**What do you like best about Spectrio?**

I can upload nearly any type of communication or content I've created in the format it's in (PowerPoint slides, PDFs, photos, videos, JPEGs, etc.).  It's so easy to funnel in our social media posts too - and you can approve them before they display, which is a great feature. I love that there are widgets for displaying generated content too like news, health tips and even trivia. The dashboard is super intuitive and easy to use which saves you time. The helpdesk team is very responsive when I have had a question. I see our company using this platform for a long time as it continues to grow with us.

**What do you dislike about Spectrio?**

The only feature I've been waiting for is a way to connect to a local source (spreadsheet) to automatically update a slide that's displaying on the screens.  For example, we show birthdays and work anniversaries every week.  I have to manually upload them each week.  It would be nice if I could connect my spreadsheet and it update automatically.

**What problems is Spectrio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enplug changes the way we communicate with team members, making it so much easier to get messages out to our large team.  We can prioritize messages and even freeze messages when we have an urgent communication need - something we had no way of doing in the past.

**What do you like best about Spectrio?**

Web interface to upload content.  Very easy to access outside the network for last minute changes.

**What do you dislike about Spectrio?**

On the device side, we've seen on multiple occasions that new content doesn't show up.  In many cases, the force to push does not work and I need to reboot the device for the changes to take place.

Lately having a real hard time logging into Screenscape via a Chrome browser.  Need to revert back to Internet Explorer.  Is that a dependency now?

**Recommendations to others considering Spectrio:**

Users need to understand their requirements beforehand.  Videos are still hard to upload and sometimes it is difficult to manipulate content.  For base use however, it is a great tool.

**What problems is Spectrio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Definite increase in communications to the site.  Another resource for staff to learn more about HR services and immediate announcement needs.

I can update content from anywhere and it's instantly on the screen. The infotainment options provide passive engagement and help break up the appearance of straight corporate speak.

There could be more templates; they've staled a little with variety and not much has changed over the five years we have been using the product.

This is an intuitive and easy to use platform you can implement anywhere in your organization to improve communication and messaging to your audience.

We are engaging staff in hard to reach areas of our work place. Messaging and awareness of corporate training, new staff announcements and staff events have been identified in our engagement surveys (noted that screenscape was effective)

It's easy to use and their customer support is amazing. I also like that their device has lasted several years without wearing down or breaking.

I would like if they used something besides Flash on their website I also don't like that I have to clear my cache every few weeks to log in. Other software programs I use don't require this.

**What problems is Spectrio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Screenscape provides and easy way for my office to display information from different media sources on one platform. This saves us time and money by only using one piece of software for our digital signage. Before we were using multiple software programs that wouldn't always work well with each other and now we are just using Screenscape.

I like the fact that i control content for all my stores in one central place and I can log in anywhere to access it.I also like that I can create all my own content.

The system that I am on is very limiting. I can't upload movies or create my own slide shows. I would also like the ability to pick which transition effects my slides have.

**Recommendations to others considering Spectrio:**

If you are looking for a reliable digital advertising platform, then screenscape is what you need. This is also a great system for small business. I have been at two companies now and I have used screenscape for both. I highly recommend screenscape for your needs.

I don't know of any problems it solves, but the benefits of digital advertising in my stores is great.

**What do you like best about Spectrio?**

We have been using ScreenScape in our restaurant since 2014 to advertise to our customers.  It has been a very solid platform to display our current daily specials, news and information about upcoming promotions.  We have found that the ability to provide our customers with visuals of our daily specials while they are waiting for a table has helped drive demand for these items.  We also use the display to feature local news, weather and some trivia to help pass the time when we are busy and there is a wait for tables.  The support team at ScreenScape has been second to none when we had a minor technical issue and helped us resolve the problem quickly.

**What do you dislike about Spectrio?**

The lack of ability to access ScreenScape via an iOS app for updates on the fly is a bit of a restriction but I am sure it will come with time.

