**What do you like best about Spekit?**

I enjoy that it is seemesly inegrated into my work CRM's, and it does not interfere with the job I am doing. It acts as a guide during calls' where my primary focus is with the customer.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

I wish there was a message to advise I have expanded spek, since there are times I forget I have expanded, and I lose the sidebar view while the spek is expanded. Just a quick message to remind its in an expanded view would be helpful at times.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides us with our business process and tips during our multiple types of interactions we may receieve. It's our personal "Google" knowledge, and it gives me confidence that I can forget something, only to have the information readily avail in spek.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

Spekit provides amazing, just-in-time info access to our team. Everyone can quickly get the info they need to keep working hard and not be slowed down by the intensity of our CRM (Salesforce).

Extra shout out to our amazing customer support manager at Spekit for always jumping in to make sure we have what we need to succeed.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

As with any knowledge-base or documentation tool, Spekit requires time to properly capture all the knowledge we're storing in our heads, in lengthy documents, and in conversation notes. While this isn't a Spekit-specific issue, make sure you don't go in thinking implementation will be quick. Creating meaningful "Speks" / knowledge bits takes time and ongoing maintenance. But once you get your team on board and get a good base of needed content, Spekit really shines and your whole team wins.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spekit solves the problem we've had with with getting our end users the knowledge, how-to, and answers they need while they're hard at work. With Spekit, we have the ability to put key information right into the systems/tools when and where users will need that information. We don't have to rely on people reading through +80-page process documents to figure out what to do.

This ease of use and just-in-time info access is improving the quality of our data because know users know exactly what information needs to go into which fields so everyone is inputting data consistently across our systems. This makes our reports more accurate and better allows us to understand trends and improves our decision-making ability.

We also have had an incredible experience with Spekit support. Anytime We have questions, our CSM hops in with answers, solutions, and ideas to keep us getting the most out of our tool.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

It has simplified our training processes by allowing support within the systems, and allowing documents and training materials RIGHT where users will use them. As we're launching salesforce, the new users have been more excited about spekit than anything else. And the support from the Spekit team, as well as their constant guidance in our launch is so valuable. They are the most patient people, as we have had delay after delay and they had weathered that storm with us.

So far, no complaints! It's been incredibly useful and we're loving it.

we've been storing training materials across multiple platforms, and spekit simplifies all of that significantly moving them into one place for users.

Spekit is something I recommend to everyone in our organization. It’s an amazing resource for new employees who are learning the processes and procedures of our business. It's also an outstanding tool for our tenured employees who need guidance with their day-to-day tasks. It’s easy to use, has great backend support, and integrates with salesforce seamlessly. This product will improve your efficiency and help to expand your knowledge base.

After using spekit for almost 2 years, I havent found anything that I dislike.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

Spekit has enabled our workforce to discover answers to their questions without the need to reach out to various teams and wait for responses. Having field level information at their fingertips within Salesforce has been very helpful; even in the short period in which we have gone live with Spekit. We are excited to continue building out content in the future!

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

It would be great to see more granular permissions for the various user roles that can be assigned. When compared to the level of customization possible within Salesforce in that regard, I think there is some room for enhancements on the Spekit side.

Streamlining the onboarding process for new employees. Enabling currently employees to learn more about the data within our main system of record.

It is easy to move back and forth between different areas and screens in the map of systems quickly! The large readable blocks and text. I use it frequently for accessing resources, And I definitely integrate it into my daily work. I have never had to ask for help with it.

At first it was difficult to find some things but when I got the hang of it it has been easy to use.

Very easy to look up product information across all of our databases. I use it almost daily in preparation of sales calls with prospective customers.

Spekit has been incredibly easy to learn and use, and is extremely effective in supporting our teams during our sales methodology implementation. The content they need in order to be successful lives right in Salesforce, providing easy access to content right when it's necessary. We also have a CSM that truly cares about our success with Spekit and has been consistently supportive.

I don't dislike anything at this time, but there are some features that could be developed!

Most relevant at this point, Spekit is supporting our implementation of a new sales methodology. There has been a learning curve here and Spekit makes enablement content available right where and when our teams need it.

