**What do you like best about Spiro?**

User Interface, reports and the AI. The seamless integration with Google Workspace and the e-mail assistant

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

The reminders need a little twitching, for example, i have had numerous meetings and the app only reminds to take notes on the meetings with one client.

**Recommendations to others considering Spiro:**

The sales stages and initial configuration are crucial for success.

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Follow Up, Reports to upper managment, Pipeline measuremente, customer qualification

**Reviewed by:** Maria F. | Sales Administrative Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Spiro?**

It is intuitive and easy to use, Gil and Natasa have been amazing to work with.

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

The pop out "drawers" they may be beneficial to some, but it seems redundant for my reps.

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have had issues with OUR platform not working correctly with Spiro. Gil and Natasa have gone above and beyond to address those issues. I like how they can program Spiro to fit your business needs.

  ### 3. Wonderfully responsive and helpful team.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Spiro?**

The flexibility to meet our corporate needs.

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

The flexibility sometimes causes disjointedness on our side. Also, it would be good to be able to turn on/off features a bit more personally.

**Recommendations to others considering Spiro:**

If you are an abnormal organization that needs flexibility, there is no better choice.

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All the problems. Client relationships, project management, proposal and lead tracking, reporting, etc. etc.

  ### 4. Great platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Spiro?**

Spiro connects various teams' activities without any interference. We use Spiro for recording the customer complains.

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

I am not familiar with other platforms, so I feel Spiro has everything we need.

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CRM. I like the part Spiro generates the report and also analyses the data providing a clear picture of all the customer complaints.

  ### 5. The prefect CRM for a busy sales team!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna C. | Marketing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Spiro?**

Spiro gives much-needed visibility into customer relationships, salesperson activity, and our revenue pipeline without adding extra work for the sales team! The platform is easy to use, easy to report from, and we have an excellent support system. Our Customer Success Manager has been with us every step of the way to optimize Spiro to meet our unique business needs. Compared to other CRMs (I researched and met with many!) Spiro is by far the simplest to use and easiest to implement; it has never felt like we were climbing a mountain.

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

There is nothing we dislike. We are looking forward to the enhanced mobile app launching in the fall!

**Recommendations to others considering Spiro:**

Go for it!

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed greater visibility into our customer relationships and were ready to control those relationships as a company vs. leaving them to the salesperson alone.

**Official Response from Austen Blass:**

> Anna, thanks so much for the kind words and for choosing Spiro! We're excited to share all of the updates coming this fall.

  ### 6. Spiro is great. Switched from SalesForce and it's been a time saver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Spencer P. | Senior Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2021

**What do you like best about Spiro?**

Spiro is very easy to use & navigate. I taught myself in about 12 minutes. What I like best is the mobile application & the built in VoIP for making calls

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

I hope they release some marketing tools, and more enablement tools. I can see them really crushing the CRM suite & related products.

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I no longer need to bother my manager for reports. They're very responsive as well - we have Spiro connected to 2 other programs; HubSpot & our old SalesForce.

  ### 7. Ease in managing leads

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rose B. | Territory Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Spiro?**

the calendar function is my favorite aspect

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

there is nothing I dislike ~ great tracking device

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the ability to keep on top of all leads ~ literally nothing falls through the cracks

  ### 8. Spiro Has Changed our Business forever!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brett B. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Spiro?**

Spiro has adapted quickly to all concerns and needs in a very timely manner. The updates they roll out seem to address all the needs and wants our organization has. Sprio as a whole is very forward thinking and takes away all the clunkiness of traditional CRM's. Our employess are able to be much more efficient with spending 1/10th of the time in previous CRM's to notate their activities. The autmoation of tracking all activities and built in AI technology is amazing.

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

Spiro has an upfront cost built in. They begin billing the day the contract is signed and payment for the full year for all users is required. Unlike many other CRM's that charge for implementation, Spiro does not charge a lot for this. They have creatively changed this to paying for the user monthly fees while the implenation is happening, so the 1st 2 months of the monthly user costs are really the implemenation costs. While this is anegative, I also see it as a creative way to sell their prgram and I applaud them for their crerativity in this billing structure.

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Caputring all employee activities with our clients and being able to encourage the volume and type of activities that increased sales.

