## Sparkwise Reviews
 ### 1. The best part of live training, now scalablee

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric P. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Sparkwise?**

It focuses on what actually drives behavior change: people learning from and with each other. I've run countless programs where participants rave about the small-group discussions, but scaling that consistently always felt impossible. Sparkwise handles it beautifully. Structured enough to be productive, open enough to feel genuine. You get the reach of a digital platform with the depth of a great in-person workshop.

**What do you dislike about Sparkwise?**

The platform does what it promises. If I had to nitpick, I'd love even more flexibility in customizing the flow of group activities, but the team is constantly shipping improvements so I expect that's coming.

**Recommendations to others considering Sparkwise:**

If you've ever wished you could bottle the energy of a great breakout session and deliver it at scale, this is it. Especially recommended for anyone who's tried to scale live training and hit the wall of "I can't be in every room." You don't have to be.

**What problems is Sparkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anyone who's run live training knows the magic happens in the breakout rooms. That's where people actually push each other's thinking. The problem is you can't clone yourself into every breakout to ensure quality and consistency. Sparkwise lets me scale peer-to-peer collaboration without sacrificing depth.

 ### 2. Translating insights into actions that transform workforces and businesses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jody G. | Senior Solutions Strategist, Global Solutions & Enablement, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Sparkwise?**

What stands out most to me is that Sparkwise’s approach places learning, practice, and application directly in the hands of the participants. The content is contextualized to learners’ unique businesses, teams, roles, and opportunities in real time through thought-provoking small-group discussions, activities, feedback, and adaptive prompting. This balanced approach empowers real leaders to bring their own challenges to the forefront of the learning experience, which is exactly what our corporate clients want and need.

I also can’t say enough about how truly exceptional the entire Sparkwise team has been throughout our strategic partnership and collaboration. They consistently deliver A+ support, responsiveness, and engagement for my business, our clients, and their learners.

**What do you dislike about Sparkwise?**

Specific to my organization's use cases and purposes: Topic alignment and successive skill applicability is not as well-suited to our most senior-level learners/leaders for whom executive and C-Suite nuance, VUCA-based problem solving, and cross-BU strategy planning and execution require extensive and iterative discussion vs. structured simulation.

**Recommendations to others considering Sparkwise:**

If your organization is seeking dynamic small group learning experiences and skill-based applications that will help you move from “leaders who know” to “leaders who DO”—and do it well—contact Sparkwise to start exploring right-sized solutions that will shift your workforce toward higher potential and, ultimately, star performance.

**What problems is Sparkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my work and business designing enterprise leadership programs, solutions, and learning components, the gap is not about content: it is about translating our insights into real on-the-job actions without sacrificing the quality of the learners' experience. Partnering with Sparkwise has helped my organization address this leadership development challenge through our co-creation of meaningful, in-the-moment peer practice and application. Sparkwise's dynamic approach and platform capabilities enables us to bring our thought leadership to life for our clients and their leaders, enhancing our ability to accelerate skill building and behavior change—not just knowledge acquisition.

 ### 3. Revolutionized Our Training with Scalable, Automated Learning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Sparkwise?**

I really like Sparkwise for its ability to scale audience learning without the scheduling bottlenecks typically associated with facilitators. It creates an instructor-led experience digitally and asynchronously. It's been a significant boost for our leadership programs, enabling emerging leaders to practice difficult conversations and decision-making in a psychologically safe environment.

**What do you dislike about Sparkwise?**

Because it's such a different way of learning, it's a big change and unfamiliar to most people. What we found is that good change management planning like communications, introduction at a journey kickoff, and quick start guide help participants know what to expect. This enabled people to get started more comfortably and smoothly.

**What problems is Sparkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When working on open enrollment learning, it can be tough to figure out scheduling of facilitators, but Sparkwise lets us offer sessions anytime with any number of people. The setup allows participants to engage in small groups, making the experience interactive. It provides immediate feedback which is great for adult learning at the moment of need.

