I like that Soundsuit is legally clean and completely in order from a legal standpoint. The music, as it plays, is easy to listen to, and no one has to worry about it, which is very important for us. The system is virtually maintenance-free, except for rare moments when something fails and you have to restart it. But even then, you can relatively easily get it running again. For me, it is very important that there is no advertising, and we have a customized music program that fits our business model and works excellently as background music. So, two things. Firstly, when an update is running on Sonos or Soundsuit (we operate Soundsuit as a service via Sonos Port). The connection between Sonos and Soundsuit via the API is technically somewhat complicated. Sonos itself makes updates that are not coordinated with Soundsuit. Soundsuit makes updates, and this then repeatedly leads to problems, approximately once a quarter or once every six months. It would be nice if one could see on the website whether there is maintenance or a problem at the moment. The other thing is the music selection, the music algorithms. I don't know if work is being done on this, but it would be nice if AI could be used to make the selection of tracks more like a human DJ, so that especially in the transitions more warmth and love can be felt.
