## SoSafe Reviews
 ### 1. You know what to expect

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sergio Antonio D. | Principal Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2023

**What do you like best about SoSafe?**

- The UX is nice and clean
- I've had no compatibility problems, even if I don't use Chrome nor Safari
- You can silence the videos if you want, as reading the text is much faster
- Badges and such, so you have some incentive to go through the lessons

**What do you dislike about SoSafe?**

This is the typical e-learning platform about IT security. If you've jumped companies in the recent past you'll have done a ton of these and will dread them as much as the rest of us
- The content is not the most exciting in the world
- If you work in IT and are not a complete moron, you already know 99% of the advice here, so you'll only use it because you're required for compliance
- Cheap animations and voice work are so 2020. I'd rather listen to real people I can at least relate to a bit

**What problems is SoSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm required by the Security team to go through these lessons for compliance... or may it be "compliance", who knows

**Official Response from Jasmine Jalava:**

> Thank you for your detailed review, Sergio. Your insight regarding the familiarity of IT security is something we take to heart. We strive to differentiate SoSafe by not just checking the compliance box but by providing engaging, valuable content. Your feedback tells us there's more work to be done, especially for IT veterans like yourself. We agree that authenticity is key and will consider how we might incorporate more relatable elements.

 ### 2. SoSafe Security Awareness elearning

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Machinery | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2023

**What do you like best about SoSafe?**

My cyber security awareness journey with SoSafe continued with further iterations of this training provided by my employer. New lessons were added and current topics considered.

**What do you dislike about SoSafe?**

Quizzes in recent iterations seemed already more achievable.
What I didn't like was that I had to redo many lectures after about a year. This may be a choice of my company, otherwise it would be desirable that for refresh lessons a reduced amount/tailored content is used.

**What problems is SoSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training content covers a wide range of topics revolving around "cyber security awareness training and human risk management". This helps to teach less proficient users to learn what aspects to pay attention to in their daily work and more savvy users to refresh their knowledge on potential dangers in the digital world.
Thereby general awareness is raised and potential harm for the organization by fraudulent cyber threats may be avoided.

 ### 3. SoSafe it's still a didactic way to learn more about cybersecurity in an easy way

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2023

**What do you like best about SoSafe?**

SoSafe continues to be an easy way to learn about cybersecurity, it's UI is simple, and intuitive. The courses are didactic thanks to their guided process with voice, multiple choices and gamification

**What do you dislike about SoSafe?**

Maybe they can update the way the courses works by improving the illustrations, interactions on the UI during courses to make it more modern and updated, with new ways of interacting with the courses so it does not look outdated. There are now new ways to interact with content that could lead people to learn more while improving the quality of the interface and illustrations of the courses

**What problems is SoSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping our company employees to succeed in terms of detecting phishing, know more about cybersecurity and be more technologically aware

**Official Response from Jasmine Jalava:**

> Thank you for your positive feedback on SoSafe's user interface and clarity of courses. We take note of your feedback regarding the density and volume of the modules. Our intent is always to deliver comprehensive training without overwhelming our users.

 ### 4. Fun and modern way to get security schooling

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel K. | Consultant Datamanagement & BI Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2023

**What do you like best about SoSafe?**

The new set of lectures improved compared to the previous ones.

**What do you dislike about SoSafe?**

It’s nice that one can skip the lecture and do the quiz immediately if already familiar with the subject.

**What problems is SoSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SoSafe is helpful for making employees more aware of cybersecurity pitfalls in their day-to-day interactions. Personally, I learned a few tricks on how to better spot phishing email. Also gained insights into GRDP.

**Official Response from Jasmine Jalava:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback. It's great to hear that you find our user interface modern and our interactive approach effective for teaching cybersecurity awareness! We understand that some of the content may seem extensive, particularly for those who are already well-versed in cybersecurity matters. We strive to balance the depth and comprehensiveness of information.

I really like the high-quality content, and I enjoy the gamification elements, such as badges, that make the experience more engaging.

Most lessons really do help me remember the content.

**What do you dislike about SoSafe?**

KPIs and filter per location while extracting data (no full excel but already filtered extraction for instance)

**What problems is SoSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cyber threats and phishing sensitization for all users worldwide

 ### 9. Simple learning of IT security-relevant content in a playful way.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2023

**What do you like best about SoSafe?**

The new modules are good designed because they refer to current topics, including the development and abuse of AI.

**What do you dislike about SoSafe?**

Implementation of more new modules and some other ways to interact with the user, for example other games instead of the quizzes.

**What problems is SoSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You are made aware of how to deal with potentially dangerous emails.
I have learned to analyze emails and recognize dangers so that I can filter out malicious emails on my own.

