## Spark Hire Reviews
 ### 1. Spark Hire Saves Us Tons of Time with Convenient One-Way Video Interviews

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah G. | HR Generalist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

Spark Hire has helped to save so much time in our first round interviews by allowing our candidates to complete a one-way video interview when it is convenient for them, within a timeframe we have allotted. It saves us from having to schedule those interviews and meet one-on-one with candidates at this stage of our recruitment process. The structure of the platform is immensely helpful for us!

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

I wish I was able to pull more specific reporting myself without having to ask for assistance, but we also request very niche reporting. The reports we can pull are super helpful and ensuring we remain consistent across all aspects of our recruitments.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spark Hire is a cost savings for us because we have roughly 10 minutes of an individual to watch rather than have multiple people in a room for 30 minute interviews - it saves us on labor budget and ensures that we have time for the various other aspects of our jobs.

**Official Response from Tiffany Clark:**

> Hi there, Sarah! We love seeing these numbers. Shifting from a 30-minute live interview to a 10-minute review is a huge win, allowing you to get that time back for more high-impact tasks.

Regarding your reporting concerns, we hear you! While we’re glad the reports you're using are keeping your process consistent, we understand the desire for more self-service options on those niche data points. Our support team is always happy to pull those for you, but we’ll be sure to share this feedback with our product team, too. Thanks for being a great partner!

 ### 2. Good value, but stage ordering and scheduling link issues hurt usability

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

The price is good, especially for a product designed for smaller companies.

The support is fast - both during the initial setup and later on, when questions or bugs come up along the way.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

I tried the AI screening feature once, and unfortunately it didn’t work as well as I had hoped. There wasn’t a strong correlation between its screening and our manual screening.

The user interface has improved significantly following the recent update, and the customization is convenient. One thing I’m still missing is that the list of stages is not organized according to the actual process flow. For example, “CV Screen” might appear at the top of the list, while “Phone Interview” appears fourth. It feels like there is no clear stage order.

In addition, after candidates are rejected, they don’t appear in the list according to the order in which they were rejected. They seem to be sorted by a different logic - maybe by application date. This makes it difficult to track candidates I just rejected, especially if I want to quickly go back and edit something in their profile.

Regarding the interview scheduling link - the link is only open one week ahead, and it doesn’t update dynamically as time passes. For example, if I send the link on Sunday, it only shows availability for the upcoming week. If the candidate misses the email and opens it on Tuesday, it still only shows availability until Saturday. Because of this, I often find myself sending candidates a scheduling link directly from my Gmail calendar, since the system link doesn’t show enough future availability and isn’t dynamic.

Templates: we use the self-scheduling interview template quite often, but there is no differentiation between templates based on the stage in the process. This means we can’t add specific context about the stage or the expected length of the interview the candidate is about to schedule.

For candidates who applied to multiple roles, the duplication is clearly visible, which is helpful. However, once I merge the profiles, I don’t have a good visual indication that the candidate previously applied to a certain role and was rejected.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system allows me to manage all my candidates in one place, while also giving interviewers and hiring managers access to the relevant information.

**Official Response from Tiffany Clark:**

> Thank you for this detailed feedback! Quality customer support and fair pricing are two things we work hard to get right, so it's great to hear positive commentary about both.

Your CSM is the right person to work through the usability issues with you directly, but we want to provide you with some direct input here, as well:

On AI Resume Review: The feature has gone through several significant updates recently, and getting the requirements dialed in sometimes takes more than one pass. If the screening isn't correlating well with your manual process, that's worth revisiting with your Customer Success Manager. The requirement setup has a real impact on the output. The addition of internal requirements also allows you to add additional criteria that matter to your hiring team, but are not shared publicly with candidates. Your CSM can help you work through what might need adjusting here.

On stage ordering: The order stages that appear in the list are connected to how the workflow is built. Our Customer Support team can definitely walk you through how to get it to reflect your actual process.

On the scheduling link window: The behavior you're describing, availability not updating dynamically as time passes, warrants a closer look at your current configuration with your CSM to determine whether there's a workaround available. In the meantime, we will share this with the Product team.

On template differentiation by stage and merged candidate history: We are actively working on adding this capability.

Thank you for your feedback and continued partnership!

 ### 3. Efficient, Easy to Use, Supportive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miranda H. | Talent Acquisition Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

Efficiency, ease of the product, designated rep availability and response time, customization tools

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

I wish there was a way for candidates to "blur" their background or set up a themed background for One-Way Interviews. Some folks show up with mayhem behind them and it is very distracting for the evaluator.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a single recruiter for over 95 apartment communities, having time back in my day to accomplish other major tasks was important to me. It's given me time back to build out our internship program, attend more career/hiring events. It's also allowed me to prequalify candidates based on their Ome Way and PTA versus getting through an entire 30-60 min interview only to determine they were not qualified.

**Official Response from Tiffany Clark:**

> Thank you for sharing a review! One recruiter supporting 95 apartment communities is an incredible operational challenge. Getting time back in your day to build out an internship program, attend hiring events, and still screen candidates effectively is exactly the kind of outcome we want the platform to deliver.

Regarding your one-way video background blur request: good news. This is something we're actively working on as part of an upcoming update. Your Customer Success Manager will keep you posted on those details, including timing, as it gets closer to rolling out.

