with automated patch management and remote scripting, dramatically improving our security posture.

 ### 8. Streamlined Updates, Excellent Dashboards, Minor Sync Issues

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew V. | Business Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

I like the reporting in the dashboards because it helps me clearly see what's going on with the computers. It's really helpful that I don't have to log in to each and every computer to see what updates are available. Instead, I get alerts if there's a virus threat or if the virus definitions are out of date, which is nice. Also, I appreciate that I can set configurations so that updates only apply when I want them to.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

Sometimes I've had issues with the Windows updates that they apply but then don't report back for whatever reason. It goes in an infinite loop until it finally syncs up and sees that the updates were actually installed.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management to easily figure out updates needed for a client without individually checking machines. It alerts me about virus threats, ensures virus definitions are up to date, and lets me control when updates apply.

 ### 9. Efficient Tool for Patch and Remote Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ruairidh H. | IT & Cyber Security Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

I like that Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management works really well with Splashtop remote access and reports effectively. The integration helps in maintaining as few management tools and surface areas as possible while retaining functionality and impact, which is important, especially with patch management and redressing vulnerabilities. The initial setup was super easy; I just needed to create groups, create policies, and assign them.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

I don't like the way Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management handles skipping specific versions of patches. It'd be better if it highlighted versions identified as 'problematic' and allowed removing a specific version from enforcement to reduce the impact of poorly patched devices.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management for smarter patch management and effective remote management across devices. It integrates well with Splashtop remote access, helping us maintain fewer tools while retaining functionality, especially important for managing patching and vulnerabilities.

 ### 10. Remote Monitoring Made Easy with Splashtop

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shane O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

I like Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management because of the remote connection feature, which is the main reason I use the software. It also notifies me when a computer is down, which is important because if a computer is down, the cameras are down too, and I like to know that. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

The dashboard update screen doesn’t make complete sense to me but that might be an issue with being new to the software. When I view the vulnerabilities page, it allows me to select multiple computers and update the streamer but not run the windows updates.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management for remote connection mainly, and I like that it notifies me when a computer is down, indicating camera issues. I'm also exploring windows updates management.

 ### 11. Centralized Management Made Easy, But Would Prefer More Details Without Searching

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John M. | Help Desk Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

It's great to have the computers in my company grouped as I like and accessible from one desktop. Inventory and management features all in one general area.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

It could have some more information available without creating a report or drilling down to find information. Having more built in automations for common actions would be nice.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splashtop allows me to see issues or do tasks without going to a physical pc or having an end user bring it into the office or IT department. It also allows to setup planned actions for groups or specific machines.

 ### 12. SAEM: Easy Setup and Seamless Daily Workflow Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian C. | Network Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

The best feature of SAEM is how easy it is to set up and use. Never have to mess with settings. As someone who uses it several times a day, I enjoy how easy it is to integrate into my workflow.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

The one thing I don't like is there is no automatic de-activation of a computer. We image machines a lot, and if someone forgets to de-activate, then we will have 2 machines in the system for the one computer.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have issues with updates from windows. As an educational site we cannot have updates interrupting classes or board meetings. Scheduling windows for updates is such a blessing.

 ### 13. Effortless Remote Management & Comprehensive Dashboard

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

I like the admin dashboard of Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management because everything I need is in one place and I don’t have to go to multiple platforms to accomplish tasks. It works to my expectations or even exceeds them. The initial setup is also incredibly easy, so much so that a beginner could do it effortlessly. The ability for unattended remote access, along with automatic updates and security patches, is invaluable for managing a small sized church.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

N/A - Everything works well for my use case

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management for unattended remote access, automatic updates, and security patches. The admin dashboard consolidates everything I need in one site, so I don't have to check multiple places.

 ### 14. SOS Feature Makes Endpoint Management So Much Easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

Our System Admins and myself love the SOS feature. It makes working with our endpoints so much easier. My System Admin also likes the ability to push patches out.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

Currently I have heard no negative feedback. I did have one experience where SOS allowed me onto the Endpoint but mouse and keyboard signals were lost. I struggled to find instructions on what to do to resolve that.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main benefit has been working with our endpoint users when something needs adjusted on their user account on the endpoint and not at the administrator level. It also allows us to have teaching moments with our users.

 ### 15. Remote OS Patching and Script Automation Made Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Larry H. | Chief Technology Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

I like that it allows me to remotely apply OS patches and run scripts to ensure policy compliance. It is easy to use and configure to keep my customers up to date!

