**What do you like best about Sova?**

That it's very easy to learn how to use and getting so much reports to your liking or needs. It is easy to integrate with other tools, doesn't crash at all, and you can get all the products that available in the portal for just one credit. The support team always solves problems as soon as they heard about it. The scoring automation helps with eliminate the candidates without any labour by human.

**What do you dislike about Sova?**

The analytics tab should be more in depth. For example one should filter the exact dates in the graphics section and should see the usage by graphics as well other than just excel reporting. Because the excel usage doesn't shows in progress or invited candidate number.

**What problems is Sova solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to struggle with supporting customers because we had to send invites, pull reports from the system, and then send those reports back to the customer again. With sova’s easy interface, it now only takes about 30 minutes in an online meeting with our clients to introduce the portal and help them understand how to use it.

**What do you like best about Sova?**

I find Sova to be really time efficient, as it simplifies the process of communicating with candidates and scoring them one by one. I also like that it's simple enough to use and doesn't require me to be tech savvy. The online assessing or the digital assessment spot is really good.

**What do you dislike about Sova?**

I need to juggle between the types of results or candidates. To reset the application, I need to use the results tab, but to send another email to the candidate, I need to use the candidate's tab. So the juggling between both of them isn't always as good. And also, not having the ability to add a new email template, I can only edit the existing ones.

**What problems is Sova solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sova saves time by efficiently communicating with and scoring candidates.

**What do you like best about Sova?**

I definitely appreciate how Sova helps us build solid recruitment processes and provides good quality content. The high net promoter scores from candidates that complete the feedback survey are a testament to how well the platform is received. They have a strong, down-to-earth team that's friendly and efficient in customer success, making them great to do business with. I've been really pleased with the range of tests available, like the situational judgment tests, personality questionnaire, motivation questionnaire, prerecorded video interviews, and automating interview scheduling. All these features typically work quite well, and we’ve been generally happy with their performance. It’s great that Sova is integrated with SuccessFactors and includes language testing, fitting smoothly into our recruitment toolkit. Overall, I'm satisfied with Sova and looking forward to extending our use with them in the near future.

**What do you dislike about Sova?**

I don't believe Sova is the Rolls Royce of assessment platforms. The technology sometimes could use improvements to make the platform more efficient for recruiters. I would like to see better data and dashboards, and also some upgrades to the motivational questionnaire.

I use Sova for volume recruitment, which helps build solid recruitment processes and automate interview scheduling. I'm happy with the range of tests available, like situational judgment and personality questionnaires, making recruitment efficient.

**What do you like best about Sova?**

I like that Sova helps us to understand the personality traits of job applicants, allowing us to tailor our interviews to get to know them better, which helps us hire people with the values and potential we need. I appreciate the great customer service; they are always available to support. I also value Sova's clear and easy-to-understand pricing model, and the personal attention to our organization's needs provides us better value for money. The initial setup of Sova was very easy. They handled everything, provided training, and built our branded platform quickly with minimal input from us.

**What do you dislike about Sova?**

Downloading reports involves them being sent to your email. It would be easier if they could be downloaded in the browser and avoid the email. This is a very small issue, nothing major!

**What do you like best about Sova?**

I use Sova to review candidate online assessments and video interviews, and manage the assessment center. I appreciate the simple and easy-to-understand user interface. The new update regarding assessment center setup has been particularly helpful, allowing us to make changes during ongoing sessions and assign different assessor numbers to specific activities. Additionally, the VLO team's assistance made the initial setup easy and helped us move forward faster.

**What do you dislike about Sova?**

The new Sova assessment for logical and aptitude is on the difficult side, which resulted in lower top score candidates for our new project and is slowing our shortlisting effort. I'd like to see the difficulty levels of test problems adjusted according to the level of the role we're hiring for, like the current apprenticeship project, where candidates mostly have A-levels and are not that academically skilled.

the image personality questionnaire is very easy to be made and the feedback report contains useful info like improvement tips

For certain projects where we have a larger number of candidates (35+), we still need to manually consolidate the results in an Excel file, record the score for each competency, and then sort candidates based on the highest scores. This process can take several hours of work.

I appreciate the fact that completing the SOVA test reveals, in a relatively short amount of time, key aspects of candidates’ personality, their strengths, and areas for development.

I like that Sova provides a whole report feature, which is very good because it saves us from having to manually take notes. The feedback reports it generates are particularly helpful because candidates often ask about their feedback, and Sova automates this process. This is really helpful since it means we don't have to draft emails and send feedback manually. Additionally, the initial setup of Sova was really easy and smooth, which I appreciate.

Sometimes it does not generate the scores properly, and we have to go manually and see their interviews to score them.

I use Sova for interview scheduling and assessment centers. It solves the problem of categorizing candidates into top, mid, and low tiers easily. It also provides detailed feedback reports that are helpful and automate communication with candidates.

I like Sova’s capacity tests. For me, as someone who recruits for both technical and commercial positions, it’s important that you don’t only measure logical skills, since numeric and verbal capacity are just as essential as traditional logic skills for being successful.

