The interface is not the most friendly and looks a bit old **What problems is Spectrum solving and how is that benefiting you?** This software allows companies that work with projects to take care of all the accounting. From accounts receivable to accounts payable, subcontracts, reports... ### 2. They were really good and fast when it came to setup. **What do you dislike about Spectrum?** Consistent outages and no internet for the whole office. No good backup option for keeping the service up and running. This delays productivity and workers must be sent home. **What problems is Spectrum solving and how is that benefiting you?** Spectrum solves staying connected to the internet and communicating with our consumers through their internet services. ### 3. I also use it for streaming service and teaching classes. ### 5. Spectrum's price is okay and there are no surprise fees on the bill. **What do you dislike about Spectrum?** The cost of internet was higher if it was the only service I wanted and was about $20 more than most other services. Bundling services is a pressure sales tactic that I do not appreciate and hate wasting time on the phone being forced into services I don't want/need/can afford. Fast, direct sales on the phone might leave customers happier than having all of your services and bills and their time spent talking on the phone. **What problems is Spectrum solving and how is that benefiting you?** Many devices at a time run painfully slow or not at all without this service. ### 7. It honestly acts as multiple applications with its ability to manage accounts, time tracking, equipment and parts inventory. **What do you dislike about Spectrum?** There are many sections and features inside of Spectrum that can take a little bit of time getting used to where things are and what you need and don't need. **Recommendations to others considering Spectrum:** I would certainly give it a try, It really does everything you would need or want it to and more. I think those in the market for a CRM or similar tool would really find Spectrum useful and a great ROI on your time implemented and rolling it out. **What problems is Spectrum solving and how is that benefiting you?** Spectrum helps the company by acting as a CRM for our sales, project managers and even marketing teams. Other departments and teams can also benefit from Spectrum due to how many different things it has the ability to do. ### 8. We have to go to Task Manager and close it down under Background Processes and then restart to be sure. **What problems is Spectrum solving and how is that benefiting you?** For me as long as the one that is handling payroll it allows us to have a correct count of an employee's hours so payroll is much more seamless. ### 12. Managing credit union member's accounts is a simple task and Spectrum offers a slew of features not found in other similar platforms. **What do you dislike about Spectrum?** The interface can at times look a little dated.
