It is very easy to implement and integrate with the current setup and enables us 360 visibility of our SaaS/license spend. It gives all the real-time analytics of the SaaS platform usage and we can review and revoke the unused licenses and save the cost. It has an easy to use interface and it provides consultation for any software procurements at the best market price with great customer support. Very impressed with a few things with Spendflow.

1. The team is structured in a way that it's very convinient in communicating.

2. Their account management teams are very good at negotiation. Blow it out of the park in terms of value.

3. The platform is fairly simple and easy to use.

4. They're involved from the get go and understand big players in the industry which is a big up.

I believe the contract management feature in Spendflo is very helpful -- it's straightforward and efficient, making it easy to locate and manage contracts. Also, the improvement in our experience after switching negotiation representatives has been notable. The old reps were getting some negative feedback, however, the new ones have been receptive to our requests, particularly in making sure our contract owners are included in every step of the negotiation process. Some features seem to be still in development, making it somewhat challenging to navigate some reports on the platform. Spendflo tool has greatly enhanced our vendor management process by providing us with a comprehensive and user-friendly platform to assess and monitor vendor risks effectively. The intuitive interface, customizable risk assessment templates, and automated alerts have streamlined our workflow and improved the overall efficiency of our vendor management program. Spendflo Vendor Risk Assessment Module helps the organizations to strengthen their vendor risk assessment practices. It has been a valuable asset to our team, and are impressed with its capabilities. Not only did they not improve the contract price on two different negotiations, they actually claimed credit for discounts I had already negotiated with the vendor before they got involed. Added to that, in spite of zero cost savings for their own work, their representaive was antagonistic and actually made the process more stressful, and take longer, than if they had not been involved. Spendflo has been very proactive every step of the way, including the onboarding process as well as the negotiation process. The team is friendly and easy to work with. The platform is user-friendly and provides extremely useful insights in a clear, concise way. I like that Spendflo utilizes an email with a company domain so that vendors believe Spendflo is a part of Chatbooks. On that note, I appreciate the professionalism that Spendflo shows, because if we are going to have Spendflo give off the appearance that they are part of Chatbooks, we need to be able to trust the Spendflo team to interact with our vendors in a professional and kind manner so that trust and working relationships remain strong between Chatbooks and our vendors. So far, I have not come across anything I dislike about Spendflo. Each aspect of the service and tool that I have interacted with has been impressive and it is clear to me how Spendflo provides value to its customers above and beyond what was originally expected. Spendflo has given a true picture of our SaaS Spends. The platform is great for Vendor Management and easy to know and use. Very organized in terms of the Tools history and Reports. Our Procurement flow has been super smooth after taking the services of Spendflo. Their Dynamic License Management feature is one of the most fascinating and helpful feature with so much ease to track the idle and active licenses. Their customer support is worth the credit.