Thanks so much for your partnership, Miranda!

 ### 4. Streamlined Recruitment with Spark Hire

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shir T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

I like sending emails directly from the system, interview scheduling, and reminders in Spark Hire. These features streamline the entire recruitment process in one place, keeping the hiring process organized and efficient. They save me time, improve communication, and create a smoother candidate experience. I also found the initial setup of Spark Hire to be very easy.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

I was hoping that when an employee refers a friend of theirs, they can get a confirmation email about that. Currently, as I understood from your support team, the referral email is only sent to the referrer when the candidate is sent through email and not through the special link.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Spark Hire for recruiting, it improves candidate experience and follow-ups, allows receiving CVs from referrals, involves managers in recruiting, and its features streamline the process, save me time, improve communication, and create a smoother experience.

**Official Response from Tiffany Clark:**

> Thank you for sharing this review, Shir! Having email, scheduling, and reminders all run from one system instead of needing to jump between tools is the kind of day-to-day friction Spark Hire was designed to remove. We’re really happy to hear the setup experience was so smooth, too.

Regarding your note about referral confirmation emails, we appreciate your feedback. This is actually already in motion with our Product Team, but we also recommend connecting with your Customer Success Manager to ensure your current referral setup is working as well as it can.

Thanks so much for your time and partnership!

 ### 5. Streamlined Hiring with Easy Setup, but Needs Better Tracking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Augusta Lawn Care o. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

I like how Spark Hire reduces the amount of time I have to spend calling unqualified candidates. It allows me to focus on people who are motivated for the job, as they are willing to do a five or ten-minute video interview. The higher percentage of candidates completing video interviews with Spark Hire is a big plus for me. It eliminates a ton of calls that I would otherwise have to make. I also appreciate how the video interview feature helps weed out candidates who aren't suitable, which is super helpful. The initial setup of Spark Hire was extremely easy. The orientation and basic setup made it feel very simple, even with my limited technical capacity, so I think anyone can do it.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

I was confused about the invite process. It's supposed to show how many people you invited, but I noticed it was drastically wrong. I sent out probably 100 to 115 links, but it only registered like 25 or 30. So, I'm not sure how that works, and that was slightly confusing to me.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Spark Hire reduces time spent on unqualified candidates, allowing me to focus on motivated ones who complete video interviews. It eliminates a ton of calling and works well for hiring blue-collar workers who might struggle with other tools.

**Official Response from Tiffany Clark:**

> Thank you for your review! Using completion as a signal for motivation is a really smart approach. If a candidate is willing to take ten minutes to record a video interview, that offers some really meaningful insight before you've spent a minute of your own time. We’re super glad to hear Spark Hire is helping you cut down on calls and build more efficiency into your hiring process.

On the invite tracking issue you noted, that is worth a closer look because those numbers definitely shouldn't be that far apart. There are a few ways invites can go out that might affect how they show up in the count. Your Customer Success Manager can look into this for you to help you determine what happened and ensure everything is registering correctly going forward.

Thanks for your continued support and partnership!

 ### 6. Efficient Video Interview Tool, Slight AI Tweaks Needed

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arthel H. | Lead, Talent & Acquisition, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

I appreciate Spark Hire for its user-friendliness, which not only benefits my team but also creates a positive experience for candidates, with 85% completing their video interviews successfully. I also find the platform very easy to use for finding jobs and interview question sets, navigating live roles, and reviewing video interviews. Customizing the candidate experience adds extra value. The customer service is another aspect I appreciate, as the team is responsive and considers our feedback. The one-way video interview features are incredibly valuable, especially with the transcript option that allows us to read responses, and the customization of think time, response time, and retakes enhances our hiring process.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

Some things that could be improved are the ease of user ability to deactivate past interview packages or customize their AI tool. They have an AI tool that was recently introduced to the platform that gives an assessment of candidates' video interview responses. It overwhelmingly marks candidate responses as strong, even when they aren't, and this could be something we customize to ensure alignment and cut down our time to review.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Spark Hire to streamline initial interviews, reducing time and improving our process with flexible scheduling and equitable candidate review.

**Official Response from Tiffany Clark:**

> Thank you for sharing this review, Arthel. An 85% completion rate is really strong, and the detail you shared about transcripts, think time, and response time customization reflects exactly the kind of structured screening process those features are designed to support.

We also appreciate your feedback on our AI assessment tool. If it's surfacing "strong" signals too broadly, it's not doing the job it's built to do, which is helping your team focus attention, not add to your workload. We recently made updates to this feature, which we believe speak directly to your concern. However, I also recommend flagging this to your Customer Success Manager, who can help you get the most out of the tool.

Regarding your request about having the ability to deactivate past interview packages, we will be sure to pass this to our Product Team.

Thanks so much for your partnership!

 ### 7. Streamlines Candidate Screening with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara P. | Talent Acquisition Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

I really like how easy it is to set up screenings on Spark Hire. My favorite new tool is the AI proctoring, which helps determine which candidates might be using AI to assist them in the interview process.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

I wish it was easier to collaborate when viewing Spark Hires. It seems hard to collaborate effectively amongst panel members. It would just go smoother if it was a quick, easy response. I feel like there's too many options, and people just don't bother.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spark Hire helps us quickly determine who is actually interested in the program and who we can eliminate, based on their responses.

