Our team of onboarding specialits are very responsive. They are organized, efficient, and quick to answer any questions we may have. I especially appreciate the weekly cadence calls that are well structured with action items. Follow ups are also very consistent. The Spendflo Management app is also very helpful. For certain software, it provides utilizaiton insights and pinpoints specific user licenses who are not using the tool. The contract management solution within the system also makes it easy to keep all our software licenses aligned and organized. Although we have not submitted any software requests for procurements yet, I believe Spendflo will help us manage the procurement from start to finish (including stakeholder reviews, budget approvals, vendor negotiation, etc..).
