SoWork is super easy to drop right into and start using right away. The video-game-inspired design makes it extra easy if you're a gamer. It's easy to express yourself with all of the customization options and interacting with co-workers is a breeze and is super intuitive. I love how you can keep your camera on but not be seen until someone approaches you. Meetings are more fun because you can see everyone's avatars together, and I love that there is a more classic gallery-style view if seeing everything else is distracting. Just tiny things, a few bugs here and there and I wish you could rearrange the order of people in the gallery-type mode when you are in a meeting with several people, but I am confident that any small qualms will be ironed out in time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SoWork is a great remote office space option. The platform offers a wide variety of options, allowing you to customize both your office and your avatar in fun and engaging ways. I've enjoyed getting creative and changing my office and avatar around. You can even include a status for the day and your mood. The user experience is seamless and enjoyable, making remote work feel more interactive and less isolating. What really sets SoWork apart, though, is their excellent customer service. They are always prompt, helpful, and genuinely seem to care about their users' experience. If you're looking for a remote office solution that combines functionality with a bit of fun, SoWork is definitely worth checking out! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't come across any majoy downsides. Any suggestions our team has had the SoWork team has taken with great appreciation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are so happy that we found Sowork! We love that Sowork provides fun, customizable options, has non-binary avatar options, is easy to sign up for, and the ease of login and use was a big plus. However, the most rewarding aspect of this platform is the customer service provided. This company is invested in the end user's experience and not only do they actively ask for feedback, they also listen to what feedback is provided. The team is super friendly and professional. I have no dislikes to share of this platform. Any extremely picky, minor complaints I've had have already been addressed and taken seriously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SoWork allows our engineering team to sync faster and therefore ship code quicker. It's so much easier to walk into someones office to ask them a question, then it is to slack them and wait. The SoWork team is really responsive to bugs and are constantly creating new features that we utilize everyday. Our team has a ton of fun on a daily basis that SoWork facilitates. SoWork allows us to work the way that works best for us as a team. It's super easy to get onboarded and to bring new people into our office! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's not a ton that I dislike about SoWork. One small thing could be some of the bugs, but aas I mentioned, these are usually aaddressed quickly bby the team. Another would be just convincing people on our team, who are biased aganst digital offices, to join us frequently. (Not SoWork's fault) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SoWork has increased our remote team collaboration and engagement. The AI meeting feature has been a great addition to our work. I love being able to see if my teamates are available for me to "pop in" their office for a quick question or just to catch up. We use this virtual office daily at my company. The customer support has been phenomal - they are very receptive to feedback. I personally love the avatars and change my avatar clothes daily to coordinate with what I'm actually wearing. We had some learning curves from our previous platform, but otherwise the integration was pretty seamless with eas implementation. The team rolls out frequent updates, it is clear the SoWork team is eager to improve and responds to feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We came from another virtual office platform that was a bit more sophisticated looking, but of the virtual offices we looked at, SoWork is the least "game" like. There's been a few quirks and glitches but the customer team is quick to respond and work through it with us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SoWorks AI meeting tools are worth the price alone. We are a fully remote team so having a virtual office has always been a requirement. SoWork has thought a lot about how to make meeting recordings not suck. For example, it provides the abiltity to summarize meetings without a video recording or transcription which allows people to discuss freely without the feeling of being watched.
It was very easy to implement with their refering and sharing links. They have an open office you can join for customer support questions that was easy to use. The Zappier and Google Calendar Integrations they provide were one click setups.
They are ahead of the game for sure! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I just want more features like API features and API access to some of their Slack like chat systems. It can become a serious competitor to Slack if they keep building that out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While its a little playfull, it really does make you feel like a real office enviroment. The graphics and fun elements at first may not seem like the professional experience you're looking for, but give it 5 minutes. Seriously.. within just a few moments you realize how convenient this could be. Not all of my collegues have logged in yet, but every single person that has was surprised how much they liked it. I love stopping by my employees for a quick hello or question or project coordination. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its a working progress. A few glitches here and there, but it seems like they're continually making this better. A mobile app will be a great addition and maybe some touchups on either customizing how things work or adjusting a few workflows. However, these really are minor for the most part. Customizations of the layouts and avatars! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything is great and they are improving/adding features all the time. I would love to be able to look at the map from a different angle which the CEO said that is coming soon! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a consolidated platform that offers the best of Kumospace and Slack, plus more. We're replacing both those paid subscription with SoWork's excellent solution, and savings thousands every year. Every remote startup should be using this! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's still in build mode, but they are incredibly responsive to suggestions and are nearly matching capabilities for Slack! As is, it's a wonderful alternative, and it's getting better and better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