**Official Response from Tiffany Clark:**

> Thank you for sharing this review of Spark Hire, Sara! Being able to quickly identify which candidates are genuinely engaged in the process and move on from those who aren't is exactly the kind of early signal that saves real time down the line.

We’re also thrilled to hear that our new AI Proctoring feature is already earning its place in your workflow, helping you spot possible AI-generated content and flag it for your team's review.

We appreciate your feedback, as well. If panel members are hitting too many steps before they can share their thoughts on a candidate, they're going to find a workaround, and that usually means moving off the platform. Your Customer Success Manager is the best resource to walk you through the sharing and rating workflows to see if there's a simpler path that may be a better fit for your team.

 ### 8. Streamlined Recruitment with AI-Powered Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peyton F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

I use Spark Hire for the initial screening portion of the recruitment process. The platform itself is awesome, especially with how it allows me to screen more candidates in a week than with Zoom call interviews. I love how Spark Hire organizes different jobs and lets me create a specific interview unique to each job. The AI overview of candidates' responses really helps with my note-taking as I listen to their video responses. I appreciate being able to go into the job folder and see all the candidates for just that position, which is very organized. As a recruiter handling diverse jobs, the platform's customization capabilities for questions and response times are essential for tailoring interviews specific to each role. I love it enough to give it a 10 on a recommendation scale.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

N/a

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spark Hire lets us screen more candidates efficiently, replacing Zoom. I can customize interviews for diverse jobs and appreciate its organization of job folders. The AI overview aids my notes during video responses.

**Official Response from Tiffany Clark:**

> Thank you for sharing this incredible review, Peyton. Screening more candidates than Zoom calls would allow, with interviews customized per role and everything organized by job, is exactly the workflow Spark Hire’s platform is designed to support. It's great to hear the AI summaries are earning their place in your process, too, especially during active review when note-taking and listening at the same time is its own challenge.

A 10 out of 10 recommendation means a lot! I'll pass it along to the team. Thanks so much for your partnership!

 ### 9. Streamlined Candidate Screening, Saves Time and Effort

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caroline E. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

I really appreciate the time and energy Spark Hire saves us in the hiring process. It's great for giving us a full feel for a candidate for our HR team and hiring managers before we even meet them. With Spark Hire, we're able to review a lot more candidates efficiently, which is so important because we often have many positions posted at once and only a small number of recruiters available to handle it all. The ability to use Spark Hire's one-way video interview and reference check system as an initial screening platform is invaluable before we decide if we want to go on a longer call with a candidate.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

Suggested or AI generated interview questions included in the platform that we could choose from would be a great addition at some point.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spark Hire saves us time by enabling us to evaluate candidates through video interviews before committing to lengthy calls, helping us manage a high volume of applications with just 1.5 recruiters.

**Official Response from Tiffany Clark:**

> Thank you for your review! Managing a high volume of open roles with a small recruiting team means every hour spent on the wrong candidate is an hour you don't get back. We’re so glad to hear that Spark Hire is helping you protect that time and recruit as efficiently as possible.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding AI-generated questions, understanding how valuable this would be to help further streamline that specific portion of the hiring process, particularly for a lean hiring team like yours. I will share your note with our Product Team!

In the meantime, I suggest reaching out to your CSM; our Customer Support team is truly the best in the business and would be happy to provide you with additional resources and support!

 ### 10. Efficient Candidate Screening, But Needs Better Candidate Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie J. | Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

I use Spark Hire to recruit for our patient engagement centers, and it makes going through a mass amount of candidates much easier. I love how it allows me to view applicants throughout the day, fitting around my schedule and enabling me to work on other tasks while listening to candidate videos. It's very convenient, and I enjoy being able to use Spark Hire whenever I need. The initial setup was very easy, and I appreciate having someone like Vince to answer any questions I might have. I really enjoy the platform and find it really convenient.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

I don't like that I can't take the candidates out after I view them. They all live on the platform or the system that you use. I want to be able to check them off. So I wish I could do that so that I'm able to make sure that I don't view the same applicant twice.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Spark Hire to manage a large volume of candidates efficiently. Viewing videos instead of resumes helps me evaluate applicants more effectively, leading to better interview selections.

**Official Response from Tiffany Clark:**

> Thanks so much for your review, Stephanie! We love hearing that Spark Hire is helping you recruit more efficiently and with greater flexibility. I’ll definitely share your shout-out with Vince; he’ll be thrilled to hear that he’s been such a support for you.

We also appreciate your feedback about candidate management. We understand how important it is to "check off" applicants to avoid redundancy throughout the process. I’ll be sure to pass this note to our Product Team.

Today, I suggest using the evaluation feature on your dashboard’s assessments page, which will allow you to filter out evaluated candidates.

We appreciate your support and partnership!

 ### 11. A Game-Changer ATS That Streamlines Our Entire Hiring Process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tracy W. | Senior HR Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

I like the ability that I have a single source of truth for all things regarding the candidates, interview scheduling, pre-screening templates, and to streamline our entire recruting and hiring process.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

There is not a single downside that I can think of. This ATS is a game-changer for our company.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SH has allowed us to automate our recruitment process on every level. What took hours to do now takes minutes. It's allowed us to be far more efficient, which saves me and our interviewing team time. The One-way videos have allowed us to assess candiates earlier in the process, which also saves us time.

