Spaceti allows to have all the information quite simply, to book spaces, to report issues at the work place, to add information to be available to all your colleagues, to even book instruments or equipment to be shared.
New features are always being added, and this is surely a plus.

Sometimes the app has some hiccups and it's always a challenge especially for users who are not quite tech savvy (log out from the app, delete the app cache, log-in again).
Changes in the set up, especially if you have to change the location or the space assignment of the sensors / spaces / departments, is a bit difficult and tricky, and could result in loosing the previous data that was gathered.
The price per analysis of sensor data flow is quite high.
It doesn't allow for customization of working hours.

The onboarding team was extra present and reactive during integration and continues to be after onboarding. Also the app shoudl consdier that If I am doing a booking today of a desk and the time is 10 am but the usual time booking is 9-17... then given it is 10 today ti shoudl put automatically the start time of the booking at the current time.