  ### 9. Spiro has allowed me to become better organized, and see actual data relating to my sales efforts!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2021

**What do you like best about Spiro?**

Data, data, data! As a sales representative that represents several solutions, it's incredible to be able to see my performance in each category of solutions we offer, this allows me to focus on my deficiencies where necessary. The reports generated by Spiro are valuable and informative when assessing one's own performance.

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

Not too excited about making phone calls via Spiro. The signal is spotty at times, unreliable. I have given up on this feature.

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales follow-up was my biggest weakness. Spiro has made it much easier to track my sales calls and be up to date on each opportunity. The campaign feature is excellent as well! So much easier to reach a large group of clients with such ease.

  ### 10. A Worthwhile Workload

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alec H. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2021

**What do you like best about Spiro?**

Spiro's customer support and responsiveness, as well as their see-through on user testing and feature set updates. The training and assistance is very prompt and precise. Precise meaning that my account manager(s) are capable of handling everything I throw at them, and can get me an answer/solution quickly. This is not the case with Spiro competitors or with other SaaS products in general and the minute you guys lose that is the minute I will begin to question our future. Please, never underestimate your customer service.
On the product itself, my favorite thing is the ability to customize it quickly and utilize spreadsheet import/export to handle my own data engineering. It's a wonderful product with slick functionality, but is even more dangerous when it grows with you/you grow with it.
I've mentioned in past reviews that the Reports section is another thing I like best. The Spiro team has gone above and beyond to understand and map out my company data and it has been a game changer of me equipping my sales staff with the knowledge/info they need to be independent warriors.

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

The campaigns feature - I am really looking forward to improvements coming on it. In B2B sales, the more I can free up my salesmen to do quick and efficient targeted marketing, the more I can empower them to be dangerous.
Other items of dislike would be some of the navigation pitfalls (i.e. can't set Opportunity Pipeline view as default, can't add an opportunity while on pipeline view, and some misc. wiki-type-navigation upgrades that could make it more efficient to use. That said, it still operates very quickly so the extra clicks aren't too much of a hassle. Note: I am not a salesperson using this as a full time sales tool, but an owner who uses it to dive into data.
Also, the notifications aspect of it is something I have a hard time with. We've set up e-mail alerts for new opportunities and such, which are great, but I'd love an "unread" icon of sorts to show up on an opportunity that is new on the pipeline, or a time ticker by one that hasn't been opened in ~10 days or so. Once you get 30+ opportunities in your pipeline, it gets tough to navigate and differentiate.
The collaboration aspect of Spiro could be improved. We just got the "Teams" feature added on and am getting some use on that, but there might be some improvements to be made on this. Our use case explained: I have salesmen and product designers. I'd like to be able to have a salesman create an opportunity and assign it to multiple product designers to engineer different aspects of a system for that opportunity. Could be done through a google sheets doc link thrown on the opportunity, however all parties need to be included on just that one opportunity and not the entire company's opportunities (which is how it currently operates, I think?) if that makes sense.

**Recommendations to others considering Spiro:**

My biggest learning experience has been the conversation with my sales team before we purchased a CRM to now. We thought we needed a CRM for completely different reasons than what we're now realizing. That is both good and bad. Bad in the way that we weren't fully prepared for how our sales process would change, our customer interactions would change, the internal behavior/software learning, and so on. We underestimated all of that. The good news is that the growth has been good growth for us, and has challenged us to becoming more organized and more professional. The goal is to do this without hindering efficiency and customer service, and Spiro does a great job of being quick to use and flexible to program to aide in that.

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest, most immediate problem I solved was getting sales data regularly to my staff. I no longer have to refresh spreadsheets and run pivot tables in my nights and weekends and I thoroughly enjoy that.
The first process we really streamlined was our dealer onboarding. Our form collection, dealer authorization and information gathering, and overall collaboration are greatly improved. Achieved through Hubspot API for the form and the passing around of Spiro Opporutnities/Reminders for the collaboration. All info collected about the prospect is housed on the timeline and we have all the material we need to make decisions independently without having to run someone else down to see "if you talked with them yet".
We are about two months in to rigorous salesman use, and I am still collecting feedback from the sales team on how the tool has best been utilized overall. Each person is using it a little bit differently. I'd say the one common "aha" amongst all of them is BCC'ing the spiro assistant on outbound e-mails for quick opportunity creation. The real power will be after my team has been using it for 6 months and begins having recurring appointments, where they can go and see everything they've been discussing with their clients. We've never had that before and I am interested to see how much more professional we appear.