**Official Response from Tiffany Clark:**

> Thank you for this fantastic review, Tracy! Having a single source of truth for candidate information, scheduling, feedback, and more is exactly the goal of our ATS, ensuring you and your hiring managers don’t waste invaluable time bouncing between separate tools or searching someone's inbox.

The time savings you're describing, hours to minutes on process steps and admin tasks that used to require manual effort, is what happens when the system you’ve chosen is doing what you need it to do. It’s wonderful to hear that you've found the right partner and applicant tracking system in Spark Hire!

 ### 12. User-Friendly Platform for Candidates and Hiring Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew M. | Senior Recruiter, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

It’s user-friendly for both candidates and hiring teams. I very rarely need to answer questions from candidates about how to use the platform.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

I wouldn’t call this a “dislike,” but I do wish there were a way to conduct live interviews.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do a lot of bulk hiring for the call center and also for our internship program. It's a great way to help with a very large inbound applicant population. I also like that hiring managers can review them as well not just the recruiting team.

**Official Response from Tiffany Clark:**

> Thanks for your review, Matthew! Candidates who can move through the process without needing a tutorial are one of those things that sounds small but saves a surprising amount of recruiter time while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

One thing worth knowing: live video interviewing is actually already part of the platform. If that's something your team would find useful, your Customer Success Manager can show you where it lives and help you work it into your hiring process.

Bulk hiring for a call center and an internship program at the same time is no small feat, especially with a large pool of applicants to manage. So, it’s really great to hear that with Spark Hire, hiring managers can seamlessly carry some of that review load alongside your recruiting team.

Thanks again for your review and your continued partnership!

 ### 13. User-Friendly for Companies and Applicants, with Super Responsive Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JESCEE S. | HR Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

It is user friendly from a company perspective and from our applicant perspective. Their customer service is always super responsive and willing to help with any issue. It is a great tool to help speed up the hiring process.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

Sometimes the process changes and I don't feel like the new process is easier.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being such a large district we do ALOT of hiring. Our hiring managers can help save time by sending the Sparkhire first before bringing applicants in for an interview. In person interviews can be so time consuming.

**Official Response from Tiffany Clark:**

> Thank you for the wonderful review, Jescee! We love hearing that Spark Hire is helping your district manage high-volume hiring, giving your managers time back. We especially appreciate that you mentioned the applicant's perspective; keeping things simple and transparent for candidates, too, should always be a top priority.

We also hear you loud and clear on the process changes. The customer experience is always at the forefront as we build. We fully understand that any changes can feel like a big hiccup when you’re used to a specific workflow. We appreciate your feedback and partnership!

 ### 14. Great UX, Fair Pricing, and Helpful New AI Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sunny 1. | Talent Acquisition Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

I like the UX and the pricing, and I also appreciate the new AI features.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

I dont like the reporting system
I think a lot of the common data is missing and its very hard to get

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i think the problem that SparkHire solving for me as lead recruiter that hiring manager don't have hard time with the software

**Official Response from Tiffany Clark:**

> Thank you for your review, Sunny! Hiring managers who can work easily in the platform without friction is one of those things that quietly makes a recruiter's week a lot easier, so it's great to hear that's been your experience with Spark Hire.

Regarding your feedback about the reporting capabilities of the platform, we hear your concerns. Your Customer Success Manager is a good person to talk to about what you're trying to track specifically. They may be able to help you get to it, and if not, they can provide more specifics to our Product Team about what is missing.

Thanks so much for your partnership!

 ### 15. Easy for Hiring Managers, Strong AI Screening—Reporting Automation Needs Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

its easy to use for hiring managers, and the new AI feature works very good and really saves us a lot o screening in high volume positions

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

1. reports - sharing customiz רוed reports on a timely defined basis to be sent automatically
2. managing special referral campaigns within the system
3. add priorities order to position to admin - so recruitment or hr manager can defined top to bottom the priority of each positions
4. adding discreet note section to be shared only with hr team

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

overall very good ATS system

**Official Response from Tiffany Clark:**

> Thank you for sharing this review! Hiring managers who can work independently within the system, combined with AI screening that actually holds up under high application volumes, is a combination we have put a lot of work into. Hearing that Spark Hire AI is delivering for your team, and your hiring managers are working seamlessly within the platform, is fantastic.

Your feedback on reporting automation, referral campaign management, position prioritization, and internal HR notes is incredibly helpful. We'll share this feedback with our Product Team. We also recommend speaking directly with your CSM, who can share more detailed resources and support.

In the meantime, we wanted to share a few details that you may find useful today:
- Currently, there is a Referrals report available in the system, which provides visibility into the volume, percentage, and quality of candidates referred by employees across your organization, as well as the volume and percentage of hires made through referrals. The reporting period can be filtered based on either the application date or the date candidates were added.
- There is also an option to apply filters to tasks, allowing recruiters to display the way that is most convenient for them.
- Finally, while notes at the position level are not currently available, it is possible to add notes at the candidate level and define who will have visibility to them.

Thanks so much for your partnership!