**What problems is Spectrio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to use visual images to suggestively sell daily specials and featured items before the customer is even at the table.

**What do you like best about Spectrio?**

I love the scheduler tool that allows me to schedule exactly when I want certain pieces of content to go live. I also love the webpage published piece. We use this to publish sports scores that are taken from a regularly updated website - this feature makes my life easier by doing the updates automatically.

**What do you dislike about Spectrio?**

The platform has many complex layers that it can be difficult to teach others. I usually tell people to just stick to the campaign tab and if they would like to create their own templates they can, but the platform itself can be intimidating to people. I also wish there was a pre-built template that users could enter content and have it designed for them. Often, I am working with IT and HR people who are not designers and could benefit from a more computer-generated approach.

We are able to effectively communicate to all employees, specifically manufacturing employees who may not have the time or ability to read traditional email communications. It has also helped us achieve a sense of uniformity across our business - we have similar content across our locations.

**What do you like best about Spectrio?**

The system is very user friendly and comes with lots of templates to make creation of content easy.  People with little to no computer literacy skills can create and publish new material.  The support team is great and very responsive.  There are updates a new templates available as time goes on ant the market changes.  Great features like local weather and headlines are great for our clients, they love it.  The feeds have also proven to be very useful as we have one published that is a Youtube Feed that has all of our brands current offerings and information on the industry in general.

**What do you dislike about Spectrio?**

It would be advantageous if you could utilize the content created here on other platforms via a download option. (ex Facebook).  That is all that I dislike about this product.  I really do think as a business model, you should look into the media creation end of things, as your media creation is very user friendly.  If it could be utilized and published across differing platforms you may have increased sales opportunities.

**Recommendations to others considering Spectrio:**

I would highly recommend using ScreenScape for your digital advertising and information sharing needs.  It is very user friendly and easily customized to your needs.  Displaying feeds from Youtube or Facebook is very simple.  Added features such as live news and weather feeds have been hits with our customers as well.  I would be happy to reference my great experience with new customers.

Content is easily portrayed to customers in the customer lounge, which sparks conversations and improves communication of important information.  We are able to share our newest product offerings and insights.  It was an easy way to implement tailored marketing easily.

Easily syncs all of our digital signage content into a simple to use cloud-based interface.

Sometimes we have connectivity problems and have to reboot the devices but that could be more to do with our WiFi connection than ScreenScape.

It is a good and easy to use digital signage system.

**What do you like best about Spectrio?**

Flexible, quick.  Lots of templates that you can change to your preferences.  I have been able to eliminate printing many posters as the eye catching  templates are great and easy to use.  When using the wired version it is instantly updated when I upload new material.  I had been using three sticks on ScreenScape4 however, with ScreenScape5 I have increased the number to 12 over all.  I use for menus, pricing and rotating information screens.  I love it.

**What do you dislike about Spectrio?**

I don't like that I cannot affect the orientation.  I have been able to tip the images so they appear in portrait but obviously cannot use the templates.  Also I find that if I use the wireless option, it takes a little longer to update.  Our wifi is not the best either.

**What problems is Spectrio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communications.  We are a recreation area (ski hill in winter, aerial trekking tower in summer) and require informing people of events, changes to schedules and even driving advertising revenue where possible.  We move the sticks, seasonally, from one side of the property to another and that makes it AWESOME.  We are more environmentally conscious as we do not print as many posters as before.

Enplug has made it easy to communicate snippets of information about our company and the world through strategically placed displays in our workspaces.  We surveyed our employees about what they wanted to see and how they wanted to see it. Enplug provided a dynamic solution that is very easy to customize to our company's needs. And from a user standpoint, it is easy and time-saving.

**What do you dislike about Spectrio?**

Not too many cons to Enplug, but if I had to mention anything, it is that when we lose wireless connectivity, I get a lot of phone calls about it.

