What do you like best about Spiro?

Spiro is extremely easy to use and customize reports and your dashboard. It is intuitive and simple to navigate. Not a lot of time is spent figuring out how to do things. Their 101 tutorials are also helpful and easy to follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spiro?

I don't have anything I dislike yet. We are in the very early stages of being live and I have yet to run into anything to complain about. Any questions we have had Spiro has answered quickly and helped us every step of the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spiro?

The service is very simple and intuitive to use. We can add and remove users, companies, opportunities, etc. as needed. The dashboard is well designed to have all information in one place. Even the report-building tools are straightforward and offer a strong analytics backbone to what we do. What do you dislike about Spiro?

Ideally, we could have fewer users since our sales department overall doesn't represent a large volume of our employee base. I recognize their need to have a minimum QTY of users, however, as a means of assuring minimum margins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've had issues historically being able to have all of our sales information in a single spot. We knew it would take a simple but robust platform to get us there. I would like to see the return of page navigation for my contacts. I put them in alphabetical order, and sometimes I need to jump pages ahead, and it is time-consuming to press the up arrow for each page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We chose Spiro because it was very flexible and easy to manipulate with the data we input. That was very important to us — to ensure that this became our CRM. t's easier to use, and has a lot of community support in our company. What do you like best about Spiro?

Simple design, AI technology-based, no need for manually logging any activities. Great iOS app, easy to use on both, desktop and app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It does require you to have full bar LTE and or 5G to do anything, I wish it would be less data using, like WhatsApp or Facebook messenger where you can make phone or video calls with 2-3 bars on 3G or even LTE. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spiro?

The assistant lining up work for you. I still wish you could ignore some things on the automated assistant, but for the most part it is great for lining up work to do and making sure people get contacted when they are supposed to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The phone is a bit spotty sometimes when I am trying to connect through my car. Also checking texts and voicemails on the phone app are difficult or leave something to be desired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
