What do you like best about Spiro?

Some of the highlights are:

- easy and intuitive to use

- Reminder function is much better than in other CRM systems and a very useful tool

What do you dislike about Spiro?

Share reports with colleagues could be easier (like in Salesforce) just add (@ Max) and the colleague receives a notice

What do you like best about Spiro?

Spiro AI is a great CRM to use. It's very easy and intuitive, especially for small, mid, and large companies. They go above making the experience for clients the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spiro?

As with all software platforms, it takes some time to get used to. But after diving in it assists. I do not use the assistant very much as it tends to pull in info I do not need. But overall being able to work in synergy with email to the assistant to set reminders and create contacts or opportunities is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spiro?

I appreciate the pipeline view for leads, as it can really help with visualization. I also like that it automatically connects to social media profiles and websites, making it easier to connect with prospects. They recently integrated a campaign feature, which is basically allowing. you to send out emails at a specific date and time, which is good for the "set it and forget it" kind of outreach. I also like that you can group people to a company, but different opportunities, if needed. This helps with larger organiziatiions that have multiple brands. What do you dislike about Spiro?

It is not easy to adjust campaigns. You cannot change the date, you have to completely re-add the campaign email template. It is not as easy as I think it should be to add new prospects. You have to go to the "contacts" tab. I wish there was a way to "save and add another" or something similar. The spiro assistant has been changed a lot, and it never seems to show me only my contacts. They also have updated it again, and I'm not really sure how best to utilize it. What do you like best about Spiro?

SImplistic UI. The ability to customize several items yourself, as well as the ability to request items outside of your control to be modified to best suite your own business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spiro?

Spiro is an accurate and precise tool, I love that it is punctual and so friendly. The follow-up that I now provide to my customers is more productive and gives me more time to focus on what is most profitable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spiro?

reporting is good (zoho analytics backbone), customization is easy, lots of features for a good price. CX is responsive. Easy to built out your processes within the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spiro?

This program is so user friendly, and has all the information you need in one place. You don't have to use different apps or programs when looking for information, and the Assistant makes it so no customer can slip through the cracks. They also have a help button that actually helps you with step by step videos and step by step instructions so you can use whatever option works best for you.

When you log activity it automatically askes you to set a reminder so you don't forget to follow up from that call. You can also set up email templates that you can have premade with attachments you can send out right from Spiro, as well as sending mass emails with custom templates with attachments.

You can make custom filters in both the companies and contacts so you can target the specific customers you need to target at one time.

There are many other things this system can do that are fantastic but the last one I want to point out is you have the option to choose how many notifications you get sent, and you can set a personality that is in the reminder notification. This feature makes using Spiro fun, seriously the little comments they make just make me laugh and gets my attention every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spiro?

The only thing I don't like is that I can't move the columns around freely, and the assistant doesn't give you the choice to arrange the tiles from oldest to newest at the top. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