**What problems is Spectrio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of overloading staff with long emails, they read their 15-30 second news byte in the hallway on the way to pick up a print job.  Because our "news" is scrolling in the hallways, our staff is more informed and morale has improved.

**What do you like best about Spectrio?**

Very easy to manage content on multiple screens.  Also very easy to change entire presentations quickly.  Content creating is very easy, able to import most multimedia formats.  I can display information across several screens and allow other users the ability to manage content specific to their area.

**What do you dislike about Spectrio?**

Sometimes the hardware will not stay connected to the network.  There have been some bugs in the software, but for the most part it is quickly fixed.  Most of the issues I run into deal with our own network and maintaining a connection with the hardware.  I would like to see the ability to schedule entire playlists, not just individual media within playlists.

**What problems is Spectrio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily get info out to the students, can change the displays easily.  I have also set up users that have the ability to change their own content.

**What do you like best about Spectrio?**

What I like the most about Screenscape is that it's sturdy and reliable. We have rarely had any downtime or hardware issues.  Anytime I had any questions the support team was always there to answer them for me.

The system had lots of templates for different types of content we could share, as well as having premade content like trivia and entertaining facts that we could display.

It also gave us the ability to bring in RSS feeds of news and weather to really make it feel like a local display vs a national company bringing in content that wasn't local.

Being in Nova Scotia, and this company being one province over made it great for real time support and reponse times to emails.

They do have a nice feature inside that allows you to see other screens in the area on a map.

**What do you dislike about Spectrio?**

It's got to be the interface.  I found it clunky to use and could be upgraded with more drag and drop feature.  It worked don't get me wrong, but I did find it not as intuitive as it should of been being a digital company.

When we were looking for screen systems we were basing it on what we were accustomed to seeing (the 3 blocks with the ticker). This system is full screen (so if you wanted the other, it's not this.

One thing that we did experience is when it loads full video clips there is a short delay of black between them that seems abrupt but is there for the next video to actually load up.

If you're going to doing more static images it can load pretty seamless.

**Recommendations to others considering Spectrio:**

I would suggest if you're looking for reliability and easy of set up on the TV's, this is really easy to get up and running.

**What problems is Spectrio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a clients office building where upstairs was their health spa and downstairs was a general doctors office.  We had 3 screens in the building and were able to give them dedicated content on each of the screen without any issues.

I like the ease of use in managing my clients' accounts, down to what I can put on each TV screen in their clinic. I love the portability of the hardware and it''s a breeze setting things up on-site with my client watching over my shoulder.

I have not discovered a downside yet. Easy to use, easy to set up for the client. Interface and templates are a breeze. I just wish I had more clients who understood how cool this technology is.

**Recommendations to others considering Spectrio:**

I did a lot of research before choosing ScreenScape. Other platforms come close, but there is always something either missing, or the price is just not right for what is offered. I have found that ScreenScape was the perfect balance of price and features for the industry I serve the most - which is not retail but doctor clinics that want to present a large amount of detailed information to their patients.

**What problems is Spectrio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating the slideshows, videos, and shuffling them around, adding new updates, as well as creating translations in other languages and presenting them to a diverse audience is a powerful tool. The screens are running during the open hours of the clinic doing a lot of training that the chiropractor and staff no longer have to be responsible for.  Again, the fact that I can post translations into Spanish, Russian, and other languages, takes a lot of pressure off of the staff.

We decided to go with SharePoint which we already own.  We were able to role out a DS solution without spending that much money.

**What do you like best about Spectrio?**

The ease of use. We upload content for 4 of our locations and it’s up in a matter of minutes.  It doesn’t take a film degree to use the software either!  The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The quality of the content is really great, and the pricing is even  better! No more contracts for 10 years or tricky language on the legal disclaimers. They are straight forward and it’s all around easy from payments to adding content.
I also like the online training, I think there should be more presentation calls for this’d wanting to learn more about creating. There are a lot of features that are available and I probably only use a small percentage of those..