How easy it is to navigate, and how helpfule it is with providing essential information all in the same system, aopposed to having to utlize multiple applications for the same informtaiton.

that the side bar gets in the way of things I need to click on my screen, and having to constatly move it up and down.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

Spekit is very easy to use. For the creation of content, it's really intuitive. Setting up content objects in Salesforce can be a bit tricky but Spekit support staff, especially our Customer Success Manager (Kristen), are phenominal and always there to help. Our reps love using Spekit as it gives them immediate answers and the back-end employees love it because we don't have to field so many calls that ask the same questions.

I can't think of anything at the moment.

Spekit is solving the need to navigate to different websites/windows to find answers. It is a great just-in-time platform that helps users when they need it and where they need it.

The simplicy of the platform and its integration with our tech stack is fantatics. It makes onboarding of new reps simple getting across our tech and processes.
Love the ability to integrate google presentatiosn right within the platfom.
Our Rep Josh Rubin is fantasic and very helpful.

I wish there was a quiz capablity that was more robust than 3 questions.

Spekit's ease of use enables rapid authoring and quick onboarding of new content creators. The contextual nature of the platform's embedded tooltips allows us to deliver highly relevant learning in bite-size chunks, making Spekit a vital component of our learning/training tech stack. The Spekit team is constantly working behind the scenes to optimize the product and is incredibly receptive to feature requests.

Some of the user/team provisioning features don't feel completely enterprise-level and will require extra customization to streamline or automate.

We're constantly adding new processes and applications to our tech stack - with Spekit, we can deliver day one learning content embedded directly within our users' everyday tools.

Spekit is amazing because it provides enablement right in your process. Running a sales sequence out of Outreach or Salesloft and need to know how to do something? Pop out the Spekit chrome extension and figure out what you need to know without having to leave your current screen!

Nothing! It's a great software and constantly getting better and more features.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

How it is embedded directly in Salesforce, our future all in one CRM. It is very user friendly and straightforward. Also, the customer care is excellent. Okello is very good about keeping in touch, hearing our needs, and delivering in excellent time.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

I think "dislike" is a harsh term. It think there are areas for improvement in the software that we have spoken with Okello about. But all in all, it is meeting our need now. I am confident that as Spekit grows, more features will come available.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

Spekit is an excellent sales enablement tool for several reasons. First, making edits and creating speks is easy on both the website and the integration. Content also goes live instantly after hitting "publish" - no long wait times for updates to go live! Speks are customizable - links, images, and PDFs are all included. Notifications and "Spotlights" can also be customized - this is especially helpful when a new process is put in place. Finally, Spekit is very unobtrusive on the browser interface. Speks are easy to find but don't take over the whole screen.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

Overall, I enjoy using Spekit. However, I would suggest updating the spek editor to allow admins to paste images from the clipboard. It can be tedious to save screenshots and upload them from a library every time I want to add an image to a spek.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spekit is helping our Sales Enablement team reinforce new processes, tools and concepts. Speks are integrated into our sales tools to provide quick and easy access to definitions, use cases, and documentation/training recordings. It is much easier for our teams to hover over and click into speks than it is for them to search for enablement tools in our company's large document library.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

Spekit has successfully allowed us to create a consistent, effective and efficient enablement experience.

As a fast-growing business, we must onboard new team members with consistent ways of working quickly.  Spekit does this!

It's our single source of 'how to' with everything related to processes, systems and methods.

Love how the technology is evolving with its users.  The team is using feedback to add even more functionality to support customers.

The Customer Success team are very proactive and committed to pushing us to get the most from our investment.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

Nothing meaningful to note.  As someone based in Europe it would be great to see a team on the ground over here soon.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

Speks are a wonderful way of delivering engageable content right where you want. Easy to create, and to update, it allows my users to better understand what they have to do (or not to do) on a given field, or on an Opportunity stage.
If you are creative you can enrich the content in a very powerful way, that is attractive for user.
I frequently use the Spotlight functionality to widely share communications with the fields, and being able to see who engaged or who snoozed the notification, is really helpful. Also, I can correctly target my audience and where (which SF object) I want my notification to be displayed.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

The UI has still need some improvements, but the you can see that the team is continuously working on that topic.
I miss an index or summary functionality on speks for the users. For example, is somehow difficult to guide a user through all the speks indicating what to read first, and what to read next.
Being available only on Chrome, I have to constantly keep an eye on those non-chrome users as they are missing the fun.