Sometimes the translations in the reports into my most-used language, Swedish, aren’t as sharp as the English descriptions.

As far as I know, the platform has evolved over the last three years. It has introduced many features that weren’t there earlier when it was first introduced to us, and I see strong potential for it to continue evolving further.

SOVA’s customer support is incredibly nice, supportive, and quick to help resolve problems. SOVA also offers a lot of customization for the materials used in Talent Assessment. The candidate interface is easy to follow, and the assessment options available to interviewers are great as well.

The SOVA interface can be a bit challenging when it comes to user-friendliness. Some features aren’t very intuitive, and I often have to dig around a bit to find what I’m looking for.

SOVA provides a one-stop shop for recruitment materials, with easy interview scoring options. It eliminates the need to attach recruitment materials to interview invites and creates a more interactive experience for candidates.

I use Sova at a company to review internship candidates. I can see a recording of the candidates, which helps in the review process. I find it has a clear interface and is very intuitive, making it easy to use. The labeling system is okay. It was pretty easy to start using it, and on a scale from 1 to 10, I would recommend Sova with a 10.

**What do you dislike about Sova?**

Often the candidates' videos are bugged; they don't play at all, and I don't know if it's Sova's fault or candidates' fault, but yeah I had technical issues.

I use Sova to review internship candidates, and it allows me to see recordings of the candidates.

Very few weaknesses apart from how all the reports default and refer to the candidate / participant as "they/them" as opposed to allowing candidates to self-select as to their preferred pronoun choice, "he/him", "she/her" etc.

**What do you like best about Sova?**

I am an everyday SOVA user since 2 years. The platform itsef is amazing and the potenial it hosts is also remarkable. 
The online assessments, he managing of applicants as well as assessors is smooth.
Setting up soca assessments and online excersise proves well in getting quality candidates.
Implementing the assessment and understand the scoring process of candidates is easy
Excellent candidates support is provided by sova technical help team
Integration of Sucessfactors with the SOVA has been 100% effective in targeting the right talent for hires.

**What do you dislike about Sova?**

the UI of the platform can been better. 
SOVA has so many features but due to lack of knowlrdge, the user is not aware of its potential, tutorial videos or user guide should be a part of the drop down menus
Use of virtual links is good. However due to strict websit policies may students attending the  Assessment center face issue to use the platform in full capacity.
email mode of communication is good, wish we had a texting feature as well. :)
another way of bucketing the video error candidates shoud be made.

Sova is currently working on solving the assessment center link access issue for apprentice and youth hires.
Sova is working on streamlining the process of assessment

easy way to change e-mail address .tempelate mails are the best i can edite in it easly in a short time whitch simplify the ease of implementaion,as i use it frequninty for my role for cutomer care hiring ,it has best integration when i use it with other system.

sometimes take alot of time when i search with candidates e-mails,some candidates facing technical issues such as URL not working so i have to send them again,access denied while conduteding an recordig but candiate get support form sova team at the end

We love how all the functionality we need is gathered into one admin platform. We can do everything from creating competency profiles, build user friendly candidate areas as well as see results and download reports. We also enjoy all the new features that are making us even more self sufficient and less dependents on support.

**What do you like best about Sova?**

The relationship Sova build with their clients is fantastic. The level of support and interaction is perfect. Sova are always available when needed and keep on top of projects and timelines. The Admin UI platform is easy to use and very intuitive. It does not require too much technical skill to navigate and we were provided detailed training and guidance beforehand. Project implementation has been a smooth process so far, with miminal setbacks or issues. Sova's integration team worked well with ours for our integrated projects.

**What do you dislike about Sova?**

There isn't too much to dislike! We have had a few changes in the team at Sova looking after our account so it did take time to adjust and handover pieces of work, but we got through it and hasn't impacted anything significantly. It is just nice to have consistancy in account managers/coordinators.

Account management is strong but assessment practitioner and Occ Psych resource is harder to access. Assessments required lots of redesign time on my side due to quality issues. Sova does seem to be improving on these elements.

This means when reviewing all candidates, you can see every element and compare to make sure you make the right choice with your hiring.

On occasions there can be the odd system error, which can be difficult to solve when assessment centres are underway.

We use SOVA for some of the key stages in our assessment and selection process. Using the system helps us ensure a consistency of approach in terms of questions asked and activities undertaking during the process, so that we can really compare the candidates performance. 
Keeping everything in one system is helpful to the recruiters, rather than them having to get information from many assessors, possibly in diffeent formats, and over a period of days. Everything is there and available immediately.

Sova has responded quickly to queries and requests, which is not always found in larger vendors. Their platform is easy to navigate and self-explanatory and provides a seamless candidate experience. Their tools are robust and inclusive.

As Sova is still a relatively new provider they are slowly adding additional features in line with other long-standing providers e.g. self service, further ATS integrations

When Covid arrived, we quickly had to adapt to a virtual way of working, and Sova provided a platform to do this. In addition, our existing provider was about to discontinue their psychometric assessments, and we needed to change providers quickly.