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

Honestly, I love the tool and can't think of improvements at this time!

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can schedule the patches to apply and when they succeed or fail I am notified. It is an excellent tool!

 ### 16. Tremendous Time-Saver for Managing Multiple Locations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike H. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

It’s a tremendous time-saver when managing multiple locations.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

There’s very little to dislike overall, but occasionally a location doesn’t update when I request it.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have frequent software updates, and scheduling them relieves me of having to log in to each unit separately and update everything manually. This saves me countless hours of work, and the time I get back lets me focus on other tasks.

 ### 17. Effective Automation, Needs Better Support

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew N. | Helpdesk Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

I like the automation part of Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management because it means I don't have to look everything up myself. It's really helpful as it gives us a good starting point. The initial setup was pretty easy, and the guiding material worked really well to get us where we needed to be.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

I think the biggest thing Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management could improve is their customer support.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management cuts out a lot of my legwork by handling machine updates, giving us a good starting point and saving me from looking everything up myself.

 ### 18. Splashtop Makes Remote Support Easy, Minor Lag Occasionally

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

It has everything I need to remote into a pc, whether it be to troubleshoot or just show an end user how to finish a task. I love the SOS function and its SUPER easy to install. We use is frequently, and I mean literally everyday multiple times a day. Back to the SOS, it makes it integrating splashtop onto any pc extremely fast and easy.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

The one thing I wish could be a bit better; is the lag I get sometimes. There are many other factors that can affect this so it's not that big of deal breaker.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves 95% of any issue I have with a user. It makes it where I can get other work done and not have to break my stride when I get rolling work wise.

 ### 19. Efficient Endpoint Management with Seamless Usability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donald W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

I appreciate the ease of use of Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management. It's easy to see what needs to be managed and schedule updates, which is really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

The only thing I don't like is on my Mac. Occasionally, the interface just drops out, and I had to keep logging back into it to get back into the web page management console.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management to manage several hundred computers simultaneously, avoiding remote access to each. It automates updates, ensuring cybersecurity compliance for my clients, especially those with strict insurance and compliance requirements.

 ### 20. Proactive Management, Needs Reporting Refinement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

I like Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management's proactive alerting and remediation. It's valuable because it directly gives alerts about issues like failed patches, low disk space, and high CPU usage.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

Reporting and analytics can be improved and alert noise is also need to be worked

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management to centrally manage, monitor, and secure all endpoints, solving lack of visibility. It provides proactive alerting and remediation, alerting us to issues like failed patches and high CPU usage directly.

 ### 21. Smart Card Support and Remote Management That Keep Us Patched

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

Remote Management - This is one of the few tools we have which supports smart card which is a requirement of ours
Inventory Management - Inventory of PCs and Software
Patch Management - Helping us keep inventory patched

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

The advantage of using Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint is that everything is in one account and allows me to see information quickly and easily. It's also very cost effective. We have loved the features and the services it allows us to add to our stable for clients. The ease of implementation was terrific and made it easy to add.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

At this point we haven't see any downsides of using the Autonomous Endpoint Management.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management is integrating three services into a single place which makes things easier for our technicians.

 ### 23. A feature that has made IT Admin life 10x easier!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam H. | IT Manager and Network Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

The best part of Splashtop's Autonomous Endpoint Management is the integration with other Splashtop tools like Remote. The fact that we already had the Streamer agent on every PC for remote access meant that utilizing the AEM took practically no effort because implementation was already done. I've tried various AEM tools over the past couple of years, and Splashtop's is, by far, the most intuitive and functional out of all of them.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

The only downsides I can mention are the ones that come with any endpoint management software or service. Sometimes there's quirky behavior with .msi deployment or a remote command script. Nothing major at all!

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It so easy to build schedules and manage OS patching for both desktops and Windows Servers. These automated tools for updates are running every month and save IT a ton of overtime, not needing to manually update each Windows server. Also, the ability to deploy a simple command prompt code is so nice and wildly convenient over any other available method we currently have available. I've used it quite a few times, and every time it's saved me hours upon hours of labor.