**What do you like best about Spiro?**

The Sprio development team takes our suggestions and implements change

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

Some records require extraneous clicking to access the information I am looking for.

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking opportunities and monitoring pipeline.

  ### 12. It seems to be very user friendly once you get used to it.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2019

**What do you like best about Spiro?**

The reminders that are sent are very helpful

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

there seem to be glitches pretty often but I am sure that they will be worked out.

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There tend to be glitches with the programming where I can't scroll in certain areas or the screen starts blinking.. but they have been quickly corrected whenever I have expressed my concerns. The main benefit is how it helps you stay organized.

**Official Response from Austen Blass:**

> Hey there, thanks for your feedback! We've made significant improvements to Spiro's performance capabilities since your review and hope that you're enjoying these improvements on your end! We're always working to provide our users with the best experience possible.

  ### 13. Simple easy to use crm for salespeople who hate crms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Spiro?**

Minimal time needed to update. Email to Spiro asst to update on the fly. Bcc assist to customers auto update crm

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

It's a newer crm so some bugs and no mass delete available

**Recommendations to others considering Spiro:**

If you hate salesforce or other clunky CRMs because you would rather be selling then dinking with a CRM then I suggest you use Spiro, I can go days using the email assistant and not logging in and still have my reminders and pipeline up to date

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Updating crms and reminders.

  ### 14. Great for sales experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2021

**What do you like best about Spiro?**

I enjoy working with my colleagues in this app to make and change suggestions and create sales goals with one another. The user can also display sales information to colleagues and network with other users in an easy to work with format.

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

I do not dislike using the application as much, other than the stiff movement of emails at times. The mail inbox can show all mailings well yet there are changes that can shift without meaning to perform this action.

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to show products with information in place and share quickly and efficiently with other users who are capable of making changes and reporting back through communication within the app itself.

  ### 15. Spiro is CRM that works!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Timothy L. | General Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2021

No keyboard required. No excuses for keeping it up to date. It's as easy as talking. Extremely customizable.

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

I wish all of my employees used the technology.

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our sales campaigns stay within the company with employee turnover. Multiple team members can see within the sales process to ensure that resources are dispatched when and where they are needed.

  ### 16. Ashley at Spiro

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caitlin R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Spiro?**

I started my job here and was not familiar with Spiro at all and from my very first day, Ashley was MORE than willing to help me with everything. She even hopped on a Zoom call with me one time and showed me around Spiro and some things she thought would be beneficial based on the role I had taken here at KTTS.

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

I mean if I HAD to pick.. yeah well, nvm nothing yet.

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spiro and KTTS are putting things together to make Spiro more user friendly but also be able to work with assemblies. This will be a HUGE benefit to Spiro with this capability.

  ### 17. Spiro An attractive and proactive software !!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natasha C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2020

**What do you like best about Spiro?**

The relationships of our company today are more proactive, we work with this software even in the background, to better manage the data of our potential clients and capture it more easily. We have complete visibility of our channeling, improving the precision and focus of our opportunities, we detect anomalies, and we are guided by its tools to proactively attack them, through its artificial BI the sales team works more fluidly and more efficiently .

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

The lack of functionality of working several tabs is a problem that can slow down the work process, and even makes setting up a campaign or selecting more than one contact to be done on a single page at the same time, it is a a problem that is easily overlooked and even for us, as we solve using external tools that supplant this negativity.

**Recommendations to others considering Spiro:**

For those companies within the B2B trade it is a tool that can provide the artificial intelligence that is needed. It provides a professional and traditional CRM so it is very easy to master. It is automated, avoiding the need to proactively introduce data to merchants, and is even supported by the AI engine it contains. You can easily increase leads by a large percentage, building more offers, and many closed deals.

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We obtain useful information from opportunities, with which we quickly implement new solutions for our clients, improve joint participation. Spiro is easy to use and the staff has adapted quickly, allowing us to successfully optimize our sales approach and close more deals. As it is a very transparent system, we were able to influence our organizational awareness and improve work flow.

