Each member can see what actions are required of him or her to perform during the meeting and can update the status continuously, making it more visible before the next social meeting. It's good that SPACE OKR allows managers to evaluate performance transparently. **What do you dislike about SPACE OKR?** Nothing worth mentioning; I can easily use all the tools and make adjustments, and the notification system works fine. **What problems is SPACE OKR solving and how is that benefiting you?** SPACE OKR assists us in precisely setting goals so that everyone is aware of what needs to be done. ### 2. It shows what tasks need to be completed without having too much information, which can be overwhelming. **What do you dislike about SPACE OKR?** I would like to have an option for the Q1-Q4 in relation to the months since Q4 is set to Jan-Mar, where that is my Q1 for tax purposes, so I would like the goal to relate to those months. **What problems is SPACE OKR solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps with the simplification of key objectives that need to be completed and being able to focus on what matters most. It’s extremely easy to set up goals and individual tasks to track Refining goals and changing parameters is quite easy **What do you dislike about SPACE OKR?** The Bad - Inviting team members, although easy is often delayed. No integrations are available as of yet **Recommendations to others considering SPACE OKR:** Get a lifetime deal. A monthly sub may or may not be worth depending on your usecase **What problems is SPACE OKR solving and how is that benefiting you?** OKRs are important for any organization as it keeps the teams aligned to the end goal. There are multiple tools one can use to track OKR however, Space OKR is a great tool I plan on using at my organization. It helps me keep track of the larger goals in the organization and allows me to monitor progress regularly. All in, this tool is a great way to track your businesses’ overall goals and keep the team involved and engaged. ### 4. It is also very simple to set up and manage. Space meet is easy to use, and Channel can be a direct alternative to Slack. Overall the features are not overwhelming, which means my team members do not have to face a steep learning curve. **What do you dislike about SPACE OKR?** Not much at the moment since the tool is still developing. But I do hope there are improvement on the UI. **What problems is SPACE OKR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Space OKR gives us a good overview of our project standing, and everyone can then understand where the project is heading and whether we are all on the right track. ### 5. It helps me and my team focusing on what matter most. And the OKR setting is handy, with top level, lower levels, timeline, number or generic etc. Very handy and measurable. **What do you dislike about SPACE OKR?** The workflow would be a bit simple. I would love to have more choices for setting the OKR (although it may impact the simplicity) Also, it would help to have more tutorials. **What problems is SPACE OKR solving and how is that benefiting you?** as the name suggest, Space OKR is handy for me and team to set out Key Objectives, measure them, achieve them by focusing on what matter most. in a simple and effective interface. ### 6. The interface is clean and will be helpful for clients in my niche to have a easy to use portal for tracking the progress of projects **What do you dislike about SPACE OKR?** Would love a mobile friendly UX. I think the minimalistic interface can be handly for even a seamless mobile experience since many of the tasks nowadays can be done via mobile. Also would love integrations with other tools. **Recommendations to others considering SPACE OKR:** If you want a minimal OKR tool this is a good one with clean UI and UX **What problems is SPACE OKR solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use both Clickup and Asana at the moment and though they're great but many clients find it complicated for simple needs. This is where Space OKR will help me in avoiding overwhelming my not so saas savvy clients. ### 7. This is the first tool of its kind that I have been introduced to and found it to be a tool that I will be introducing to my business processes. I found Space OKR to be very feature rich for managing objectives and key results. It has any of the features you would expect from this type of tool. ### 8. Members of your own domain can access it easily through a dedicated link. We currently use it in conjunction with ClickUp and Flowlu. **What do you dislike about SPACE OKR?** I would have liked to set up multiple boards or workspaces for the same domain, but it currently doesn't allow it.
