It saves management so much time by assisting with setting up, keeping track and paying out staff.

You can now do staff trainings on the platform so that staff can do on their own time and get paid for each training.

One flaw from a manger perspective. At the moment we have 11 sparks currently running. It should be limited to a certain amount of incentives at a time. The staff can then. focus on a number of brands at a time instead of being overwhelmed since some sparks require a certain threshold to qualify for the prize.