**What do you dislike about Spectrio?**

The better the software gets, the bigger the equipment, so we have to work around hanging tv’s in our lobbies from using a flash drive to a small box that requires a plug-in.  Sometimes there is a wait when contacting customer service, but only on rare occasions have I needed to call.
I’m not sure if all of the flash drives will need to be upgraded for the new version, so being kept in the loop on that would be nice ecstatics of the modifications we will need to make for the boxes and plug ins.

Don’t wait. You’ll be happy you switched over and they make it seamless.

**What problems is Spectrio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They worked with us on an issue we had in our city hall location and took the time to walk our IT guy through the process.i also wish there were more of the trivia videos made available to use, our members really love watching them when they are in our lobbies!  I realized that when we do need help with something technical, they always come through for us and get the issue solved. We greatly appreciate all of the support -especially for being in different countries. I’ve never had an issue with them not responding quickly or same day. I’m a huge fan of Screenscape!

Haven't found a downside to this program.

**Recommendations to others considering Spectrio:**

Definitely worth the investment. 
You don't have to have the most expensive screen. 
The program was easy to use, we had everything up and running in 2-3 hrs on the wireless network which is another bonus no wires to run just an outlet to plug into.
Don't be afraid to contact their customer service very knowledgeable people and help walk me through set up and quick call backs when message left. 
The average time that a customer is at our store is about 15 - 20 minutes so we adjusted times so that most customers would be able to see a complete advertisement cycle while here. 
In the year plus that we have been using Screen Scape we have had no issues with down time. 
Our screen is a 40" that we placed just behind our countermen and you can see the customers watching the program. 
Can change your screen instantly from anywhere. 
I believe that this would work perfectly for venues for car parts sales, restaurants etc. 
The option of being able to amend visuals for multiple locations from one location is truly beneficial. 
Preview my screens before they go live. 
A lot of templates that can be easily modified for different situations.

**What do you like best about Spectrio?**

The versatility, drag and drop, and ease of use of Screenscape is what placed above the other competitors I was reviewing.

**What do you dislike about Spectrio?**

It can be a but clunky for the user. For the most part it is outlined so that you will understand where to go but the process to upload doesn't flow well. Additionally, the templates are pretty great but I find editing them, with the idea of a web GUI Photoshop mindset, isn't always as easy as it would appear.

**Recommendations to others considering Spectrio:**

One and done. If you want something easy and reliable, ScreenScape has been that from the beginning.

**What problems is Spectrio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of paper signs, we're able to have digital greetings and other updates for our company's reception area. We can post events and reviewed meeting agendas as well as welcome screens to new employees and guests

**What do you like best about Spectrio?**

The variety of templates in Screenscape is so helpful, as we have various screens which we use for different purposes. For example one is a reader board and mainly displays a schedule, while the other display upcoming events with graphics and videos.

Scheduling is a bit confusing and I know our team has had some issues understanding how to schedule different media on the playlists.

We are mainly solving wayfinding issues in our building, but it is a great value add to clients.

Enplug's user interface is beautiful, intuitive and simple to use. It allows us to log in and upload our content, directing it to play where and when we want it to appear in less than a minute!

I haven't found anything that I don't like. There was an occasion when you had an extra window pop up to give information about something new, and it obscured the accept button until I figured out how to navigate around it, but honestly I'm nothing but impressed.

We're able to make complex, custom playlists for all 12 of our branches so easily! Reviewing the content is quick and the images are big enough to assess our choices accurately. Enplug is flexible and innovative; providing a better experience for my team and for our credit union members and visitors who enjoy watching the programming.

Enplug is the best product out there that allows you to remotely manage a network of digital signage screens and content.   It enables you to create and control the content on one or hundreds of screens.  I love it because it is very easy to manage.   You can update all or one or two screens in real-time.    Affordable and well worth it.