 ### 4. A Consultant Toolbox My Team Loves

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pierre-Luc Z. | Vice President Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Sparkwise?**

See first answer - consultant toolbox for my team

**What do you dislike about Sparkwise?**

Some of the classes we're a bit overly simplistic, but other than that, no major dislikes.

**What problems is Sparkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They delivered a simple and fun solution to train my team in the "ways of consulting" ie how to have a structured problem-solving approach, how to prepare sharp presentations with a "so what", how to manage executives, etc.
In sum, all the tools that make consultants of MBB high-performers consolidated into one platform.

 ### 5. Easiest Way to Scale Live Learning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gale W. | Founder, Managing Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Sparkwise?**

Quality learning with almost zero handholding. The platform guides small groups through structured problem-solving, practice, and action planning, which drives real behavioral change. Learners love the peer interaction, managers see stronger application on the job, and reporting makes the impact easy to show. Setup is straightforward, and expanding to new use cases is fast.

**What do you dislike about Sparkwise?**

The UI is already clean, and an extra layer of polish would make setup and navigation feel even more delightful.

**Recommendations to others considering Sparkwise:**

Start with a focused pilot tied to a high impact use case, such as manager development or consultative selling. Measure completion, session quality, and behavior change, then expand to more audiences. Sparkwise is a strong fit for distributed teams and large enterprises that need reliable cohort learning at scale. It pays for itself quickly by replacing manual coordination and facilitator costs.

**What problems is Sparkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sparkwise enables teams to scale live, collaborative learning without a heavy facilitation or administrative load. Before, workshops depended on expert moderators, complex scheduling, and lots of coordination across time zones. Now, small groups run themselves with structured prompts and clear outcomes. We reach far more learners, keep quality consistent, and cut delivery costs by around 80 percent. L&D teams can focus on strategy and manager enablement instead of logistics.

 ### 6. Lightweight, small-group learning that changed how we use AI and collaborate across departments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Enrico P. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Sparkwise?**

What I like is that Sparkwise behaves like a quiet, reliable co-facilitator. In a 60-minute block, it gets a small group doing real work together: clear prompts, timers, role rotation, and a simple way to capture outputs. No need for me to run the room or book a trainer. Setup is light (send link, people join), rescheduling is painless, and the post-session recap/nudges actually keep habits alive.

**What do you dislike about Sparkwise?**

Two minor frictions: the lack of a mobile app makes last-minute joins harder, and more EU-centric examples/localization would help non-US teams. Also, the credit model could be a bit clearer for custom sessions, so we don’t second-guess consumption.

**Recommendations to others considering Sparkwise:**

Ideally, anchor sessions to real work you’re doing that same week. Pairing Sparkwise with a shared Slack channel to capture outputs and next steps also worked well for us.

**What problems is Sparkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Sparkwise, our CVC team and colleagues from the parent company were experimenting with GenAI in silos, resulting in uneven quality, duplicated work, and too much time spent coordinating training. Sparkwise provided a straightforward approach for aligning our AI usage and practicing together on real-world deliverables in small groups. The platform also handles scheduling, onboarding, and matching. The sessions helped us to refine a lightweight “AI working agreement” (prompt patterns, review steps, and data guardrails), and the automated recaps/nudges kept those habits alive after each run.

 ### 7. Used Sparkwise while I worked as VP Org effectiveness at HBP

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary Anne A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Sparkwise?**

You get the best of cohort based learning (collaborative, fun, engaging….STICKY) and the ability to do so without straining your resources (scale). A win win!
Oh! And the content is high quality. So I guess…win/win/win!

**What do you dislike about Sparkwise?**

I don’t know if they are “there” yet but it would be helpful if there were levels of immersions suited to different levels in an organization. So if senior leaders were building capability around agility for example, they would engage in an immersion that was materially different than a junior person for the same capability.

