I think, like most consultancies (including us), there have been times when, if we do not have someone dedicated to our project, we are contending with the resource's time elsewhere. We've felt a little of that and given them feedback. I will say they work hard to communicate with us better so we're not caught off guard or surprised. The project took longer than planned, we had to push a few items out of scope, and we ran across unexpected barriers, but they were there every step of the way and brought in expert resources as needed. However, they were straightforward to deal with throughout the hurdles and project revisions, and their resources were swiftly brought to the table when we encountered roadblocks.