How the group feature work.    You can group your digital screens, but if you want to send a different image to one of two in the group your are restricted.

Remote management of our digital communication source.    Better communication and advertisement for scheduled events.

**What do you like best about Spectrio?**

Enplug is great at displaying content valuable to us and our visitors. The social media display features allow us to curate a fresh and engaging feed of crowdsourced content about our destination and display it to visitors. Doing so encourages them to engage on social media with our destination and provides us with more content for our own social media pages. It's a positive feedback loop. Using it is easy and straightforward, changing our preferred hatch tags, adding and removing feeds, filtering content is all super easy. Customer support is great and enthusiastic over the phone too, very easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about Spectrio?**

sometimes the software updates can be a little troublesome, an interface change was made a while go that took some getting used to. A guided intro right after the update upon visiting the new interface for the first time would have been helpful.

Give it a shot! For our needs it has been wonderful!

Enplug allows us to better engage with an ideal visitor, one who is connected and active on social media. The social media curation and display allows us to effectively provide inspiring social media content to visitors at our tourist center, encouraging each new visitor to post about our destination on social media. It also helps us source dynamic imagery for our own marketing efforts without having to go through nearly as much work in retaining full time and expensive media professionals, helping us cut our costs and time down internally.

ScreenScapes is very user friendly and allows us to show immediate content to our customer base.

The only issue we have is intermittent connectivity issues. However, this is not technically a ScreenScape problem. Out device sits a good distance from our WIFI router. Only solution would be to move our route or for the device to have a better antenna.

Easy to add media and update playlists.  I like the option of different backgrounds and the news and weather is a great feature.  Our employees really enjoy seeing new messages every week.  It also helps educate different departments about what is going on around the company which allows us to create a more cohesive work environment without having to use additional time and resources.

**What do you dislike about Spectrio?**

Wish the design templates were more user-friendly.  I typically create my own images in Creative Suite and then upload a jpg to a blank canvas.  If the templates were drag and drop I think I would use them more.  At times we have issues with the playlists being loaded, but typically that is a quick fix so not a huge drawback.

Screenscape is a great tool for welcoming guests to our office, as well as beneficial for employee relations.   We introduce new team members, keep everyone up-to-date on any events and sometimes just put something interesting up to make people stop, read and smile.  It also helps educate different departments about what is going on around the company which allows us to create a more cohesive work environment without having to use additional time and resources.

I think a monthly subscription per device doesn't make sense based on a per device basis, There should be a pricing structure 1 - 5 , 5 - 10 etc that makes selling it to enterprise companies with multiple locatons more valuable or offer resellers a more lucrative offer to sell it for you.

I am excited that I can do all of this at ease and in minimal time.

Enplug is extremely easy to use. When I started out as a new user, it took me a matter of minutes to figure out how to add content to my channels. No fuss and no confusing features. With the use of widgets, it makes managing your content easier than ever! You can even incorporate your social media accounts.

**What do you dislike about Spectrio?**

Sometimes the widgets can be a bit laggy. Moving around the order of the content can sometimes be tricky. Uploads take a while if uploading many files.

Enplug has made communicating within our offices extremely simple! I can now push out announcements in a matter of minutes. The content you upload is live ASAP. Our employees love having this program to view office updates and other content.

User friendly, the software and interface when uploading material is simple, makes very easy to keep the material up to date to ensure everyone sees what is displayed. The system also has a diversified set of applications to keep it interesting for all viewers

Perhaps for future versions will be good to have wireless connection to a smart tv. It is convenient to have the HDMI cable plugged to the TV, but, it requires you to place the device near by and accessible if WIFI connection is lost for maintenance

Make sure your display is located at the most transitable location, if TV or screen display is at the back of the room it loses interest and visibility for any viewer

it doesn't always work with Safari because of Adobe Flash.  The error I get is "ScreenScape is powered by a Rich Internet Application that requires Adobe Flash (version 10 or greater).Your browser's Flash player plugin is missing or outdated. The Flash player plugin is free, safe and secure, and takes only seconds to download. Click Get Flash to update your player and then we'll be able to move right along."  However, I can bypass this by using Chrome

The ability to have news and social feeds incorporated are things we could not do with a pre-made video so I love that.