 ### 16. Amazing, easy to navigate website

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cait Z. | Human Resources Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

The ability to collaborate with collogues when it comes to sending and reviewing interview videos. The ability to do this makes my job working remotely much easier as I know the status of what people believe the quality of the interview to be. It very easy for us to use this as a team and whenever we have issues, customer support is a big factor and a big help to us. There are so many good features for this website and I would recommend to anyone as I use this on the daily at work.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

there's not enough features to sort the videos, I wish for a feature to filter the videos by who sent them and make it in alphabetical order in order to make it easier to navigate.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time. Time is very important to everyone and this website makes the whole hiring process much faster, as a company in the trades there is a lot of change and growth and bein =g able to find qualified candidates very quickly serves a great purpose.

 ### 17. Intuitive, Easy-to-Use Tool for Hiring Managers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

It’s very intuitive and easy for hiring managers to use.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

In some cases, it’s difficult to spot bottlenecks in the hiring process. Having snapshots would be helpful for getting a clearer view of where things slow down.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spark hire supports both the candidate experience and the hiring manager experience. Communication is much easier, and overall the process feels more streamlined. In addition, it’s a system that can easily support regulations and local laws.

**Official Response from Tiffany Clark:**

> Thank you for your review! Keeping hiring managers in the recruitment loop without creating more work for HR is harder than it sounds, as you well know! We’re really glad the platform is making that easier for you.

We understand and hear your feedback regarding bottleneck visibility. Knowing where candidates are stalling in the process is so important for optimizing your hiring process and building the best candidate experience.

If your goal is to identify bottlenecks based on the time it takes to move through stages in the hiring process, the Activity Report can help track this. In addition, the Team Engagement report may provide a more focused view at the team and interview level, helping highlight where delays are occurring in the process.

If you want to dig into these reports in more detail, we suggest reaching out to your CSM for additional support and resources!

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to manage the hiring process.

 ### 19. Spark Hire for Recruiting in Higher Education - Update

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha W. | Recruiting and Resource Partner, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

Spark Hire replace our initial phone screen process a few years ago. It has saved our Talent Acquisition team hours of work in screening candidates for first-round interviews. The platform also provides a ton of flexibility for candidates.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

We have not had very many negative impacts at lately. Many times it can be user error, and if you contact customer support, they are prompt and efficient.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, each phone screen would take 30-45 minutes, and then an additional 15-20 to document to the matrix. We now complete the matrix as we review the videos. The additions of transcripts help to take efficient notes and provide clarity in responses. Also, the AI overviews are nice to look at candidate preliminarily and the scoring function/place to add comments has been improved drastically. Very happy with all the new features. The platform allows us to connect with out of state candidates without the expense of bringing them in for initial screens.

**Official Response from Patrick O'Connell:**

> Thank you for your constructive and valuable review! We're thrilled to hear switching to video interviews over traditional phone interviews is saving your team time. We appreciate you. Stay Sparky!

**Official Response from Tiffany Clark:**

Regarding your note about daily and weekly analytics, we appreciate your feedback! Please note, you do have the ability to build a custom dashboard and review both daily and weekly reporting. ### 25. Efficient and Human-Centered Hiring Solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

how it makes the hiring process more efficient, consistent, and human at the same time.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

Spark Hire is that while it’s very efficient, it can sometimes feel a bit impersonal for candidates

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, the benefit is significant time savings, more structured and comparable candidate evaluations, and better collaboration with hiring managers, since everyone reviews the same inputs against the same criteria. It also helps ensure we don’t miss strong candidates simply due to scheduling constraints, while still maintaining a positive candidate experience when used thoughtfully.

**Official Response from Tiffany Clark:**

> Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to share a review of our tools! We’re thrilled to hear that Spark Hire is helping your team save time and improve collaboration through more structured evaluations.

We appreciate your point about the candidate experience: while automation improves efficiency, it should never be implemented at the expense of the human element. We’re constantly working on ways to help our users bridge that gap and maintain a positive candidate experience, even in a digital-first environment. Thank you for your review and partnership!

 ### 26. Easy to Work With, Great System and Support

make my life as a recruiter easier, so my managers can see all their pipeline. makes everything in one space

**Official Response from Tiffany Clark:**

> Thank you for your review! A recruiter's job is already challenging enough without a platform that adds to your busy workload. Allowing your hiring managers to have full visibility into the hiring pipeline without needing to route everything back through you is exactly the kind of coordination problem we want the system to solve. We’re glad to hear that this has been your experience with Spark Hire and that our support team has been there whenever needed!

 ### 27. SparkHire Review - Overall Great Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

Spark Hire has really helped speed up our hiring process and made things more efficient overall. The one-way video interviews are especially useful since they let us review candidates on our own time and share feedback with managers more easily. It’s saved us a lot of back-and-forth and made the process smoother for everyone involved. The onboarding was simple and straightforward, and any time I’ve needed help, customer support has been quick and easy to work with. It’s nice knowing there’s always someone available if a question comes up. I’ve also noticed Spark Hire keeps adding helpful updates and features. Being able to share interviews seamlessly and having a cleaner dashboard have been big improvements that make our work even easier.

