SoSafe is a very complete software that any technology company should use, it has a wonderful risk management and cybersecurity system to keep your data and system safe.

Among its products, it offers the Human Risk OS, which allows to asses and manage risks related to the behavior of our users, this function is our favorite because its also includes learning modules to educate employees on good security practices and thus reduce the risk of violations in the organization. I like that there is a mix of videos, pictures and text, with some interactivity in between. The quizzes help me assure that what I learned is established. The gamification of the application, earning badges and leveling up every time I complete modules improves the moral. I no longer dread the mandatory security compliance courses, they are now some time to learn and have a good time.

It is very easy to use, I receive an email notifying me on new courses, and I can jump straight into them, track my progress and stop at anytime. In my case, I receive these courses more or less every 2 months, so I am not overwhelmed having to do everything at once: instead, I invest some time from time to time and then I can forget until the next notification email.

Gamification might not be for everyone, and the "cartoony" style of some lessons might be downputting for some people, but the majority of my colleagues enjoy it a lot.

The whole process was superb. Beginning with the onboarding process to regular operation was absolute Top performance. It's absolutly easy to implement as there are instructions for every usage. The e-Learning Modules are the best from all providers in my opinion. They are easy to understand but still covering all the important informations. It serves as an excellent reminder of the basics of security, as well as filling in the blanks and even explaining why it is important to be diligent with each step. I appreciate the "fake phishing" attempts as they serve as a reminder that I have had training and vigilance should be a practiced constant.

Setting up the account to get started is a no nonsense process, which is a refreshing change for any online training course.

Doing a lesson a day, or every other day, as time allows is an easy process.

I appreciate being able to retake a module without penalty until I have a solid grasp of the idea.

The lessons are immediatly applicable to daily work and do not require a cheat sheet on your desk as a reminder .