**Recommendations to others considering Sparkwise:**

Give it a serious try. I found the staff at Sparkwise to be bright, learning professionals who were willing to co-create solutions to fit my needs.

**What problems is Sparkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sparkwise has cracked the code on scaling cohort based learning! No longer do we worry about staffing small cohorts with learning professionals. And small cohorts work together dynamically in the immersive, fun online experience Sparkwise creates. So, learning happens more authentically, more quickly and in a much more engaging manner.

 ### 8. Excellent group training experience for all types of businesses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jim B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Sparkwise?**

It's personal, customized and your employees will actually be happy to do it.

**What do you dislike about Sparkwise?**

The experience moves along quickly -- it can be challenging to get it all done as a team in the time they recommend.

**Recommendations to others considering Sparkwise:**

If you have a variety of teams that are remote and need engagement and a new type of training, Sparkwise can work well. It's as easy as inviting your people to a meeting. I'd say spend some time with the Sparkwise team ahead of time thinking about the topics that most work for your group. And think about using a series of immersions, as they call them, to reinforce what you're trying to emphasize.

**What problems is Sparkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sparkwise has developed a unique platform for group trainings that makes such things fun and dynamic again. You gather your team onto what seems to be a regular remote meeting but once inside you can move your team through Sparkwise's proprietary synchronous training customized to your needs -- and it's fun! Small groups get together and do the exercises together, in an engaging manner. It brings teams together, and unlocks the knowledge and experience of the people on the call, vs. the usual one-way boring training session.

 ### 9. Group learning that actually works at scale, especially for remote teams like ours

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel D. | Content Lead, Outsourcing/Offshoring, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Sparkwise?**

The structure is brilliant.

You get the messy, valuable human part (people wrestling with ideas, sharing experiences, making connections) while the platform handles the sequencing and prompts.

Learning happens through the exchange of team members, not a boring PowerPoint presentation.

**What do you dislike about Sparkwise?**

Some of the questions are a bit confusing, and it was evident when all participants had different takes and answers to the same question.

Clarity of writing is needed for some of the questions.

**Recommendations to others considering Sparkwise:**

I think this can be used beyond training. This works for onboarding, change management, cross-functional alignment, anywhere you need people to process complex ideas together rather than individually.

**What problems is Sparkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a problem most companies have but won't admit: our group learning sessions were expensive and painful to organize. Lots of facilitation costs, minimal retention, no scalability. People sat through presentations, nodded politely, then went back to doing exactly what they did before.

Sparkwise solved this by automating everything that matters: structured peer discussion and reflection. Not the content delivery, but the human processing that turns information into insight. We get real learning moments without the logistics nightmare of traditional training.

 ### 10. Game-changer for scalable, high-impact group learning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zara Z. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Sparkwise?**

I like that it just works. You send people a link, they show up, and the session runs itself. The prompts are thought-provoking, the flow feels natural, and people stay engaged. It’s lightweight but impactful and also feels like team building.

**What do you dislike about Sparkwise?**

You can’t just throw in a generic topic and expect magic. It works best when the prompts are well thought through and tied to something real people are facing.

**What problems is Sparkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sparkwise helped us run powerful, collaborative learning sessions at scale within the team with minimal time or facilitation overhead. Very fun, frictionless and easy to use.
Most learning tools are either passive (videos, courses) or expensive to scale / annoying to coordinate with external trainers (live workshops). Sparkwise sits in the middle - structured, interactive sessions without needing a facilitator. It’s helped us get way more value out of the time we spend training as we are actually learning together, with the team we do the work with on a daily basis. We wanted a way to make learning more active and social, especially across our remote team. Sparkwise helped us turn content into something people actually apply. It also saves time, we don’t need someone to run the room.

 ### 11. Improving Communication and Professional Mindset with Sparkwise

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vanessa E. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Sparkwise?**

What I appreciate most is how practical and easy-to-apply the modules are. The content is relevant to real workplace situations and encourages self-awareness. The learning format is also straightforward, making it accessible to different kinds of learners.