Delivering guidance on how to use a field or a SF object in the right moment. 
Push engageable communications to the right users.
Ease adoption of new functionalities on the CRM.

I love the amount of time that Spekit saves me as an operations professional from answering the same question over and over again. It also has greatly improved our tech stack adoption and ensured that reps are adhering to our processes.

Absolutely nothing! Love all the functionality of the tool. Only recommendation would be to have some kind of connector for Confluence that so that I can easily sync documentation back and forth

Great CSMs, great brand & expanding use cases that can help reduce training hours. Loved the opportunity to connect with local Spekit team members at industry conferences. Fantastic CEO!

Our organization might not have been fully "ready" to enable Spekit. No fault of Spekit, as I joined the organization after it was signed and implemented. I wish our organization was mature enough to have SME's ready to adop a new tool and input their best practices. 

Automated reporting with alerts that could go to sales leaders or admins would be very helpful and reduce manual workload.

Reduce the need for 1x1 support when new hires join and want to learn about the unique factors within SFDC and quick how-to's, links to additional reosurces, etc.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

Fast access to critical information without leaving the ATS or CRM.  Users no longer have to spend time searching for answers or searching for people to answer their questions. Opportunities for content are limitless.  In addition, their customer support and IT teams are tremendous to work with and very responsive.

The technology behind the way Spekit functions on the browser may initially create response time delays.

Access to information especially 'how to' information for processes that need to be followed.

I love that I can upload all my quoting process and training videos so that it's easily accessible to our sales team.  Spekit has cut down on repeat questions and allowed me to regain this time to focus on other areas and tasks.

Spekit has been most helpful with giving us one location to look for (and store) help information at the time it is needed.  The search feature is excellent.

We do not have Salesforce.  We have an in-house developed CRM, so the Flow option can sometimes be a little tedious.

We have limited people to roll out new features from our Sprint releases for our CRM.  Spekit helps us populate and give demonstrations of the features and benefits.

Spekit is fast, has a super clean UI and is extremely easy to use. They are building constantly on new features and have improved their search function.

Analytics and search function still requires work. Indexing needs work and organizing documents is a bit haywire.

Resolving cusomter queries, There are a huge amount of queries we get. Spekit helps us resolve them by putting them in a spek and making them available.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

I like that Spekit is inbuilt into Salesforce. It is one of the most engaging and enabling tools for CRMs. The standard Salesforce help text is limited in terms of the number of characters, but with Spekit sales team can find different content by just hovering over the field. Also, it is super easy to get started; you only need to install the Spekit extension to view the resources.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

I haven't found anything that I dislike yet. However, I wish Spekit would offer some free licenses that we can provide to other users who want to learn about the SF process but need access temporarily.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spekit is helping us to onboard and enable our Sales Team in real-time. The team learns about the Sales processes faster and more efficiently through the platform.

Sometimes, the search function can be quirky, but you'll get where you're going.  This may be because our organization isn't effectively naming "speks".

Single source of truth for sales processes, new product information and the like. If there is a question, I usually respond to new hires with "There's a spek for that".

The in-app guidance using field speks and the ability to view step by step instructions side by side using the sidebar dock have been a game changer for our organization!

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

The only downside I can think of is the use of the extension. I've had to "nag" users over and over again to get them to download it and discover all the magic that comes with it. However, this could be better communication and expectations setting on our part.

We used to use PDFs to share all of our step by step procedures. Some of these SOPs are over 40 pages long. It caused our users to spend more time trying to search for the answer than actually completing the task. Spekit has completely solved this and allows us to share quick, real time updates when a procedure has changed.

Spekit helps us maintain consistancy accross our pipeline by showing the exit criteria on our pipeline. We use it in our forecast calls to support consistency by stage.

