Spendesk is simple and easy to use. It allows you to follow the stages of validation of expense reports and to proceed to reimbursements very easily.

**What do you dislike about Spendesk?**

For now, I have no missing items because Spendesk meets current needs.

**What problems is Spendesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spendesk allows you to no longer use a paper form for the validation of expense reports. As a result, there is no longer any need to archive them physically, no expense report is lost, and we save precious time in validation times. Which ultimately benefits employees because they are reimbursed quickly.

It's customised features allows you to modify the number of days to submit the receipt, exceed the limit, it helps to manage the in-house finances seamlessly and the staffs are fully satisfied

**What do you dislike about Spendesk?**

We can copy the number and name on the card by one click, wish it could copy the expiry date too in the same fashion, but not sure if it's restricted for some reason

**Recommendations to others considering Spendesk:**

I would highly recommend Spendesk to others as it eases the purchases and invoice submissions for any companies. Admin can set up the limit and timeframe to submit the receipts. On Spendesk you can customize as per your requirement.

**What problems is Spendesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps our in house staffs to manage their online purchases themselves and submit the receipt before it's deadline, otherwise the traditional way of approaching the finance team multiple times for multiple purchases to release the payment was hectic as well as time consuming factor

* uploading of receipts (screenshots, PDFs, pictures) makes it even easier

It should be easier to upload an expense even without a receipt and a simple explanation should work, too. That was a bit of a pain, as there were too many steps.

My only advice is: Use it! It's the best expense management tool I've had the privilege of using so far.

Being able to use a virtual card instead of claiming back expenses makes it much easier for me as an employee, and easier for the company to manage expenses in real time

Generating virtual cards dedicated to specific expenses really makes sense and also allows me to share some of these cards with the team when they need to buy something expensive without having to pay with their card and then wait to get reimbursed !

**What do you dislike about Spendesk?**

Not being able to change my credit card pin code. We all have so many credit cards now that this would be a plus to have fewer pin codes to remember. Fortunately you can show your pin code in the app :)

Well, it's solving every employee's problem not to have to spend your money before getting paid back by your employer.

Very easy to use, visually pleasing and the information requested is consistent and useful. The first time I used it, I didn't even need help because the application is so easy to use.

So far, I haven't used it enough to say if there's anything I don't like. I've only filed claims for this month and it's being validated. Everything is good so far.

Spendesk allows me to centralise all the claims I need for work, be it transport costs, telephone costs, etc. It allows me to keep track of all the claims I make too.

Spendesk is super helpful to make payments, whether through virtual cards that can be used securely or, with the invoice interface that is very intuitive to fill-in.

**What do you dislike about Spendesk?**

What I dislike most about Spendesk is that I get logged off very fast compared to other apps I use. Having to reconnect my account several times a day when I have different expenses can be annoying even though it is a pretty simple action.

**What problems is Spendesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spendesk is removing the extra steps you have to take to validate invoices directly with your N+1,2... You can justify your expense along with the invoice and that helps save a lot of time. Plus, it makes it easy to find all of your expenses in the same place.

Easy to navigate, makes payments and subscriptions that are needed for the business easier to handle. You have a clear overview on all payments that need to be entered.

**What do you dislike about Spendesk?**

There could be a better way to remind users to upload the receipts for past invoices. A pop-up or reminder email with follow-up would be a good solution in my opinion.

We can buy subscriptions and have an easy organisation, as well as other company expenses like conferences and meet-ups that can be easily refunded or paid over spendesk.

**What do you like best about Spendesk?**

Spendesk has an app that allows me to upload a picture of a receipt that I take with my phone, uses AI to pull the relevant data for the expense note (date, amount, vendor, etc) and then pings me when it's ready for me to review and submit for approval. It couldn't be any easier.

Spendesk makes it super simple to request money beforehand for large purposes (they have a google chrome extension that allows me to request the amount right from the vendor site). Once approved, I get a one-time credit card that I can easily use to make the purchase.

If I am spending off my own card, the software makes it so simple to reimburse. I explained the mobile app process above but it is just as easy on a desktop. Just screenshot the receipt, upload it to the site, and let the AI do the work for you. Within minutes, it will have a filled out reimbursement request ready and waiting for you. Truly incredible!

Honestly nothing, Spendesk is the bomb.com

I never miss to upload a receipt because I have a good overview in the dashboard of all my payment and expenses. I personally use the plastic credit card a lot.

**What do you dislike about Spendesk?**

Sometimes the virtual credit cards got declined for no apparent reason. When I got my plastic credit card first I had to contact my colleague a lot because there were many different restrictions wich had to be disabled for bigger purchases

before we started using spendesk we had to send the receipts via email to our CFO to get reimbursed. Now we pay everything via spendesk credit card and attach the receipt as soon as you get it

The ease of declaring the bills and car displacements. The Bill-scanner works very fine.

The weakest point is the delay between the declaration and the reimbursement... Sometimes more than 1 month.

Simple to use UI. The receipt scanning functionality is very good and usually accurate, which means the form is almost entirely filled in. Nothing to complain about :)

Make it clearer that multiple receipts can be submitted in one reimbursement request. Make it so they automatically sum and that sum is the total request value.

The interface is well designed, very user-friendly and can be used without any specific training. Everything is clear and well explained. The link with other apps like Slack in my case is great, so I can receive in real-time the approval notifications. As a marketing/communication officer, I used to deal with long approval delays regarding my expenses, including those needed for my daily-work. Everything was time consuming: asking approval, providing invoices, asking for payments via wire transfers, ... Now everything is easy and fast thanks to the online payment cards, I have the approval in a few minutes and can purchase right away the product or service needed. This is a great relief in my daily tasks.

I like the simple UX. Filing claims to be reimbursed or submitting expenses is a piece of cake. Spendesk is the first spend management software I've used and I found it easy to use and navigate. I also like the overall design and the Spenddesk branding. The cool illustrations are a nice touch!

I haven't run into any particular roadblocks while using Spenddesk. Everything has worked perfectly for me.

the big advantage of spendesk is that I no longer have to use my own money and since I no longer have to advance the money, I can spend more (for example for client lunches) so it is very great ! 

And above all it makes it easier for me to manage my expense reports because I sometimes forgot to have an expense report reimbursed when it was at the beginning of the month for example, so it is efficient :)

Accounting feature, reimbursement possibility directly via the platform, generation of single-use and recurring cards for payments, and the possibility to have a chain of command clear and efficient. The customer service is also efficient and answers quickly and makes itself available.

The missing tools are a credit notes management system, mostly for accounting purposes but also for payment management purposes. Another missing tool is the availability of payment proofs for reimbursements and also the possibility to pay via the Spendesk account suppliers.

I think it's a great tool for a small to medium company, I'm not so sure for a very large company but I havent worked in one so I wouldn't know for sure.

The most exciting thing for me is I upload the pdf file, and Spendesk read all necessary data automatically, including Total Price. Then it enters an approval process consisting of my manager. So I can send the regular payments easily. 
Another exciting thing about it is requesting a virtual card and using it in online payments, and it accelerates your unpredicted payments under your budget.

**What do you dislike about Spendesk?**

After I upload my invoices, I won't get any updates about it. I'm afraid that I disabled my notification before, or it's a default setting. It would be good if you emailed the updates.

**What problems is Spendesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I answered this in the above questions. It facilitates the company/team expenditure by providing a multilayer(maybe) approval process.  I haven't used it as a supervisor, so I don't know how it looks.