 ### 10. Huge Security Training Content Library To Quickly Raise Employee Awareness About Cybersecurity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elena T. | Sales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about SoSafe?**

The security training content library is huge and it includes videos, newsletters and blogs that improve employee security awareness effectively and I like that it supports the creation of phishing scenarios mimicking common tactics used by cybercriminals.

**What do you dislike about SoSafe?**

I wouldn’t say there is anything about the platform that I dislike the overall experience has been positive.

**What problems is SoSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It significantly improved employee awareness and ability to spot phishing attempts and it ensures we stay much more aware of the possible dangers in emails.

 ### 11. Realistic Phishing Simulations with Always Up to Date Cyber Training Content

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Norbert B. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about SoSafe?**

I like that the phishing simulations are very realistic and they keep updating the training content frequently as per the latest cyber trends which helps effectively train employees how to detect evolving attacker tactics.

**What do you dislike about SoSafe?**

I haven’t experienced problems or issues with this security training program and the latest cyber content makes it the most reliable.

**What problems is SoSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps employees proactively detect and prevent phishing attempts which has allowed us to strengthen our organization’s security posture.

 ### 12. Effective tool for employee awareness

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lars S. | Informationssicherheitsbeauftragter, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about SoSafe?**

I greatly appreciate the quality of the e-learnings at SoSafe, as I have received very strong positive feedback about them internally. Additionally, the initial setup of SoSafe is very simple; effectively, it only took 4 hours to connect EntraID, configure campaigns, and add placeholder texts.

**What do you dislike about SoSafe?**

The analytics functions are expandable. Especially in user management, the manual effort is high if one's own EntraID is not maintained, in order to obtain a clean, manageable evaluation.

**What problems is SoSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SoSafe to generate smaller security touchpoints and to keep colleagues informed through continuous exercises and micro-learnings.

 ### 13. Engaging, Modern Security Training with Top-Notch Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gregory D. | Cybersecurity, Compliance and Data Protection Officer, Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2025

**What do you like best about SoSafe?**

The videos, learning modules and design aesthetics feel more contemporary than some competitors. This makes security training feel less like “mandatory compliance”. Phishing simulations are realistic and adaptive. Gamified learning helps drive engagement. And finally, the dashboard and reporting options are very good.

**What do you dislike about SoSafe?**

While the quality is high, SoSafe’s library is not as large or as diverse as KnowBe4’s. This means fewer niche modules, industry-specific topics, unless you buy add-ons. Pricing is higher than other competing platforms too.

**What problems is SoSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SoSafe has been instrumental in strengthening our security posture by offering effective staff training and realistic phishing attack simulations. With SoSafe, we are able to uphold compliance with standards like ISO27001 and fulfill the contractual requirements set by some our large corporate clients.

 ### 14. Good learning portal for cyber security

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2023

**What do you like best about SoSafe?**

Gamification in learning is great and helps students stay on track.

**What do you dislike about SoSafe?**

The answer is the same! I've learned a lot in a simple and easy-to-understand way, and I've already benefited from it.

**What problems is SoSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of all, the training helps to develop a feeling for spam messages and general data security.

 ### 16. Modules were not bad at all, informative and engaging, better than a lot of other virtual training

**What problems is SoSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

general internet safety and security to prevent cyber crime and attack

 ### 17. Friendly consultation, clear implementation, and strong technical support

 ### 20. Redefining Digital Vigilance: SoSafe – Your Key to Enhanced Security

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andreas W. | IT System Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2024

**What do you like best about SoSafe?**

What I like best about SoSafe is its user-centric approach to security awareness. The platform makes learning engaging through interactive content and personalized phishing simulations, which really helps to build a proactive security culture within the organization. Additionally, the detailed analytics and reporting allow us to track progress and address any weak spots effectively.

**What do you dislike about SoSafe?**

One thing I dislike about SoSafe is the length of some of the videos in the modules. If you need to restart a module, there's no option to skip ahead, which can be frustrating, especially when you’re already familiar with the content. It would be helpful to have a feature that allows users to resume from where they left off or skip past parts they've already completed.

**What problems is SoSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SoSafe addresses the critical problem of human error in cybersecurity by increasing awareness and educating employees on how to recognize and avoid threats like phishing attacks and social engineering. This benefits us by significantly reducing the risk of security breaches caused by employee mistakes. Through tailored training and realistic phishing simulations, it creates a proactive security culture, making our team more vigilant and helping us meet compliance requirements while safeguarding sensitive data.

**Official Response from Marko Koić:**

> We're glad to hear that you appreciate SoSafe's user-centric approach to training and find the interactive content and personalized phishing simulations helpful in building a security culture. Personalization is a key pillar of our solution, and we will keep on investing in that area. We'll take your feedback about the length and playout of videos into consideration as we continue to improve our platform.