Overall, it’s become a really valuable tool for our hiring process.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

What I like least is that when Spark Hire first rolled out updates, I sometimes found it harder to locate certain features just because I wasn’t familiar with the changes yet. But when I reached out, their support team replied within 20 minutes and walked me through it, which made a big difference.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spark Hire is solving the challenge of efficiently screening candidates while keeping the process consistent and collaborative. Before, scheduling and coordinating early-stage interviews took a lot of time, but now the one-way video interviews let us review candidates on our own schedule and easily share them with hiring managers. This has saved time, reduced scheduling conflicts, and helped us make faster, more confident hiring decisions.

 ### 28. Good, but could be a little better.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

I really like how SparkHire allows us to screen a large number of candidates while using very little time. The ability to slightly speed up the videos helps make the process even more efficient, and I appreciate how easy it is to collaborate with my colleagues by discussing the video interviews directly within the platform.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

One challenge we’ve experienced with SparkHire is that some candidates are hesitant to participate because it’s a one-way video interview platform. While that hesitation is understandable and not entirely within SparkHire’s control, the recent addition of AI features — and the fact that they are advertised to candidates — has created more resistance. Even though our company does not use these AI features, we’ve seen an increase in candidates emailing us with concerns or declining to participate because of them.

Additionally, I have not had the best experience with customer support. When I forward candidate emails to their team (often including the candidate in the thread), I would like SparkHire to engage directly with the candidate to resolve the issue. Many candidates tell us they’ve already reached out to SparkHire themselves but were not able to get help. As a result, we frequently need to move candidates to phone interviews due to unresolved technical issues.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Screening large amount of candidates with out us needing a large staff.

 ### 29. Streamlined, Easy to Use, and Game Changing for Recruiting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley D. | Operations Manager, Staffing and Recruiting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

Helps in filtering out candidates who may look good on paper but don’t present well when speaking, saving later stage interviewing effort

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

would want more control over how interviews are structured, more advanced customization, or better workflows.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On paper (resume/CV) many candidates may look very similar, so it's hard to decide who to advance without spending time interviewing many people. Also, hiring managers may not have enough context from early stages.

 ### 30. Excellent Recruitment Tool for our Nonprofit Board and Committees

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael L. | Director, Continuity Committee of the Board, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

Relatable user interface and logical engineering. Sharable content and easy to update and make revisions as well.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

None. We are thrilled with the platform and amazing service.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to recruit electronically and have interested candidates complete one-way screening interviews at their convenience. Since we are a non-profit and volunteers time management and time flexibility are essential.

 ### 31. Ease of Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Phil G. | Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

Spark Hire is really easy to use. With our prior platform, I used to spend hours creating tutorials for principals and hiring administrators. When we got Spark Hire, I started putting a guide together but quickly realized a super detailed instruction manual was not necessary as Spark Hire walks you through the process step by step.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

I really can't think of anything. Our prior platform did integrate with our recruiting and hiring software, but I haven't missed that feature at all, as I can share the one-way video interview link from Spark Hire in many of the applications we use (email, recruiting and hiring, etc.)

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Narrowing top talent quicker.

**Official Response from Patrick O'Connell:**

> Thank you for your insightful review, Phil! We're glad to hear you find the platform easy to use. We strive to make it as intuitive as possible and we're always working to improve to make your job easier! We appreciate you. Stay Sparky!

 ### 32. Excellent technology for today's recruiting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2018

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

Ease of use, customer support, time saved using this product. Spark Hire has continuously updated their product throughout the years providing valuable time saving efficiencies for our hire process. Using Spark Hire is a key component to our hire process, we have been highly satisfied with both the product and their customer service.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

I do not have any aspects of Spark Hire that I dislike. The product has been fantastic for us over the years.

**Recommendations to others considering Spark Hire:**

Highly recommend, we have had a very positive outcome using this product thus far.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is definitly a time saving product. Eliminates needles steps in our process.

 ### 33. Workflow Wonder

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah Z. | HR Generalist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

The most impressive thing I enjoy about Comeet is the ability to get applicants through workflow so efficiently. We have the ability to customize it to the needs of individual hiring managers, which gives them the ability to push things through without waiting on HR to do their part. Implementation was seemless with an amazing support staff who answered questions quickly, and trained our hiring team on the system so well, it became really straightforward to use on a daily basis. It also integrates so nicely with other systems we use, and the reporting is so helpful as we make our annual hiring goals and work toward making the interviewing and hiring process accessible and simple for applicants and managers.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

Nothing. Each time an issue arises, it is quickly addressed by our amazing support team. There have been a couple processes that had to be adjusted, but the support team helped us customize the system to work with what we needed to make those adjustments minimal.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Comminicating with applicants was such a manual process; everything we did took so much time from the day, sometimes sending 70 manual messages in one day. Comeet takes that of our plate with a few automations that make it easy to get the first one-way video so we can move on with in-person interviews quickly. What took one branch up to 3 months to fill a position, now only took them 2 weeks. This was mind-blowing, and has drastically improved our ability to fill positions quickly.

 ### 34. Spark Hire - Differentiator

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff P. | VP, Operational Systems, Contracts & Risk Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2020

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

Spark Hire is extremely easy to get set up and very intuitive to use.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

There is honestly nothing that we dislike about Spark Hire. They continue to impress.

