We were hiring for an administrative assistant on short notice and they were able to help us find qualified personnel to interview for the position.

**What do you like best about Spherion Staffing & Recruiting?**

The professional staff at Spherion and the qualified pool of applicants that they always seem to have at the ready.

**What do you dislike about Spherion Staffing & Recruiting?**

There isn't anything that I can say that I dislike about Spherion at the time of this review.

**Recommendations to others considering Spherion Staffing & Recruiting:**

If you have a good idea of what you're looking for, Spherion can find them for you!  Even if you don't, give them a call and they can walk you through the process and make it very easy for you!

Spherion lacks in their recruiting and how they filter their applicants. They provide less than desirable staff. 

**What do you like best about Spherion Staffing & Recruiting?**

They are one of the more affordable agencies to use and do come through gor us when we are in a staffing bind.

**What do you dislike about Spherion Staffing & Recruiting?**

We do not like the quality of staff they send us, as they also tend to need additional training, but never stick around long either.