 ### 24. Simple Setup, Fair Pricing, and a Release Cycle That Prioritizes Fixes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

It’s simple to set up and maintain, and the price feels reasonable. The development cycle also seems to prioritize bug fixes and finishing features before each release, which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

Sometimes the client updates and then stays “offline” until the computer is restarted. Nearly every time, a restart fixes the issue by the time I’m called in to provide remote support anyway. But from the perspective of the people I support, they still had to reboot, and it felt like it was your fault.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote desktop, software patching, AV monitoring

 ### 25. Splashtop is exactly what I needed

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

What I like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management is how it just takes care of everything automatically without me having to think about it. The setup was surprisingly straightforward, and now it handles all the updates and patches across our devices without any manual work on my part. I really appreciate the clear dashboard that shows me the status of everything at a glance - it's not cluttered or confusing like some other tools I've tried. The automated monitoring catches issues before they become real problems, which has saved us from several potential headaches. It's also been rock solid reliable since we started using it, and the cost is reasonable compared to other enterprise solutions we looked at. Overall, it just works quietly in the background and lets me focus on other things instead of constantly managing device updates and security patches.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

Honestly, I don't have any major complaints. It does what it's supposed to do.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splashtop is solving two big headaches for me - keeping all our computers patched and updated, and being able to access remote machines when I need to. Before this, I was constantly chasing people to install updates or having to physically go to different computers to fix things. Now the patching happens automatically in the background, so I don't have to worry about security vulnerabilities or missing critical updates. The remote access piece has been huge too - I can troubleshoot problems, install software, or check on systems from anywhere without having to drive to different locations or walk people through fixes over the phone. It's saved me tons of time and made managing our computers so much less stressful. Instead of being reactive and putting out fires all the time, I can actually stay on top of things proactively.

 ### 26. A pleasant way to manage cyber security and updates of my team remotely

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle W. | Director of IT, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

Using endpoint management has ensured that we comply with cyber essentials by making sure crucial updates are installed on all machines within 14 days. It also makes it easier to make sure software is updated so that everyone is discussing the same version of software and to prevent incompatibility across versions. Super easy to implement into my teams machines and integrate into my working schedule. Customer support was very helpful when I first got the software. I frequently use Splashtop to remote into my teams machines so this has just been addition to that.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

There seems to be very limited software that can be updated with the endpoint management at the current time, but I have been assured that this will be improved. I can't seem to FORCE the update to happen.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving people running on outdated versions of windows and other software that could potentially be a security risk. It also helps with compliance around insurance with some members of the team being remote.

 ### 27. Splashtop. Simple and secure endpoint management.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danny H. | Customer Service Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

Like most remote access applications, Splashtop allows for access to client PC's. The portal made grouping users and clients PC's easy allowing me to setup permissions and rules for each. This made deployment easy. The servers are responsive and fast, so deployment packages can be quickly distributed. The customisable security features suited our business. User account activation and 2FA emails arrive seconds later meaning that the signup and procedures are secure but not onerous on end users. The ability to have more than one technician log into the same site is a real plus. It has made training our junior team so much easier and stopped the issues we previously had of getting kicked out when another user logs in.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

The most powerful tools in Splashtop are only available with an addon or Enterprise versions, which are significantly more expensive. And even with the addon, some features are only available to admins.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compared to other remote access solutions we've so far found Splashtop to be quicker and more responsive. Their mobile phone application is amazing. We needed the addon package for a couple of features to meet our business requirements. The extra tools and reporting this gave us some really good tools and has highlighted some security concerns in our network we had missed.

 ### 28. A Must-Have Upgrade for Any Splashtop User

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ilan S. | CTO, CIO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

What I like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management is its powerful combination of features that turn a great remote access solution into a full-fledged, proactive IT management platform that is very easy to use and easy to implement. The seamless integration with Splashtop Remote Support, coupled with automated patch management, antivirus deployment, and real-time monitoring, saves our team significant time and effort. It allows us to move from a reactive support model to a preventive one, ensuring our endpoints are secure and our operations are efficient.
If you encounter any problem or need any help, the support is there and responds very quickly!
I use Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management features every day. It's automatic!

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

While Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management provides excellent core features, I would like to see further enhancements in a few key areas. Specifically, more advanced reporting and customizable analytics would be beneficial for tracking long-term trends and compliance. Additionally, expanding the scripting capabilities to support a broader range of languages and offering a richer library of pre-built scripts would allow for more complex automation and greater flexibility in our IT operations.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solves the major challenge of managing and securing a distributed endpoint environment. It has helped us move from a reactive 'break-fix' support model to a proactive, automated one. This has significantly reduced manual workload for our IT team by automating critical tasks like patch management and security updates. The primary benefits are increased operational efficiency, enhanced security posture, and the ability to prevent issues before they impact our users, all while keeping our costs manageable.

I use Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management to manage Windows PCs, solving the problem of physically visiting each system to update them.