**What do you dislike about Sparkwise?**

While the content of Sparkwise is valuable, some participants have shared that the sessions can feel a bit lengthy typically ranging from 45 minutes to an hour. This can be challenging to accommodate during a busy workday. Breaking the modules into shorter, more digestible sessions could make it easier for employees to stay engaged and absorb the material more effectively without feeling overwhelmed.

**Recommendations to others considering Sparkwise:**

Sparkwise is a solid tool for instilling professional behavior, especially for new hires or teams struggling with communication gaps. I recommend integrating it early in the employee journey and following up with manager-led discussions to reinforce key concepts. It’s not a one-size-fits-all solution, but it's a strong foundation for mindset training.

**What problems is Sparkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sparkwise addresses a common challenge among new hires, bridging the gap between technical skills and professional communication. By helping employees adopt a more intentional and professional mindset early on, we’ve seen fewer misunderstandings with clients, quicker team integration, and better alignment with company expectations. It’s been especially helpful for remote talent.

 ### 12. More collaborations that are highly customized and fits like a glove, finally!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bene D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Sparkwise?**

Digestible. Inclusive. Straightforward. It feels as though it makes sense to both right-brain and left-brain dominant folks.

**What do you dislike about Sparkwise?**

Since I'm yet to grasp its full features, I'd like to know if there is already an AI integration wherein I'd prompt it and get templates I can build on. I'd love to see this and test it out if this feature is already available.

**Recommendations to others considering Sparkwise:**

If you're looking for a collaboration tool that brings together the strategists and the creatives (data meets content in all forms), Sparkwise is a value-driven addition to your workflow.

**What problems is Sparkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brainstorming for projects that are time-sensitive and require cross-functional team effort can be challenging, but with Sparkwise, I value how it is to digest, interact with, and, most importantly, it fits like a glove compared to Miro, my personal bias since 2019, to be honest. I am pleasantly surprised that I stumbled upon this with my Penbrothers team.

 ### 13. Scalable high quality training for the 2020's

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlo L. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Sparkwise?**

We love that it's flexible and customizable, but most of all, we think the quality of the content really makes them stand out. We've tried a few trainers and programs who all provided what we felt were stale content and Sparkwise was the complete opposite.

**What do you dislike about Sparkwise?**

The only negative feedback we've gotten so far is how Sparkwise can possible give better training on how to use the platform to first time users BEFORE the session starts. Some of our employees experienced situations where they didn't know what to do or what to expect and as such, felt like they "missed out".

**Recommendations to others considering Sparkwise:**

If you want to shake things up within your organization's L&D efforts, try Sparkwise. It's a low commitment / resource vendor you can test to prove value.

**What problems is Sparkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an high-touch EOR / staffing business, we are constantly looking for ways to both retain our employees AND improve our client's experience working with our employees. We believe providing high quality training that is well thought out, focuses on practical skills for the modern professional, and done in a scalable, technology enabled channel is one of those keys that can help us unlock our employees. Sparkwise sits right in the middle of this.

 ### 14. Best group training experience in my career

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian B. | Member Board of Trustees, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Sparkwise?**

The interactive components of Sparkwise do two major things. First, the interactive sessions enable you to hear how others think about problems or training concepts, which allowed me to open my mind to new concepts and ways of doing things. Second, by having these discussions, I developed a better understanding of how my colleagues think, their motivations and their approaches to the work we shared together.

**What do you dislike about Sparkwise?**

At the time I used the program, the course selections were limited but have since grown to include more subjects, which is great to see.

**What problems is Sparkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sparkwise training goes beyond the norms of most "read this" or "watch this" training applications or programs. I participated early in their startup phase and was truly impressed with the way it helped me build stronger connections with the colleagues in my learning groups. For any company with a distributed workforce - remote workers, multiple offices, etc. - the Sparkwise product enables a stronger sense of connectedness and culture building than anything else I have seen.