**Recommendations to others considering Spark Hire:**

Bring Spark Hire into your techstack and use it often.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have found that in a good number of situations where our customers would first conduct a phone screen with a candidate that they are viewing the Spark Hire video and moving directly to an "in-person" interview. This has saved time and efforts to move the hiring process through the workflow. We have seen, in a lot of instances, quicker decisions regarding whether or not to move forward with a candidate - both internally and with our customers.

**Official Response from Patrick O'Connell:**

> Hi Jeff,
We appreciate your wonderful review about your experience using Spark Hire’s video interviewing! We’re so happy to hear how helpful our platform has been in saving you time and addressing your unique hiring needs. We appreciate hearing from you!

 ### 35. Revolutionized our hiring process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave G. | Service Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

What I like best about Spark Hire is how much time it saves and how well it keeps our hiring process organized. The one-way video interviews have been a game-changer—they let candidates respond on their own schedule, even at odd hours, which is incredibly convenient for both them and us. The integrated applicant tracking system (ATS) has transformed how we manage candidates, ensuring we always have a clear record of who we’ve interviewed and what decisions we made. It’s easy to use, intuitive, and makes us look much more professional to candidates.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

Before Spark Hire, our hiring process was chaotic. Tracking candidates through emails and manually coordinating schedules was a nightmare, and we often wasted time interviewing the same candidates multiple times because we didn’t have an effective way to keep records. Spark Hire has streamlined everything. The one-way video interviews eliminate the hassle of scheduling initial calls, and the ATS keeps all candidate information, feedback, and notes in one place. This saves us hours in every hiring cycle, helps us make better hiring decisions, and allows us to focus on finding the best talent rather than managing logistics. For an IT services firm like ours, where time is our most valuable resource, Spark Hire has been a lifesaver.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The one-way video interviews have been a game-changer—they let candidates respond on their own schedule, even at odd hours, which is incredibly convenient for both them and us.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

I like Spark Hire's features for making an 'automated interview' still feel very human plus still gets the information needed to make an informed decision on a candidate.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

I don't know enough about Spark Hire to dislike something yet. I quite liked the experience I had so far with it.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was very impressed with the user friendly experience! I actually enjoyed this use of technology, it made the interview more pleasant than a meeting on Zoom in person. At least I could count on the person 'showing up' because their parts were all pre-recorded, and I got to learn about a new software!

 ### 37. Convenient and Efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

Ease of use

Efficiency of review

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

Hesitancy of some candidates on doing the interview

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time efficient. Video interviews can be reviewed by different members on the hiring team. Providing candidates with the convenience of time while cutting unnecessary logistics at early stages.

 ### 38. Spark Hire is a great and helped us tremendously to pre screen more thoroughly during interviewing!

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

We can see the candidates personality and assertiveness.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

The frequent Layout changes are not good

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are able to search by recruiters name.

 ### 39. Great Opportunity for Candidates to Truly Introduce Themselves

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

I thoroughly enjoy the fact that candidates have the ability to highlight themselves & share the "between the lines" of their resume.
Specifically for high-volume applications, Spark hire is a great tool to help review/filter out candidates to ensure the most qualified candidates are moving forward, while still providing an opportunity for *all* qualified candidates to have a screening opportunity.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

In times of "urgent" fill needs, choosing to screen with Spark Hire can add some extended time to the screening process (as you must provide candidates a fair amount of time to compmlete their submittal).

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing me to review a large number of applicants to ensure I am having additional/follow-up calls with the most qualified; thus making sure my Hiring Managers are receiving the strongest & most considerable.

 ### 40. Great tool for high volume hiring

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victoria M. | Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

We use Spark Hire to handle the first step for high volume seasonal hiring. It's a very easy to use tool. We love the Google Chrome extension which makes sending out one-way interview requests incredibly fast and straight-forward. We add intro and outro videos to make interviews more personalized and provide our candidates with a user guide for the process that links to many of the Spark Hire candidate resources. It doesn't currently integrate with our ATS of choice (Ashby) but the chrome extension does the trick.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

We have recently adapted the reference request tool, and there's still a lot of kinks to work out. You can't cancel a reference request if someone backs out of the interview process and if a candidate's references don't respond to the survey, you have to re-request the candidate for their references information to send another survey.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We handle high volume, seasonal hiring which means that we get a LOT of candidates for our roles who wouldn't otherwise reall care about our company. By having a one-way interview as a first step, we 1) can weed out anyone who isn't actually committed/interested in working with us, 2) get to know a bit more about the candidate before diving into an interview, and 3) get enough information from the interview to be able to offer a role at the end of the virtual interview if the person is a good fit! This has helped up cut way down on the amount of interview no-shows, reduces post-interview back and forth for offers, and we're still able to create a personalized experience for candidates with videos.

 ### 41. Spark hire is a game changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ichard R. | Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

How user-frendly it is and how it can be a one stop shop for recruiting needs with all of its features.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

Downside of Spark hire is, I need more time to see what it does not help me with.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows applicants select from my schedule, so it saves me time communicating with every candidate multiple times to get them on my calendar.

 ### 42. Spark Hire Ignites!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tara H. | Recruiter, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

After using Spark Hire for 3+ years while running recruiting for an EdTech start-up, I've seen the power it can have for a growing company.