  ### 18. Controller

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carolynne W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2020

**What do you like best about Spiro?**

Ease of use, customization of features, AI capabilities and the Spiro Team

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

We have not found anything that we dislike about Spiro

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can not track our sales progress and we've been able to customize the features to fit our somewhat unusual industry. We were tracking our sales activity in Excel spreadsheets before, so this is a huge improvement that allows the whole team to see at the same time.

  ### 19. For sales peeps who hate CRMs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brent G. | Marketing Director - Digital and Traditional Media, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2019

**What do you like best about Spiro?**

the user interface is very easy to use and can be custom designed to meet your unique process and sales model.

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

the company is young, and the product is growing, so updates can come quite often.

**Recommendations to others considering Spiro:**

If you are looking for a CRM tool that is focused on the sales and service process of connecting with your potential customers, you should look nowhere else.

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

our sales team was weighed down with SalesForce and dreaded using the tool, so our data was very poor. The Spiro tool is easy to use and fits their needs without too many steps to slow them down.

  ### 20. Absolutely the best productivity tool for our sales force.

Another massive win for us is "one-stop shopping" for customer comminications. All emails, phone calls, meetings, notes, texts and more are organized and simply viewed for a comprehensive who's doing what' view.

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

Nothing really. I am not going to make something up to fill in the box.

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More time to followup on leads and less time in administrative time. SPIRO is organizing complex data.
Sales Forecasting, consistent follow-up and activity tracking. AI engine suggestions for most effective opportunity close wins.
pipeline tracking.

  ### 21. Stable communication and nice tools.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Spiro?**

Thanks to Spiro we increase our communication with the client and in this way we reach more users with a very effective interaction between client and employee. We also obtained a gestation of campaigns, documents and clients most interested in our products in the last year. Increase in expected product sales thanks to the platform.

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

At first it cost a bit to adapt, some reports are difficult to carry out, however this platform is very complete and its tools are very helpful.
You can improve communication servers, due to this problem that is experienced today, communication servers collapse a lot.

**Recommendations to others considering Spiro:**

Great CRM experience that the company has had, better management and better communication with our clients and new users. I recommend SPIRO above many platforms, without a doubt.
I recommend the service because it has worked very well because sales have increased and we have not had any problems.

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increases in sales thanks to Spiro, our employees are more fluent in work and make more sales than was customary, we save time on this and focus on other important areas that require it, we have better contact management, customers , calls, easy to use and customize.

  ### 22. A web-based and cloud-based software deals in B2B business.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Micheal W. | Business Development Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2020

**What do you like best about Spiro?**

A B2B communication is never easy before using this multipurpose application. Spiro assists me to find resources and information for business ventures. The best application to communicate with dealers and company members at a single click. Data is secured and well-organized to allocate any time. It cooperates with other squad members and companies to divvy up the product’s pricing detail and the latest styles to be observed.

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

If I pick up its benefits, then disadvantages don’t matter to bring up. There must be a password to secure the data s this is a good communicator so information should be secret, not available for everyone. A Good frequency of Wi-Fi must be there to sway on the routine work otherwise it will not support the scheme.

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A must-have application for all business communities and Spiro is the best communicator, organized, and well-established planner for the tasks. What an intelligent application to be installed in a system that is like a boss and control the business programs. My team is happy with me and my clients are comfortable allocating the products with good pricing track and feedbacks.

  ### 23. Fantastic Product great customer service.

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2021

**What do you like best about Spiro?**

Customer service is on point, CSMs are very attentive.

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

enterprise-scale could be larger, but they're growing into it!

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

they're helping our whole sales time refine leads with a friendly interface

  ### 24. Very easy to customize

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric H. | Principal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Spiro?**

We wanted a software we could easily customize as we try to figure out what was most important in a growing company. We don't have a tech team, so we needed something that was simple. Spiro does everything we needed and had a lower price tag than the other competitors we looked at. Also, its e-mail integration has made it easy to control

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

The reporting has every we needed but definitely takes a while to start getting used to and filtering properly.

**Recommendations to others considering Spiro:**

How in-depth do you want Spiro to be integrated with other software? They do have a Zapier integration, which is amazing, but few other integrations already available.

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest issue was usage by our outside sales reps, but the e-mail functionality has made that better.