 ### 21. Difficult Setup and Limited Control Undermine Potential

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natasha K. | IT Security & Operations Analyst

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2025

**What do you like best about SoSafe?**

I appreciate the eLearning courses developed by SoSafe's team of linguists. These courses are interactive and well-done, offering a rich learning experience. One of the standout aspects of these courses is their multilingual support, which is particularly beneficial for our global rollouts. This feature significantly enhances user understanding and comprehension, making it easier for our diverse workforce to grasp essential content. The quality and accessibility of these courses help solve many challenges we face in delivering consistent training across different regions.

**What do you dislike about SoSafe?**

I find several aspects of SoSafe challenging. There's a significant lack of control from the IT end, causing confusion, overhead, and misunderstandings. The limited admin access doesn't solve our challenges; instead, it creates new ones. One major issue is the need to convert PDF policies into SCORM format for functionality, which wasn't anticipated and adds unnecessary overhead on HR and IT staff, along with unexpected budgeting costs. Furthermore, the ability to roll out campaigns is restricted, requiring intervention from SoSafe, which limits our flexibility. The course catalog is also disappointing, as it's limited, outdated, and not aligned with current trends or emerging threats, particularly in AI and social engineering. Additionally, the initial setup of SoSafe was extremely difficult, especially from an implementation and rollout perspective for users, compounded by the limitations with SCORM files, campaign control, and course catalog updates. Finally, the need to integrate with Adobe Captivate due to cost constraints, despite its limitations, adds to our business expenses.

**What problems is SoSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find SoSafe streamlines our ability to deploy eLearning campaigns effectively with well-done, interactive courses that support multilingual needs, aiding global rollout and user understanding.

 ### 22. Cybersecurity Training Made Simple and Practical for Everyday Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about SoSafe?**

I appreciated how the training made cybersecurity concepts accessible, even for employees who might not have any prior knowledge in the field. The sessions were easy to relate to everyday work situations and the risks we face. After regularly completing my trainings, I found myself making several changes to my habits, even when traveling for business by train and carrying my office equipment with me.

**What do you dislike about SoSafe?**

Honestly, I found the time pressure a bit off-putting—just kidding. However, I do find it confusing at times how certain modules are grouped together and the reasoning behind their organization.

**What problems is SoSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This solution addresses challenges both onsite and offsite. We have been able to utilize sosafe materials effectively for onsite training sessions. Additionally, the online trainings have provided us with the knowledge needed to educate employees who do not have access to laptops, such as those working in manufacturing and on assembly lines.
I can always suggest to include personalised planning for employees so they can select which topics they want to train on until when. This keeps the plan achievable and makes us work on it since we created it for ourselves.

 ### 23. Seamless transition and effective training solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcel G.

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about SoSafe?**

I greatly appreciate that SoSafe provides our employees with the most up-to-date training, which helps to strengthen their resilience. The Outlook plugin is a particularly valuable tool as it helps employees better assess emails while also standardizing our reporting processes. The introduction of SoSafe went mostly smoothly, and I am impressed by the comprehensive support from the SoSafe support team during this process. I also greatly appreciate the opportunity to use the full scope of the product after having used a stripped-down version from a reseller. I am so convinced by the product that I have entered into an active partnership with SoSafe and plan to offer it to our customers as well. Overall, I find the e-learning opportunities and the Outlook plugin the most useful.

**What do you dislike about SoSafe?**

I don't like that the speed of the videos is not adjustable. I would prefer if there was an option to watch them at 2x speed.

**What problems is SoSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SoSafe to offer our employees current training. The Outlook plugin helps in evaluating emails and standardizes our reporting processes.

 ### 24. More Than Just a Customer: A Partnership Built on Trust and open communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Filip D. | IT Operations Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2025

**What do you like best about SoSafe?**

From the very beginning, the communication has been open and transparent, making it easy to build a strong working relationship. What truly stood out was how they treated us not as just another customer, but as a true partner in the process.

Their approach is based on cooperation, where our input was valued and integrated every step of the way. This created a genuine sense of teamwork, and we always felt that our goals were aligned.

Trust has been at the core of the entire collaboration. We could rely on their professionalism, integrity, and dedication to deliver what was promised, while also going the extra mile to ensure long-term success.

**What do you dislike about SoSafe?**

Some support guides was misleading but our contact managers helped us through out the implementation.

**What problems is SoSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NIS2 requirements and ISO score. But most important thing preventing and educating our employees about cyber security.

 ### 25. Equip your employees with cybersecurity skills and capabilities with SoSafe.

**What do you dislike about SoSafe?**

My opinion of the performance of SoSafe's virtual training programs is very good, I can say that it is a reliable platform that offers great results.