 ### 32. Effortless Setup and Deployment, Incredibly Easy to Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter T. | Technology Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

It's simple to setup, deploy, and use. It's also relatively inexpensive.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

It seems like these types of software could do so much all in one package--especially since they install an agent on each device. But it doesn't do everything.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We started using Splashtop primarily for remote access but like I stated in a previous question, they added more functionality that we didn't have with other software so we're using it to help us with inventory--both hardware and software. We also started using it to help with patching.

 ### 33. How Splashtop AEM helps us work through major issues with a small IT crew.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonah F. | IT Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

Splashtop has been helping us through the pandemic, allowing our end users a means to access their workstations remotely. It has allowed us in IT to be more efficient in providing support for our end-users in that we don't have to waste precious minutes walking from one desk to another. It has allowed us to automate most of our basic patching for our operating systems. It also allows us to automate software roll-outs to the end-points so that we don't have to, again, waste precious time walking around.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

I do not have any complaints regarding Splashtop.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved the issue of how best to manage remote workers during the pandemic and has continued to do so. It has also provided us a means to manage patching for our end points.

 ### 34. Splashtop is a core utility of my IT MSP business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tavis C. | Systems Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

I use Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management to automatically install updates and patches on endpoints for my client workstations. A day doesn't go by that I am not remoting into a computer using Splashtop. It makes it easy to manage updates on the endpoints, view what updates are needed, view hardware and software inventory, and so much more. I can also remote into a command prompt and run commands without actually having to remote into the computer and interrupt the user. Creating update schedules and policies is very easy. It also works fantastic with Splashtop Endpoint Security!

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

I'm not really sure that there is anything.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management makes it effortless to schedule patching for workstations and servers. I've created a separate policy for both servers and workstations.

 ### 35. Nothing Better!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victor M. | IT Support Specialist 2, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

I have used Splashtop daily in my job as an IT Specialist for over 10 years. I tried other products but Splashtop has been the best and most reliable, far and away. I've used it to connect to coworkers computers on the other side of the world, without any difficulty. I love that it gives me administrator privileges right at the onset, signed on as the user who is not an administrator. That has made a huge difference.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

Sometimes it's hard navigating when people have multiple monitors. Not sure what the fix would be for that.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote connection to users all over the world, with easy administrator access when the user is still signed on as themself.

 ### 36. A Generally Easy Software to Implement and Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

Splashtop was easy to integrate when our organization first moved to it a few years back and we've been using it ever since. Either install the agent manually or have an app management system push the agent to all endpoints (like Intune, in our case), and you're quickly managing all of your devices. It's very easy to connect to endpoints using the GUI, and seamless to the end user when needing to run Powershell. The chat function works well when a phone call isn't already active, and file transfer is easy. Anytime we've needed to contact Splashtop support (whether for technical issues or basic troubleshooting), they were quick to respond and helpful. Updates are also easy to complete from their portal or through the app itself.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

Rarely, we'll have a user whose agent doesn't start when logged in. We have a remediation script in Intune we can run to force the service to start, but this is an occasional rare annoyance.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splashtop makes it easy for us to remote into endpoints for support, updates, or applying any changes we need to make.

 ### 37. Easy Remote Access for Supporting Users Anywhere

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David S. | IT Hardware Technician, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

Easy access to help remotely support users even when they are not on the network.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

Automatic updating of the Streamer is hit or miss.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing us to help users quickly.

 ### 38. An easy to use tool for unattended remote access.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

We have been using Splashtop's remote access throughout the whole org to remotely access business machines. We as IT utilizing it at its fullest to provide tech support to end users effectively.
Couple features that I find very helpful to me:
1) WAN/LAN IP addresses:
while troubleshooting DHCP, DNS related errors, instead of asking user to follow tedious steps and get info, we can directly view these details. WAN info help us make a guess of their physical location if they are working from office or home.
2) Activity status:
If I have to work on a machine, I can quickly see if the machine is currently being used or free to work on.
3) Last online/Offline.
4) I can create groups and allow access to particular machines to the clients or departments.

Customer Support:
I haven't had extensive experience with support as this product doesn't give any problems which you can't resolve on your own. In rare cases I had to reach out to them. they were cordial and got their response after little wait.

Deployment/Implementation:
It was really easy to generate deployment codes and send it out to users to set it up. This was a real breeze.