  ### 25. Great team to work with!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lydia B. | Director of Strategic Projects, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2019

**What do you like best about Spiro?**

I like the support team that is able to discuss all aspects of Spiro. From user training to major changes for better content / reports for your business, the Spiro team really does excel in partnering with their clients.

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

Data entry isn't as streamlined as I would like to see it, but I have to say that this is largely due to our business' growth and constant tweaking of pertinent information and how it is harvested.

**Recommendations to others considering Spiro:**

They have established a great track record of being able and willing to adapt to our business needs. Being a niche business, this has been invaluable to us.

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A much more reliable interface to safely preserve all client data. This eliminates the stress of trying to juggle several data platforms and completely frees you from your desk with their mobile app.

  ### 26. We LOVE Spiro CRM!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly J. | Inside Sales Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Spiro?**

Spiro is so smart and so versatile! As a medical device company, we need a CRM that is super easy to use and straightforward for our users, while still maintaining smart capabilities and allowing myself, as the admin of the tool, to create and customize Spiro to fit our exact needs! I love how they are constantly pushing out new enhancements based on user feedback and what their customers really need and I am in awe of all of the amazing features Spiro has to offer!

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

I this is not really a dislike, because its more of a nice to have - but i would love to be able to create a filter from the mobile app - maybe that will be a feature down the road....because they are constantly adding new amazing functionalities!

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Spiro, we are able to see opportunities move through the sales funnel - easily and clearly, without a ton of clicks and trying to figure out where to go. We are able to stop using excel spreadsheets to manage our 1,000s of leads and now rely solely on this amazing tool to help us track forecast and ROI of marketing efforts. I have used other CRMs in the past, like Salesforce, and there is absolutely no comparison as far as user experience and the intuitive features that Spiro brings to customer relationship management! Do yourself and your business a favor...stop looking...and call Spiro! I promise, you wont regret it!

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

I do wish we could assign reminders to others in the office who do not have a Spiro license. Our sales team is small and having all reminders come to me and then me forward on can be a bit timely.

**Recommendations to others considering Spiro:**

Do the trial and ask lots of questions of the team to get comfortable with using the system

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to keep all new (and upload existing) clients in one system to help with the tracking of Sales, communication, account changes, etc. Spiro has been easy to learn and customize

  ### 28. Best CRM on the market today!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew L. | Network Access Sales, Telecommunications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2019

**What do you like best about Spiro?**

The automated and easy use of the website and phone app to automatically get updates after a call and to schedule reminders to follow up or other actions along with the Spiro assistant in the email for doing a plethora of things for me.

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

Sometimes the assistant doesn't understand what I am asking it to do if the email I'm forwarding to it itsnt in a standard format.

**Recommendations to others considering Spiro:**

Do it! You won't regret it and the increased productivity will pay for the cost of Spiro in my experience.

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spiro has increased my productivity by not allowing things to slip between the cracks and to easily follow up with a prospective customer the next day or 6 months or longer without missing anyone.

  ### 29. A Truly Intelligent CRM

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gregory P. | Sr. Business Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2019

**What do you like best about Spiro?**

I really like the ease with which I can create contacts and opportunities, just by forwarding a single email to the Spiro Assistant. This feature makes sure that it's easy to add something new when I'm "in the moment", so that I won't forget to follow-up on that opportunity later, after I get busy with something else.

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

There are a few software bugs related to reviewing lists of opportunities that can sometimes be frustrating. I often filter down lists to a certain view, but then have trouble getting the software to retain the settings. But in the grand scheme, that's a minor issue compared to the ease of adding new info, which is the key to making any CRM into a real tool, and not just a burden on the salesforce.

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Another great feature is integration with our email software. I can look up a company or contact in Spiro, and see all the recent communication to them from anyone in the company. Much easier to stay on the same page and avoid miscommunication when you have that kind of visibility.

  ### 30. Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen B. | Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Food & Beverages, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Spiro?**

Spiro Technologies is super easy to master and every sales person actually wants to use it because it makes their job easier and more efficient. The customer support is excellent and they are very easy to work with when customizing the software to your business. Leadership at Spiro is forward thinking and they are constantly asking us how they can make their product better.

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

It would be nice if the app had the reporting capabilities I have access to when i am on my desk top. not terrible, just a nice to have.

