The knowledge can then be applied in the regular spam and phishing emails sent by SoSafe within the company. A good feature is the "Report Email" button, where employees receive direct feedback and can view the tips on how to recognize a phishing email. Trainings don't have to be completed in an instant, instead will be unlocked after some time. So you have practical learning packages. **What do you dislike about SoSafe?** Sometimes the explanation videos are a bit too long for what they tell you. Also some steps in the explaining, such as "looking for hints" by clicking things on a picture.