Security:
The 2FA is proving to be very essential for us as we are using it in healthcare industry and privacy is a primary objective there.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

I haven't had extensive experience with support as this product doesn't give any problems which you can't resolve on your own. In rare cases I had to reach out to them. their turnaround time was quick.

Some things I disklike about product itself:
. The streamer update service runs in background which causes the streamer app to become offline sometimes. User needs to restart the network adapter or computer make it come back online so it can be accessed remotely again.
. Create groups/teams and set remote machine permissions. Essentially to apply ACLs on multiple groups. right now, it applies to whole tenant.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned earlier, We as IT utilizing it at its fullest to provide tech support to end users effectively. While troubleshooting end clients' computer issue(s)/errors, instead of asking user to follow tedious steps and get info to us, we can remote into the user desktop and walk them through the solutions.

 ### 39. Great Experience Overall

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

Very user friendly. Easy software to deploy and have users create a remote access pin.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

IP conflicts are numerous. Splashtop does not auto correct nor identify duplicate MACs/IP's

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accessing our organizations endpoints remotely. Very easy to access and troubleshoot end user devices while being able to quickly look at device details as well. Very useful tool in day to day management!

 ### 40. Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** joseph k. | Tech lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

One of the standout features of Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management is its ability to streamline and automate routine tasks, which significantly boosts efficiency across our service desk operations. I particularly appreciate the intuitive interface and the real-time visibility it provides into endpoint health and performance. It empowers our team to proactively address issues before they escalate, reducing downtime and improving user satisfaction. The automation capabilities are a game-changer—they allow us to focus more on strategic initiatives rather than manual troubleshooting.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

While Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management offers strong automation and visibility features, one area that could use improvement is the granularity of reporting and analytics. At times, the data views feel a bit limited when trying to drill down into specific endpoint behaviors or historical trends. Enhanced customization in reporting would make it even more valuable for strategic decision-making and compliance tracking. That said, the platform is evolving quickly, and I’m optimistic that future updates will address these gaps.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a tech lead, one of the biggest challenges we face is maintaining visibility and control over a growing number of endpoints across distributed teams. Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solves this by providing centralized, real-time monitoring and automation capabilities that significantly reduce manual overhead.

It helps us proactively detect and remediate issues before they impact users, which improves uptime and service quality. The automation of routine tasks—like patching, software deployment, and system health checks—frees up our team to focus on higher-value initiatives. It also enhances our security posture by ensuring endpoints are consistently updated and compliant.

Overall, it’s been a key enabler in scaling our support operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of reliability and responsiveness.

 ### 41. Splashtop is my primary work tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

I have been using Splashtop Remote Support almost daily to access and manage Windows, Mac, and Linux systems. Overall, it has become an indispensable tool in my workflow, offering reliable and seamless remote access across different operating systems. I can even get access to machines that are not directly licensed through Splashtop SOS. My subscription allows me to group computers by customer and to offer individual users access to a subset of machines as necessary so they can work remotely when out of the office or for support personnel to get to the systems they need access to.
One of the standout features for me is its excellent support for multiple platforms. Being able to connect quickly to Windows, Mac, and Linux machines without compatibility issues saves me a lot of time and effort. The connection stability and speed are consistently solid.
Security is a top priority for remote support, and Splashtop delivers with end-to-end encryption and other security measures. This reassures me that sensitive data remains protected during remote sessions.
The product offers useful features such as remote printing, remote wake, reboot, file transfer, and multi-monitor support. These tools enhance my ability to troubleshoot effectively and manage systems remotely.
Considering the robustness of features and reliability, I find the pricing to be reasonable and a good value for daily use.
Their support team deserves special mention. Whenever I’ve needed assistance, they’ve been helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable—promptly resolving my issues and providing clear guidance.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

I would like the licensing model to allow more gradual growth. To grow from 100 users to the next level is too large. I would rather see a 10 user pack offering

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can see what the user is seeing and I can access the machine off hours if needed.

 ### 42. Splashtop AEM Has Been Great

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

I really enjoy the information the dashboards can provide and allowing you to quickly see which devices are falling into certain categories to take action. One of the features we have gotten the most use out of thus far is the OS Patching. It has been helpful to get that setup and now that it has the capabilities to push Windows 11 updates too. This will be very helpful as we get closed to Microsoft's EOL for Windows 10.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

I haven't run into too many headache causing issues but there have been times in the OS Patching interface where devices will display that no updates are available but when clicking into the PC details it does have updates available. One other piece would be related to OS Patches not seeming to always push when available by itself? We have a policy setup for devices that is set to Approve "Features Updates" but after days a device that we see has an update does not seem to auto update so we end up going to manually push it at times. Overall I love the direction AEM is going though!

