The ease in which I can quickly re-create a registration page by duplicating a previous page. I can make edits quickly as needed as well, whenever I want to. Also, the splash customer service is probably the best I have ever encountered. Not only are they very responsive, they are quick, super knowledgable, super heplful and along with their explanations, they send videos showing you how to do something. It is an extra charge to include ceros links which we like to use and a lot of the design is based on boxes. Also, the fact that you cannot add a QR code into the body of a confirmation email sucks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the ability to customize according to our brand guidelines, or even to the design for a specific event. Also, the ability to create templates and duplicate an event is great. We also find value with the integration with Salesforce so we are able to clearly track which prospects or clients are registering and coming to our events. The support is good, but I do wish we had more immediate response to questions or troubleshooting. I get that this is tough to scale and I believe more premium packages offer quicker support, but sometimes we're in a bind and just need some simple guidance.
