Splash has allowed me to scale event management across our entire B2B sales organization. The ability for me to control event creation through a form, to feed a specific theme based on the event is a huge part of what makes our self-service event management a success. If a current product doesn't exist, the team at Splash are all ears trying to create a solution while the product is added to the roadmap. Their customer service team is great about both educating the user while working along-side them to solve any issues that arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some products within the Splash platform leave much to be desired - i.e. their breakout sessions functionalitly. This is something that has been on the roadmap for a number of years and the current end product is a poor user experience for the event owners as well as our invitees. Would also love for there to be more support for non-English languages through translations, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Userfriendly and simple to use. Very responsive customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Limited theme and template options available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Splash is a great platform for event hosting, both in person and virtual. Easy to contact attendees by email and check in attendees at the event. The virtual event setup is also really easy to use and a good experience for users. I also appreciate how quickly their support responds to my tickets - I usually get a response in hours. Some of the ways that the pages are set up can be confusing and counter intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Splash is extremely easy to use and navigate on both the back end and as an end-user. We use Splash for event registration, landing pages, event emails and Splash Studio for our virtual events and webinars. Their Splash Studio is makes it very easy to put on virtual events. Attendees can easily access the platform (after using them a year, we haven't yet once had anyone reach out about issues logging in!) and it's easy for speakers to login, as well. Splash landing pages are simple and clean, I can whip up a registration page in only a few minutes. I also love that you can fully brand Splash with your own branding, vanity URL, and from/reply-to emails. Customer support has always been helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It feels like many of the extras and services come at an additional fee. Things that you assume are something you can simply set up on your own like integrations require their services at an added cost. Fees per user is also not ideal and their webpage builder tool can be a bit hard to use at times if you aren't working from a pre-made template.
As far as Splash Studio, the only thing I don't like is how long it takes for recordings to be uploaded after a virtual event concludes (sometimes an entire day). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The design is really sleek and it's easy to pull together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there was a Zoom integration so that when peope RSVP, they get a calendar invite with a Zoom link attached.
Also, when people join the event, the splash page should direct people the livestream or Zoom call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In my work with events, I have been slowed down by lack of web resources internally or slow turn around from other teams. Splash allows my event team to remove that reliance on other teams who are busy. As a marketer, web skills are not a top skillset for me, but Splash has empowered me to finally harness the web skills I lacked, and their platform allows me to not start from scratch. I like the branding guidance they provide at the start then seeing how that branding is applied to a large library of templates provides a lot of options immediately. The platform seems to have been built by events specialists based on the features and options that are included. Overall, I like that Splash added a new and needed skillset for me and my team. The capabilities are very extensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's got a bit of a steep learning curve especially if web has not been a primary skill for you. The Splash team provides plenty of guidance and resources but be prepared to learn a lot in the process. The user interface is a little confusing at times but generally fun to figure out. There are a ton of options and capabilities which means you can do just about anything that you have ideas for. But the platform is not 'simple'. However, having a web platform for events that event teams can learn and use is worth it. After using it more and more, you get the hang of it and won't want to do events without Splash. Easy to use, very customizable and replicable tool.
I can create event LPs within 15 minutes and publish them to guests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It could be a little easier to use the event page interfaces (sometimes they are very blocked) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the user interface of splash is very easy to learn. Their online instructional videos have a good sense of humor. We are currently planning 6 events using splash and it's very easy to collect registrants data, send calendar invites, confirmations and other reminders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main downside is that they take a cut of the payments- so I have to pay both stripe and splash for my ticketed events. But it's still much easier than requesting checks from payees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am not a designer by any means, yet I have never created an event on Splash that looked anything less than beautiful. The best part? It also only takes me minutes to create. As a field marketer with a ton on my plate and a ton of events to execute from beginning to end, Splash makes every step of the event lifecycle simpler. With the Salesforce integration, I'm able to connect all of my registration data back to SFDC campaigns, preventing me from having to manually upload or update attendee data. This is one of my favorite parts of this platform because I remember how miserable I was doing it the old way. Splash absolves you from every manual process you've ever associated with managing a scaled field event program. I think the only thing it can't do is secure a venue for you.
Whether you are a team of 1 or a team of 100, you need to have Splash for your event marketing programs. Trust me. No other event tool compares to the simplicity and scalability of Splash. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that I don't currently have Splash at my new job (yet). :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
