They are a future proof solution for when we want to go international (many other vendors just outsource this to third party advisors). 2. Their AI-native tax engine provides granular level tax treatments and monitors for changes in the law (not something we want to get wrong!). 3. Stellar support via slack - the team get back to us lightning fast whenever we have questions. **What do you dislike about Sphere?** Nothing - they were the right choice for what we needed. **What problems is Sphere solving and how is that benefiting you?** I think a lot of other solutions require a lot of work - its painful to set them up, they require a lot of maintenance etc. Sphere's the first solution we've seen that tax the anxiety of tax off our plate completely. The team has been super proactive about helping us stay on top of our tax exposure, and honestly I've never seen a single platform handle both international and US indirect tax compliance the way they do. As a global business, staying ahead of VAT, GST, and sales tax obligations across multiple jurisdictions is a real headache, so having that consolidated into one place has been a game changer. Automatic payments, virtual mailboxes, and quick filing approvals and recon are also huge highlights for us. The integrations were smooth to set up and onboarding was painless, which is rare for this type of product. Their support team is responsive and actually understands the nuances of cross-border tax, which makes a big difference when you're scaling internationally. **What do you dislike about Sphere?** Honestly not much to flag here. Reporting was a bit limited early on, but the team has already shipped massive upgrades in that area, especially compared to other vendors we've used in the past. They clearly listen to customer feedback and iterate fast. We're excited to see what's on the roadmap next, but as of right now there's nothing that's been a real pain point for us. **What problems is Sphere solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sphere has basically put our indirect tax compliance on autopilot. Before we started using them, we were juggling local accountants, spreadsheets, and a patchwork of regional tools just to stay compliant as we expanded into new markets. Now everything from nexus monitoring to registration, calculation, filing, and remittance is handled in one platform. You can tell the team has really thought through the end-to-end experience for their users. They understand their market well and it shows in how fast the product is growing. For our finance team, it's freed up a ton of time we used to spend on manual compliance work, and we have way more confidence that nothing is slipping through the cracks. ### 3. We couldn't imagine remaining in compliance without the help of a solution like Sphere. **What do you dislike about Sphere?** As stated in my "like best section", Sphere solves are requirements and needs. There are a handful of UI designs that are a bit clunkier than some competitors, but Sphere has acknowledged that this is in their product roadmap! **What problems is Sphere solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ultimately there just isn't a global tax compliance solution that doesn't involve stitching together a bunch of external advisors. I love how we can register, calculate and file taxes for US states and Canadian provinces all from one platform (without ever having to touch a government tax portal again!). Sphere's solution is modern, cost effective and their support is also lightning quick if we ever have questions. **What do you dislike about Sphere?** No complaints at this time, cost scales with business, but it is just a fraction of what it would cost to do the same compliance by hiring staff. **What problems is Sphere solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem Sphere is solving for is that no tax compliance vendor out there is doing global registration, calculation and filing under one roof. That means I would've had to use multiple tools and advisors which would mean more cost / work for me. With Sphere, I only deal with them and they take care of everything. ### 10. There have been nothing to dislike. **What problems is Sphere solving and how is that benefiting you?** I think there's a lot of vendors who do US sales tax compliance but they tend to not do it well. There are only parts of the process that are automated (e.g. filing) and support is usually lackluster. With Sphere, they've put the whole thing on autopilot and their international coverage will also become extremely handy as we start tackling compliance in international jurisdictions ### 12.