 ### 15. Group-Based Interactive Sessions That Help Teams Connect and Learn

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Sparkwise?**

Group based interactive sessions help others connect and learn

**What do you dislike about Sparkwise?**

Sometimes the case examples are not applicable to our staff and disengagement can happen as a result

**Recommendations to others considering Sparkwise:**

Great off the shelf trainings that are approachable, easy to understand, and put in practice.

**What problems is Sparkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing tailored programs to common leadership and management skill gaps in our workforce

 ### 16. It is a good platform to establish teamwork

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elaine Jayne P. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Sparkwise?**

It is a good platform to engage with your teammates as it fosters collaboration and streamlines the problem-solving process. It transforms how teams interact, making communication more fluid and problem-solving more efficient and collaborative, ultimately leading to better outcomes and a more connected work environment.

**What do you dislike about Sparkwise?**

None as I really find the platform helpful

**Recommendations to others considering Sparkwise:**

It would be a good foundation to establish rapport within your team especially for new hires and it would help break the ice

**What problems is Sparkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It taught me how to improve the way I communicate with people and resolve problems. Effective communication is the foundation for successful problem resolution. By clearly articulating problems, actively listening to different perspectives, and collaboratively discussing solutions, the path to resolution becomes much smoother and more efficient.

 ### 17. Effortless, highly engaging group learning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin L. | Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Sparkwise?**

After experiencing a few sessions, our team's praise was effusive -- they had never experienced anything like this, and each module facilitated eye-opening moments that are rare in typical learning programs (whether in-person or virtual). Sparkwise's pre-built modules were perfect for my team's needs.

**What do you dislike about Sparkwise?**

I am looking forward to more and more modules to help our team leverage GenAI more effectively.

**Recommendations to others considering Sparkwise:**

Setting up a trial was effortless -- easy to test out and collect team input before committing to Sparkwise as a partner for long-term learning and development programming

**What problems is Sparkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our start-up consulting company is able to deliver McKinsey-caliber learning sessions without hours and hours of preparation or costly (and ineffective) sessions with external facilitators.

 ### 18. Strong team experiences on Sparkwise

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Sparkwise?**

What I like best about Sparkwise is how it offers a fun, collaborative way for our team to learn together—no facilitator required. Teams guide themselves through the content, which creates real ownership of the experience. The high-quality materials spark dynamic, engaged conversations that are rare to find in virtual spaces. The content is memorable—my team was still talking about it afterward—and the professional learning includes plenty of opportunities to practice and apply new skills.

**What do you dislike about Sparkwise?**

The 5 person to a room limitation is causing some challenges-- I understand why it is set up this way, but I do wish there was some a better work around for teams of 6-7 to learn together.

**Recommendations to others considering Sparkwise:**

Since the activities take place in smaller groups, it could be valuable to incorporate cumulative exercises or a whole-group debrief at the end of the session. Bringing the full team back together to discuss key takeaways and apply them to our context would help solidify the learning. This would also empower organizational leaders to “own” the content and carry it forward after the training.

**What problems is Sparkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sparkwise offers an efficient way to give people choice in what professional learning they want to explore. Sparkwise provides high quality learning materials such that our organization does not have to invest time and money to design the professional learning content. It is easy to use, schedule, and our people have a great experience when they engage in it. I've been to a lot of home-grown profession learning from HR teams, and this product is far superior to average offerings.

 ### 19. The partner we needed at the right time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Sparkwise?**

Vince and the team are top notch. They've been great thought partners and collaborators. They've always been open to brainstorming and "rolling up their sleeves" to work through tricky problems. We also have similar DNA in how we think about providing elevated experiences for clients.

**What do you dislike about Sparkwise?**

Not much to say here. Most of the roadblocks and problems have been internal rather than anything having to do with Sparkwise. That said, once people experience first-hand how the product works, it makes it easier to move things forward.