**Recommendations to others considering Spiro:**

if you are looking for adoption and to significantly reduce the amount of time your sales team is spending on data entry you should give Spiro a real hard look.

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we were looking for a CRM product we evaluated all the usual suspects and Spiro. Spiro was a great fit for us and actually our entire sales team voted unanimously to move forward with Spiro over everything else. having Spiro now helps with better understanding our pipeline, process and of course accountability. The reporting and integration with our ERP is also a huge plus.

  ### 31. Helps To Have AI Coaching

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul Z. | Account Director, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2019

**What do you like best about Spiro?**

For me, having assistance from Artificial Intelligence to set up Contacts and Companies is a huge time-saver. This is especially true when you're getting leads sent to you in emails. Having a quick way to capture that lead keeps you feeling in control. Used the Reminder function to set up "next step" actions for every contact at every key account, and having the Reminders show up first thing every day keeps you focused on the important follow up, not as likely to be distracted by one-off unplanned activities. And having that AI on your phone keeps you productive even away from the keyboard. And the online and email customer support is absolutely excellent.

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

There could be more keyboard shortcuts for doing the most common functions.

**Recommendations to others considering Spiro:**

Be sure to ask for help importing and updating Contacts and Companies. If there's something unusual you need help with, the Customer Success team will absolutely be able to help.

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very important to set next-step reminders and stick to them. Even if some get skipped, it's real easy to go back and see what needs to be done.

  ### 32. Organizing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William R. | National Chain Accounts Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2019

**What do you like best about Spiro?**

Spiro helps to keep all of my leads in one place and not allowing any to fall through the cracks.

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

I would like to see a calendar view similar to office for reminders, this way i can tell how many reminders i have each day when scheduling. Also if you can click and drag to other days if something comes up this would be helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering Spiro:**

Continue to ask users for new ideas.

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

less leads falling through the cracks. consistent follow up and communication is all in one area.

  ### 33. SPIRO has been easy for our Team to use. The App is great for our folks on the road.

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2019

**What do you like best about Spiro?**

The Customer Service we have received has really been helpful. The turn around time has been exceptional. The custom reports are key as we have many unique "on the fly" requests.

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

At times it seems too easy to make changes to fields of data. While I appreciate the ease of use and free-form text we do find that some content gets inadvertently changed

**Recommendations to others considering Spiro:**

Look at several products, as we did. After much research, including many well known brands, we landed on SPIRO for the flexibility, quick set-up and implementation. In addition, the price point was favorable.

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to easily track our Pipeline and track user activity at a glance. The reports we have in SPIRO have been a real time saver.

  ### 35. Very Intuitive CRM - Efficient Implementation - Excellent Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andre U. | Principal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Spiro?**

The people behind the software are excellent. I've been through software implementations, and this was the best experience I have ever had. With so much data to organize and update, the Spiro team were diligent from beginning to the point where our team could fluently interact with the platform. The interface is well designed, which again, leads back to the Spiro team knowing what the end user truly needs to lever productivity.

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

Data migration and set up never moves as fast as you want. It's not a criticism of Spiro, but if you want a meaningful CRM and data system it takes a lot of time. Spiro should emphasize the importance of patience. Also, I think the dashboard could be better customized for our workflow.

**Recommendations to others considering Spiro:**

Need to commit completely to Spiro as CRM. Do not try and work between Spiro and another CRM. Spiro should be the ultimate source of information.

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Gen, converting leads to clients, and meaningful reminders and notes for deal execution. The benefit of the system is that we are more proactive and effective.

  ### 36. Amazing CRM Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah R. | Guest Outreach Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2019

**What do you like best about Spiro?**

I love how easily it is to set up follow up notifications. You can ping spiro to set follow up reminders, to let you know what your current workload is, to let you know what actions other sales people have taken in a specified period of time. Because it uses AI, it is a proactive tool, as much as a reactive tool.

**What do you dislike about Spiro?**

I have not encountered anything that I dislike with this CRM. It has so many helpful features, I am very impressed.

**What problems is Spiro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to easily set up follow-ups via ping has helped our team quickly and consistently follow up with potential clients. You can make calls directly through the CRM and sales reps don't have to put a lot of effort into logging those calls, which is helpful.