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The two pieces it is helping solve the most is the ability to push scripts via the 1 to Many Actions for installations / configuration changes. Then, the OS Patching feature to allow us to keep devices up to date as updates become available. It saves a lot of time being able to see that data at a quick glance within the Dashboard or when digging into devices individually for something specific.

 ### 43. Easy Remote Control for Computers and Android Devices

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

Ability to easily remote into computers and android devices and control them.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

The tools aren't as powerful as BeyondTrust (Bomgar) but for our needs it is enough.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patching of devices. It saves time.

 ### 44. Just As Good As TeamViewer/GoToMyPC, But Cheaper

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

I like the fact that you can incorporate MFA and identity management (such as through Okta) for easy user authentication and management. I also have to commend their account reps; they are very responsive and understanding.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

I feel that their management interface isn't the most well-designed and finding a few common things you may want to access can be found in a few unintuitive places.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We originally implemented it in an emergency effort to get everyone in our company remote access to their workstations during the COVID lockdowns. We have since implemented a more traditional VPN, but we still occasionally provide Splashtop access for a limited number of users who cannot use VPN for various reasons. It is a reliable solution that our special-case users understand and provides everything they need. Simple as that.

 ### 45. The Autonomous Endpoint Management is a really nice add on for Splashtop Enterprise

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

I am already a customer of Splashtop Enterprise. What I like most is that Autonomous Endpoint Management is integrated to my current version of Splashtop so I am abler to do OS & 3rd Party Software patching from the same console. I also like the Endpoint Security Overview report which show me in a simple way the endpoints that are at risk ( disabled Endpoint protection , threats found per endpoint, etc.)

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

One feature that needs improvement is the 3rd party Software patching. The list of the software that is supported is very limited.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a small IT department in our company with limmited resources. It helped us to patch our endpoints all over the country in a very simple way. It also helped us to check in a simple way the security status of our endpoints.

 ### 46. Scheduled Updates Made Easy with Helpful Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

It's helpful that you can preset scheduled times for updates to occur and have some reporting on how it went.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

It would be nice to have an iPad app for this as the mobile browser's functionality is not the best experience.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes me aware of what systems are current with all patches and which ones are still needing their Critical updates ad patches installed.

 ### 47. Splashtop Endpoint Security Superb like NO OTHER.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Enforcement | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

What we like best is the ease of usability. We are frequently looking to improve security and implementation. The endpoint security dashboard is very intuitive and accurate. Lists all devices, known threats, virus definition updates, and which AV software is installed. There's also a graph which makes it visibly pleasing. The ease of integration within the network is seamless. Before submitting this review we scanned all 300 endpoints, finding multiple unprotected PC's. An outstanding job with this new feature.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

Not much negative i can say about the autonomous endpoint manager.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving are but not limited to: Windows updates on a mass deployment level, AV status, vulnerabilities, and alerts. Helps keep all endpoints up to date autonomously while lightening the load on admins.

 ### 48. Great Business Tool with All Controls Needed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

It's easy to organize groups for security access to specific endpoints. It's also great to have it SSO so we can control enhanced security.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

Only the owner can do certain functions which leaves admins needed to use a single owner account to make significant changes. This doesn't always work with large organizations.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can manage all our customers computers that are on-site easily. In addition, the SOS tool allows for ad-hoc connections between employees in the offices and the field.

 ### 49. Incredible Value, Even Better Price

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Drew E. | System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

Splashtop gives us the ability to deploy and monitor to all of our various machines in a way that is much more manageable than even the more expensive options from Microsoft and others. From script deployment to security compliance, Splashtop can assist with it all. If you ever run into a problem, their customer support is also quick to help and always available.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

It has shown how some of our other monitoring is incomplete.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping all machines accessible with controlled access.

 ### 50. Very pleased remote support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

We use Splashtop to support our remote workforce. We stood up our own splash page to direct employees to a single click download and it has worked great for the past 3 years we've used it. While we haven't used their support often, they have been quick to respond and give us immediate resolution. We really appreciate the SSO capabilities and the ability to deploy using Intune.

**What do you dislike about Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management?**

Have not found anything we dislike about the product at this point.

**What problems is Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to use an on-premise solution and with COVID, workforce became more mobile. We use it to support our remote workforce on Windows, Mac and mobile devices (iOS).