**What problems is SoSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By applying what I have learned with SoSafe's cybersecurity training programs, I have improved the security of my online practices, protected my personal data and ensured the confidentiality of my files, I can say that I feel very prepared to respond favorably to all types of virtual threats.

 ### 26. SoSafe-Make your organization so safe

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about SoSafe?**

In my view, SoSafe implementation was not only easy but also very fast; we were already using it in days which was a great help to our team. The interface has been so user-friendly that ourOps can run campaigns without getting used to it first, and our staff indeed thinks of the gamified training as an appealing activity instead of a boring one. One of the most surprising things for me was the wide range of functions it provides, including the convincing, multi-channel phishing tests and the advanced analytics dashboards that truly reveal our security culture. It fit into our pre-existing system without any problems, linking with our critical applications such as Microsoft 365 and other SSO providers smoothly and without any technical issues. The support team has been quick and helpful on those rare occasions we have needed assistance and they have actually confirmed our choice of becoming partners with them. It has turned out to be an all-embracing remedy that has successfully contributed to the great decrease of our human-related security risks.

**What do you dislike about SoSafe?**

The quizzes were great for reinforcing the lessons. It would be amazing to see a short, gamified "refresher" course, or maybe even a yearly challenge, just to keep these habits top-of-mind.

**What problems is SoSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Today, we are through a very positive process of actually building a "human firewall" around us. The tool has been instrumental in transforming the whole company in the direction of more security awareness. Staff members are no longer just observers but rather they are taking a very active role in the company's defense. The most important advantage has been a measurable drop in malicious link clicks and an important rise in unworked suspicious email notifications from employees. This has been a plus for the IT department who will have less of a burden and for the company who will have a lower overall organizational risk profile.

 ### 34. Training That Actually Sticks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eder S. | Senior Automation Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2025

**What do you like best about SoSafe?**

After a spring-long pilot across our development and finance teams, I’m surprised by how well SoSafe holds busy people's attention.

It keeps learners hooked, recent lessons tackle scams, travel-day Wi-Fi hygiene, and password-manager habits, so there’s still something new for seasoned staff. The micro-learning format and realistic phishing simulations actually get clicks down; even our senior engineers found themselves logging in from their phones just to keep a streak alive.

**What do you dislike about SoSafe?**

After a few months the quiz format feels predictable, and missing one question means re-answering them all

**What problems is SoSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we rolled out SoSafe, security awareness was basically a checkbox activity—occasional email blasts, one-off trainings, and a lot of hope that people would remember what to do in the moment. The problem was that most of it didn’t stick. People clicked on suspicious links, reused weak passwords, and shared credentials without thinking twice. We had the policies, but not the culture. SoSafe helped change that by helping us to train the people.

**Reviewed by:** S S. | CWI Technician, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2024

**What do you like best about SoSafe?**

It serves as an excellent reminder of the basics of security, as well as filling in the blanks and even explaining why it is important to be diligent with each step. I appreciate the "fake phishing" attempts as they serve as a reminder that I have had training and vigilance should be a practiced constant.
Setting up the account to get started is a no nonsense process, which is a refreshing change for any online training course.
Doing a lesson a day, or every other day, as time allows is an easy process.
I appreciate being able to retake a module without penalty until I have a solid grasp of the idea.
The lessons are immediately applicable to daily work and do not require a cheat sheet on your desk as a reminder .
I have only contacted customer support once during the course of training, and the response time was very surprising and the answers given quickly.
The training has been easy to apply as it all integrates with daily activities.

**What do you dislike about SoSafe?**

I have found no downside or lack in this training as yet.

**What problems is SoSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like a lot of other businesses, ours is under pressure from bad actors trying to gain a toehold to commit whatever chaos they have in mind. SoSafe is a solid review of not only the basics, but some of the more advanced and the less obvious ways in which they do so.

 ### 50. SoSafe review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2025

**What do you like best about SoSafe?**

I like that they explain clearly in every chapter what to pay attention to. You also get mini excersises in the modules itself.
In the end of every module you get a test that you need to pass to see if you understood the module. If you didn't pass, you can choose to redo the module or you can try a 2nd time for the test.
I like that every month you need to do some new tests and new modules, so you frequently need to go to the website and keep your information up-to-date.
Thanks to SoSafe I could already see some fishing emails comming in, I could recognize, and it helped me to protect myself and the company of getting fished.

**What do you dislike about SoSafe?**

There is not really anything I can't think of that I dislike, everything is clear. There is someone reading the content and explaining it to you, and also you can read the things yourself. No dislikes for SoSafe from my part.

**What problems is SoSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The last modules I did was about Cyber security, so about fishing emails.
This helped me a lot recognizing the emails, but also recognizing fishy websites.
Also it explains different ways how scammers try to get acces to and what to pay attention while traveling for sensitive data not to leak out.