**What problems is Sparkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're always looking at ways that we can provide value to our clients. We see and demo a lot of tools and Sparkwise is easily the best one that we've seen in several years. Their platform is perfect for creating engaging experiences that perfectly complement our other services that we sell. It fits perfectly within our portfolio and we've found several ways to leverage it to serve our customers.

 ### 20. Finally, a training platform that helps people deeply change

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Think Tanks | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Sparkwise?**

What I love most is how it gets people to collaborate and learn from each other, without me having to be there. The participants really value the time for reflection and creating concrete action plans, which has boosted accountability. For me, the platform has been a game-changer, allowing me to scale my expertise and deliver interactive workshops without having to personally run every single one. It’s the perfect blend of smart design and human connection.

**What do you dislike about Sparkwise?**

There isn't anything to dislike, but I am looking forward to the AI-powered authoring tool they're working on, which will make it even easier to build out new programs.

**Recommendations to others considering Sparkwise:**

I'd recommend Sparkwise to anyone who believes that great training should do more than just deliver content, it should change how people think and act. The platform is built on how adults learn best. If you want to foster real collaboration and drive a lasting impact, definitely give Sparkwise a try.

**What problems is Sparkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were developing a training around productivity and were determined to avoid a 'one-and-done' webinar that gets forgotten. Sparkwise was the solution, enabling a critical shift from passively receiving content to actively applying new skills. That change in approach is precisely why the learning has been so effective and memorable.

 ### 21. The most engaging and scalable L&D I've ever seen

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan C. | National Board Member, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Sparkwise?**

Super flexible & engaging. Just as effective (if not more) than a live training, but much more cost effective

**What do you dislike about Sparkwise?**

I would love a broader library of training offerings

**Recommendations to others considering Sparkwise:**

Give it a try - it's amazing!

**What problems is Sparkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We brought in Sparkwise to help our team build core business skills (ex. communication, leadership, teamwork) - things that were super important, but not the focus for our core in-person L&D offerings. I was skeptical at first that an online program without a live facilitator could be engaging and drive impact, but Sparkwise proved me wrong. Employees loved the collaborative trainings & flocked to them. The unleveling of their skills has been clear & amazing.

 ### 22. Best training platform for remote workers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Sparkwise?**

Being able to interact and work collaborative in small groups while learning improves both the learning experience and the community/culture effect. We intentionally paired our most advanced contractors with our new ones multiplying our training output

**What do you dislike about Sparkwise?**

I would like to see a better experience integrating with meets or zoom

**Recommendations to others considering Sparkwise:**

If you have a remote team and need to focus on really productive hands on training sparkwise is a great solution.

**What problems is Sparkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At envoys we have over 100 contractors all around the world. Doing asynchronous training and zoom was not delivering the results expected. On the other side bringing people face to face is not feasible in terms of money.

 ### 23. Real-Time Collaboration That Actually Works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diana A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Sparkwise?**

Unlike other platforms that claim to be "interactive" but really just add polls to lectures, Sparkwise creates genuine small-group collaboration. The format was great at encouraging even more reserved team members to participate. I also appreciated how easy it was to find and launch relevant content from the catalog.

**What do you dislike about Sparkwise?**

I'd like more options for easily using internal resources and converting those into training.

**What problems is Sparkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sparkwise has helped us improve communication at our organization. Even after a few months of Sparkwise team members are already communicating and collaborating more effectively.

 ### 24. It was a fascinating way to start your employment journey.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anne Nicole B. | Senior HR Business Partner, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Sparkwise?**

Everyone gets to communicate and nobody gets left behind.

**What do you dislike about Sparkwise?**

I hope the topic can be a bit more challenging.

**Recommendations to others considering Sparkwise:**

This would be best for employees that are assigned under the same team as it let's you have a quick look on how the team will work together. It's fascinating which team members took on a leader role and those who stepped back.

**What problems is Sparkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The course we got to take was more on communication, and this has been an enjoyable experience that fostered collaboration and active speaking from the team.

