What do you like best about Spiro?

There are no major downsides that I have experienced. The team at Spiro has done a great job customizing a solution for our company. Some of the features might be a little unstreamlined at first, but the team has done a great job of making continued improvements to streamline quoting and customer management tools. Spiro has helped our organization share customer information more thoroughly. What do you like best about Spiro?

It's customizable to our organization and the types of documentation we use in our day-to-day processes. The Spiro team was highly organized and took all of our requests into account without missing a beat. I don't think they said "no" to any of our requests and if something couldn't be done, they always suggested creative ways around it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spiro?

I do wish we had more control over how things are programmed. I understand we are not programmers but it would be nice to have a little more control over what shows up automatically. I also wish we had some more control over templates in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spiro?

I have worked at two medium sized companies where we used Spiro. They are very much in tune with our manufacturing industry it seems and very easy to work with. Very powerful reporting tools and Great Value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some minor things related to the graphical user interface, such as only displaying a certain amount of companies in a list (must use a 'next page' function to scroll through multiple pages). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
