Relatively small team, which required us to rely on specific team members rather than share responsibilities across a large group. This was minor deficit though as comradery with small team overcame any negatives. A lot of work SR helped us with was technical, so now that we are on our own, some items we may not feel comfortable modifying or updating as SR had more technical DocuSign expertise than our in-house IT members. They were great to work with and responded quickly to changes. Were able to grasp very quickly our internal processes and the vision of where we wanted and needed to go. We truly felt they were a trusted partner and were essentially part of our internal team. They were agile enough to make adjustments to accommodate changes to our timeline and expectation of deliverables. They changed our SA mid-stream which had some impact to the continuity of the project related to knowledge transfer.
