  ### 1. Easy Ticketing & Seating Charts, but Customer Lists and Terminology Can Be Confusing

**What do you like best about Spektrix?**

I like how easy it is to navigate for ticketing and seating charts.

**What do you dislike about Spektrix?**

I find pulling customer lists confusing at times, especially because some of the terminology isn’t always clear. I wish there were a hover tooltip or a key/legend that explains certain phrases so I can understand what they mean more quickly.

**What problems is Spektrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spektrix is a tool I use to determine how many programs to print for our events. It also helps guide me with ad planning and with pre-planning our marketing efforts.

**What do you like best about Spektrix?**

It's simple, user friendly. Connects well with Word Press web publishing, and DotDigital mailing platform. 

It's just so simple and easy to use and intuitive. It provides everything our theatre needs.

It is an easy onboarding process, it's easy to use and learn how to use. The terminology used in the software is easy to understand. The customer service support is so fast and efficient and they really go above and beyond to support you with you issues. I use it daily and very rarely come up with an issue with it. It was set up perfectly for our organisation and integrated with DotDigital and Word Press incredibly easily.

**What do you dislike about Spektrix?**

Sometimes it can have a tendency to timeout quite fast about inactivity, which can be a nightmare when you've been working on something and then it's all gone and you have to start again. This would be the only issues I'd say I've encountered with it though.

**What problems is Spektrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They're not big problems but if anything is every hard to understand or there is an aspect of Spektrix that I'm new to, their customer service is always on hand to support and explain in simple terms, often providing step by step guides to help me complete the job I was struggling with.
I had a problem with a customer list not pulling through the right data and I couldn't understand where the problem was coming up. They had a look over it with me and pointed out the issues in the filter parameters I had put in and once changed under their guidance and advice, it was sorted and I could complete my job.

**What do you like best about Spektrix?**

I liked that it saves any orders if you have to log off or leave the system. It's good that it keeps a good record of transactions and the ability to leave notes on orders/customers is very helpful, especially when working with a large team as I do

**What do you dislike about Spektrix?**

I think the interface is slightly out of date. It's not very user friendly with the back button as it takes you back off the page whenever you press it. It takes some time to get used to working with compared similar program

**What problems is Spektrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duplicates. We have a lot of duplicate accounts and the weekly reports on duplicates helps us deal with them by merging the accounts.

**What do you like best about Spektrix?**

The customer service is excellent and the software is relatively simple to use. We use it all day at work, and its always met our standards. Its also relatively easy to train other staff members, even if they have no experience with it. It keeps good track of transaction histories and I like that you can leave notes on orders. You can run lots of useful reports. I think you can take what you need from it. I have a very basic understanding of it, but I can mostly figure out what I need to figure out.

**What do you dislike about Spektrix?**

Cannot have multiple transactions at once. It can be slow to use sometimes, as many transactions have a multi-step process. It takes a while to get used to Spektrix- I don't find it intuitive and the interface is dated,

**What problems is Spektrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easy to track transaction history if somebody makes an error.

**What do you like best about Spektrix?**

It's easy to use, reasonably priced for charities, and the annual Spektrix Hub event offers incredibly valuable insights. We find the integration pretty good with our website.

**What do you dislike about Spektrix?**

I sometimes struggle to find answers to specific questions, especially when our challenges are quite unique. I prefer speaking with a real person, as navigating through articles on the website can be difficult and not always tailored to our needs. However, when I do chat to a team member at Spektrix, they are always super lovely!

**What problems is Spektrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spektrix helps us streamline ticketing, customer relationship management, and reporting all in one place.

Spektrix is great and there are so many different features that you can use, I always find their customer support (both over email and on their support centre) to be really useful.

**What do you dislike about Spektrix?**

It can be a bit of a learning curve for the team, and there are some limitations in terms of customisation.

**What problems is Spektrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It really helps us with evaluation so we can learn from what we've done previously and what has worked and not worked.

Spektrix is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive to use. It's quick, straightforward and streamlined and has great functionality.

Can be occasionally laggy, as with all systems.
