I love how Spinach can detect what is being talked about on a call and categorize it by Key Topics, Decisions, Blockers, etc. I also like how summarizes the call, adds participants, etc. I even like when it says we talked about Birthdays or special events.

I think how Spinach takes and unstructured call and returns meeting minutes that are structured is amazing. It is so simple to just add Spinach to a call. it makes it easy to use every call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think it could be more consistent in the output of the meeting summary. Sometimes categories come and go from the output, which strange to me. I think setting up the output structure as a Template would be great. So, a weekly status would have a standard template. The two most important things we love about spinach are:

1. The summary over email with options to create tickets

2. The management of historical conversations and ease of navigation.

Only point would be that the full transcript is currently not pushed into Google Docs. I personally do not like the fact that a user has to join the meeting (as opposed to a plugin that cannot be seen by other participants), but tolerate it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
