Additionally, I am quite impressed with the Splash support team; they are robust and supportive, resolving all queries and concerns within 24 hours. **What do you dislike about Splash?** Some of the system-generated features are not customizable, like the QR code pdf & sometimes I also face difficulties with adjusting the blocks & columns' height & width across devices. **What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?** All Bentley physical events are managed using Splash, from creating the RSVP landing page to checking in guests at the event.
