While I truly appreciate its powerful features, if I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the initial learning curve. Because the platform is so comprehensive, it took a little time for our team to fully explore and understand all the settings. My expectation on a couple of the features is not what I expected. First, when tracking the location of devices i expected more. For example, at first it took us several weeks to work with support team on how to have the devices regularly check in so that we know at all time where the devices are at. so that if a device is lost we can at least know it's most recent last location. This helps us narrow down where the device may have been lost. The other thing that is missing is that there's no way to see all our device's location on a map at the same time so I can see a specific group of devices at once on a map. The other thing I didn't think worked well is to lock a device if it is lost. I assumed that we can lock the device and show a message. There is a way but there's limitations. The lockdown screen easily unlocks if the user swipes on the screen. The message is too small and displayed at the bottom of the screen. I would rather it be displayed up front and center of the screen so that it stands out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like SOTI MobiControl because of its Customer support, which has been very helpful whenever I reached out. They guide me well through any issues with quick response.

Overall, I like SOTI MobiControl software, but there are few things that can be improved liked its deeper settings can be difficult to navigate. Remote sessions sometimes lag, especially with slower networks. The reporting section could also be more detailed, and its updates take too much time.