**What do you dislike about Spectrio?**

There have been a handful of technical glitches, screens going black, re-starting the device after it's frozen, and in our particular case have had to have new devices sent to us multiple times. Even today as I write this review I'm having issues logging on to Enplug online to schedule some content and keep getting an error message.

**Recommendations to others considering Spectrio:**

I would recommend considering your uses for it to make sure it fits your needs. If you only need a stagnant screen then it's not necessary, but if you want to show a looping video or social feeds it's a great option.

We use Enplug in our lobby and conference rooms to display welcome signs, promote our products, and show our social feeds. Keeps our content fresh. Also nice to be able to control all 3 of those screens from one interface on my computer.

The most helpful thing about Enplug is how instant any and all changes are. If something needs to be put up or pulled down right away, there's no wait time.

One improvement I would make would be to remove to sliding scale of screen time percentages. I'd prefer to see them all individually in a grid, maybe.

We have a system of monitors in three office locations that are used to share internal information with employees. I like the ability to integrate with apps like Slack and Twitter and then review/approve posts before they appear on the monitors. We share info like news headlines, traffic, weather, team photos, tweets from Twitter, and inspirational quotes.

**What do you dislike about Spectrio?**

It would be nice to be able to integrate with more apps like Instagram, but there are already a ton of integration options.

**Recommendations to others considering Spectrio:**

Enplug is easy to use to display information and scale to a variety of monitors and displays. Although we are using it for internal purposes within our offices, I think it could easily scale to tradeshows or other external events.

We are able to easily share a variety of information with employees and office visitors about our company. I especially appreciate that we can connect employees quickly with what people are saying about us on Twitter. I think it helps our team feel closer to customers and take a customer-centric approach as they go about their daily work.

I find that the product is so easy to use. Very beginner friendly even if you're not technically inclined. we have two accounts running currently and its very easy to update the messaging instantly without any downtime.

ScreenScape is continually improving their platform and making changes based on user feedback, which I appreciate. They are always adding new integrations and templates which help to customize content. Their support team is very responsive and are always there to point you in the right direction or guide you in creating great content!

My only complaint would be when we switched to ScreenScape 5, we had to rebuild all of our content which was time consuming.

Allow for time to create content as it can be time consuming having to create each piece of media separately.

I like how easy it is to update the slide deck and push out to each branch. We no longer need to burn a DVD and mail it.

The canned slides don't always meet our needs but we create our own in photoshop or illustrator.

We can update the lobby slides fast. So we can provide information about rates and specials now that it no longer takes days to update the message.  Every location can have a unique message that only displays in that lobby.

Enplug makes it so easy to sync all our fun company culture info across all 5 of our offices worldwide with a click of a button.

There is some lag time with enplug when you are updating your slideshow, but its 6-8 seconds max. It just displays the first image while it loads.

It is super easy to use and has benefitted our company tremendously.

Enplug has helped our company culture tremendously. Being able to control company announcements and info and knowing everyone is looking at the same info in real time makes our employees feel more connected. Whether its announcing the date and time for an All Hands meeting, highlighting content from our brand book, or sharing images from our employees, everyone seems to really enjoy the content we are spreading company wide through enplug.

Very easy to set up apps and placing them on the screens, arrangement, timing. Others in the office are able to use their screens to track data and what is necessary to assist with their job functions.

I have noticed that the images/videos do not delete when they are expired. I've had to manually delete these the past few weeks.

I like that I can monitor the photos and "catch" any questionable images before they are posted in our lobby's. We love the social media and instagram apps since this is what our field associates use to post on the job photos to share with other associates nationwide.