 ### 25. Great platform!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leon M. | Chief Operating Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Sparkwise?**

The experience feels polished and engaging. People actually enjoy going through the simulations, which says a lot. We’ve seen really strong completion and feedback rates too!

**What do you dislike about Sparkwise?**

There’s not much to complain about! Overall, it’s been smooth and beneficial for the org.

**What problems is Sparkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sparkwise has helped us bring the benefits of live, interactive learning to a much broader group without the usual scheduling or coordination challenges. It's made high-quality group learning feel more scalable and consistent, which has been great for internal training and team development.

 ### 26. Sparkwise is a game-changer for AI literacy training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Sparkwise?**

I love the fact that participants can engage in a Whiteboard style on the platform and that there are side-by-side views (in column view) of what other participants have prompted and the corresponding outputs. SO useful to facilitate discussions on the uniqueness of each prompt and how domain expertise shapes the way we prompt.

**What do you dislike about Sparkwise?**

Nothing comes to mind and I mean that seriously.

**What problems is Sparkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sparkwise enables interactive and dynamic live group learning in a way that no other platform does. I use it often to facilitate real-time prompting practices for educators and learners -- in-person or virtual settings -- and I've found that it provides scaffolding for activities whilst allowing room for live discussions.

 ### 27. 10/10 for a fun and engaging learning activity for a team!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peck Y. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Sparkwise?**

The various lessons available and the deep interactivity of the lessons.

**What do you dislike about Sparkwise?**

Would like to see some of the lessons be more business oriented so that it is more applicable to the day to day work of the participants.

**What problems is Sparkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were planning an offsite with my team, and I wanted to help uplevel the team's AI capabilities.

Sparkwise provided a great, fun, and scalable solution for the team.

 ### 28. Great collaborative, tactical professional development option

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Sparkwise?**

I really like being able to do the modules with coworkers. It enables us to hold each other accountable, learn from one another, and see different perspectives.

**What do you dislike about Sparkwise?**

Nothing serious. The tech is sometimes a little finicky but it's improved for sure.

**What problems is Sparkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The market is saturated with various trainings and conferences. It's hard to know what's actually high quality. It can also be hard to remain on task with self paced trainings. Sparkwise has high-quality content and enables you to work alongside coworkers for built in accountability. Sparkwise also gives you tactical tips and pushes you to think about easy ways you can integrate those practices into your work.

 ### 29. A world apart from any training I have done before

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mario B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Sparkwise?**

The interactive, team-building approach to learning really stands out. I don't think I have ever sat in a 1 hour training session and left energised and inspired after it, especially if there is no facilitator.

**What do you dislike about Sparkwise?**

The platform could be a bit more tailored with the content, but I understand this is what is currently being developed

**What problems is Sparkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting my team on the same page regarding how we can efficiently use Gen AI in our communication

 ### 30. Interactive and fun module!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Outsourcing/Offshoring | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Sparkwise?**

I love how insightful the module is! As a professional working in my field for long, it's refreshing to go back to the basics.

**What do you dislike about Sparkwise?**

The time pressure! Haha, it causes us to be rattled and not answer the way we want to.

**Recommendations to others considering Sparkwise:**

Please have a video explaining how the platform works, instead of the dots in the tutorial.

**What problems is Sparkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps promote communication and collaboration within the team in an exciting way! Like a virtual team building activity.

 ### 31. Good

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Sparkwise?**

Sparkwise gives you real-time access to data from pulse surveys, engagement check-ins, or feedback forms—helping HR and leaders quickly spot trends or issues.

**What do you dislike about Sparkwise?**

Sparkwise may focus heavily on metrics, which can miss deeper qualitative insights or emotional nuance behind employee sentiment.

**Recommendations to others considering Sparkwise:**

Let employees know how their feedback will be used, and follow through visibly. This increases participation and honesty in responses.

**What problems is Sparkwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anonymized feedback allows for more candid responses, helping surface real concerns.

Sparkwise has benefit me by making the training session become more interactive.