The flow view was something I was excited about using, but it never worked for our use case. It was both hard to build and never really worked when it was executed.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

It is easier for me to document and share processes in Spekit than it is to do it anywhere else. Historically my biggest hurdles to documenting how we do things revolved around 1) how long it took to create and update and 2) where to put it so that it would actually be seen and used as a reference by other members of our team. I am finally able to start putting some long-overdue documentation in place now that Spekit has made it easier to create and share.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

I love that I can use Spekit outside of just Salesforce, I sometimes with that I could do the same level of syncing to our other systems. I also think that I could use some additional clarity on the best way to set up groups to ensure the right people see the right stuff at the right time. We also have some end users who don't like the spekit icons popping up in the main webpage but who would probably utilize the sidepanel only if they could.

**Recommendations to others considering Spekit:**

Make sure your rollout plan involves and includes the people in your organization that you need to update speks. Buy in from more than just the administrator goes a long way toward keeping the library useful and relevant.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My department specifically struggles to document our processes, and we have just implemented two new systems so we have a LOT of processes to account for and learn. We're using Spekit first to solve our own documentation problems, and once we've done that we are looking to tackle rolling it back out to our end users to continue helping them with the new systems.

I love that Spekit lives right on top of Salesforce. It is easy to make new Speks and to update them! It is a simple tool that makes getting information across to users easy. The Spekit team is also so quick to help whenever there are any issues.

When writing Speks, there is no save as you go feature so sometimes I lose work. It would also be great if there was a drafts section and a way to schedule posting and hiding Speks.

My favorite part about it is cutting down on our onboarding time by creating topics where new onboarding employees can go through a self-guided topic to get the basics up and going. My other favorite part is the Salesforce integration where you can have definitions next to every field imaginable on every object in salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

Nothing that comes to the top of my mind. I will say that they are early in their company years so there are a few issues that end up happening, but they are quick to resolve. i think the Flows portion is a little wonky as well and it could definitely be more user friendly.

**Recommendations to others considering Spekit:**

Biggest recommendation I would make is asking what the best way of using it for onboarding because its essentially a LMS tool. I would also recommend having a discussion with your leadership team to see how many teams you want to be on this tool. It could ideally be a great insight for other teams as well to know what is going on in other people's worlds. Lastly, we can embed every piece of content that we have from our google drive in here which makes it really easy to create topics and speks inside of Spekit.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem we are solving is getting people to like salesforce and understand it a little better. It's no secret that sales teams dont really like using salesforce. With Spekit, it provides guidance, processes, and essentially a dictionary that they can pull up at any moment with the chrome extension.

Spekit is so easy to use and so simple to set up.  It helps make enablement so much more meaningful and in the moment vs traditional methods.  We've already seen a difference in how it affects ramping employees and deals.  Big fan; I would definitely suggest taking a look and trying it out.   On top of that, their team is fantastic to work with from start to finish.

Honestly, nothing so far.  It's been a pretty smooth experience, and we are working on adding more and more content all the time.

With Spekit we are trying to eliminate the gap between resources and customers.  We sell a reasonably complex product which makes it hard for our sales team to have all the answers, all the time. When authoring speks, I do wish the layout was a bit more user-friendly.

I like that Spekit is easy to access for my team. It's quick to link & surface in Slack, so I can reinforce that everyone uses it, which means I have seen improvement in people searching BEFORE asking! Once I figured out the best way to organize and use Spekit (which did take a little time), it has been easy to transfer content & create new content to provide the support my team needs. It's also easy to collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to keep their own information/content up-to-date, eliminating a bottleneck for real-time updates to content.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

The design of the speks is a little limited, and it can be clunky to organize topics. It's also a little challenging to create consistency with so many contributors, but I'm sure we will figure that out!

**Recommendations to others considering Spekit:**

Be sure you have the time to get Spekit set up before you roll it out! We needed to quickly roll it out for a new initiative and we didn't have enough built out (against Spekit's advice) and rollout & adoption was fine, but it could have been way better had we put in the time in advance :)

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn't have one "source of truth" before Spekit. It has allowed us to ensure just ONE place needs to be updated with changes, and we can do that quickly and effectively so our team has the best information available at all times. It has also allowed us to surface FAQs or instructions & tips in places/processes where people were getting tripped up.