- I ask appplicants who meet the job requirements for client-facing roles to record an intro video as the first step in the interview process. This gives me insight into their energy, confidence and presence. (I only give one question. That's all I need!)

- Saves me time! I'm able to get to know applicants beyond their resume quickly and don't have to deal with a scheduling headache since this can be done on the applicant's own time.

- Collaborative selection process. I can share applicant intro videos with the hiring manager (single video or multiple) and collaborate on decision-making of who to move forward. We've also reviewed videos again at the end of the process to remind us of the candidate's first impression.

- Effortless set up for the Recruiter. I developed an instruction email template that I send to applicants and just swap out the custom link.

- Easy to use for candidates. In 3 years, with hundreds of videos recorded, I have only had about 2 times where applicants had a difficult time using the tool.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

I was never able to truly integrate Spark Hire with Greenhouse (I have recently transitioned to Rippling Recruiting) in a way that worked for my process and saved me time. I'd love to have individual video links for each candidate stored in the ATS notes, but this has been a manual process for me.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being a recruiting team of one, I'm able to consider a higher volume of candidates. Company has grown from 50 to 175 in the last 3 years.

I think Spark offers a platform to get a first quick look at candidates. The candidates ability to articulate their interest in the position and their qualification offers a quick at-a-glance screen process that ultimately will save time. Spark also offers a great way to stay organized during the process and to colaborate with other hiring managers.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

The only downside of Spark is that candidates feel a bit awkward talking to no one and creating a quick video. However, at the end of the day a candidates ability to illustrate enthusiasm for a role and to speak clearly does come through even in a quick 3 min. video.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a great first round screening process. After you select the candidates that look qualified on paper, it is great to see them submit a video showing who they are. How they speak and answer question you provide as a hiring manager it is a great time saver.

 ### 44. Candidate and customer ease of use

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

The best part about Spark Hire is it's ease of use. The customer set up is seamless and easy to manage, and candidates find it easy to use too.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

There are sometimes some bugs that candidates find but it's usually fixed pretty quickly.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spark Hire helped us decrease our time to hire and increase our conversion from live interview to hire.

 ### 45. Great ATS tool!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

I like the UX/UI, visibility, the fact that every time I interact with one of my position, everything is customizable. There was one thing my collegue said on my first day of using Comeet: "with Comeet, everything is fixable, so don't be scared you'll mess things up!" and I still stand by that more than 2 years later.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

I would like to have my candidate's pictures automatically appear on their profile as soon as I upload their resume. Also, I think an Android/IOS version of Comeet would help make our job easier!

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gathering all candidates in one place, making it easy to connect with them, being up-to-date with AI tools and constantly evolving.

 ### 46. Sparkhire: Efficent, collaborative and customizable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott W. | Executive Director of Instruction, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

Our team uses Spark Hire for screening style interviews. By using recorded responses from candidates, it is efficient for our team to review responses on their own time, taking away the barrier of aligning schedules. The settings for candidate responses are customizable, specifially for length, think time, number of takes, etc. All of which make for tailored approaches to interview settings. Seeing ratings and comments from the interview team is helpful too. The support team is great, we get quick resposnes to requests, as do interview candidates.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

At times the cost is a consideration given the amount we use the platform, and some times we are contacted multiple times to upgrade in order to access more features, user accounts, etc. that are not relevant or necessary to our organization.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spark Hire allows our interview teams to be collaborative while not having to be in the same space. This is especially useful when we are doing screening style interviews, limits the amount of time out of the office and away from core responsibilitys.

 ### 47. Fantastic ATS for Small/ Medium sized businesses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

Many things! Besides the user experience for recruiters and hiring managers, the high touch level of service can not be beaten. Whether contacting my Client Success Rep or sending a chatbot request, everything gets resolved and answered quickly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

There are some opportunities to make things even easier to navigate, but I believe they have a roadmap of updates that will take care of any concerns there.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Comeet helps with the efficiency of recruiting by being a "one stop shop" for myself & the team. I am easily able to see all applicants in one place, and review the flow & feedback to make sure we are effective in communication.

 ### 48. The best ATS

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

Since 2018, I’ve had the opportunity to work with several applicant tracking systems (ATS) throughout my HR career. Among them all, Comeet stands out as the best by far. It’s incredibly intuitive, packed with smart automations, and designed to meet every conceivable need in recruitment. Whatever challenge or task a recruiter might face, Comeet has a solution for it. It’s a game-changer for streamlining the recruitment process.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

Nothing that comes to my mind at the moment

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes my life as a recruiter truly easier.

 ### 49. Innovative Way to Recruit!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

Spark Hire is very easy to use and such an innovative tool for interviewing candidates! My experience with customer service/support team has also been great as well. I also like that you can toggle between view preferences.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

We currently use a different applicant tracking system and then use Spark Hire specifically for interviewing features. It would be nice to have SparkHire integrated into our applicant tracking system so that everything was housed in one system.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spark Hire is saving us more time and making recruitments more time efficient for all.

 ### 50. Great recruitment tool to maximize our time.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

I find that Spark Hire is easy to use and allows for us to evaluate large pools while maximizing our search committees time.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

I wish it more clearly states those who don't complete and perhaps sent them an automated email to complete the interview.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving our issue with increasingly large application submission and lack of time to interview all applications.
