The centralized dashboard is intuitive, making it straightforward to monitor threats, manage endpoints, and enforce policies across the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reporting features could be more customizable for specific compliance or audit needs and the pricing can be a consideration for smaller organizations, especially when adding additional modules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Hassle Free MDR"
4/5
What do you like best about Sophos MDR?

We’ve been using Sophos MDR to manage around 100 endpoints, and it’s proven to be a practical solution.

You get solid threat detection and response without the hefty price tag. It’s not flashy, but it does the job well. The setup was straightforward, and the service has been reliable. Alerts are clear, and the response team is quick to act when needed.

For a mid-sized environment, it offers a good balance of coverage and cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sophos MDR?

One thing that could be improved with Sophos MDR is the level of customisation in alert handling. It is all quite generic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Best MDR/XDR Service I've ever used."
5/5
What do you like best about Sophos MDR?

It works in near real time - there have been a couple of instances where some low level threats were discovered within seconds of execution. These threats, while low level, could have opened the door to something potentially disastrous.

The ease of which these threats were communicated to myself and my team is also fantastic, along with simple to follow remedy instructions.

In addition, the response time when communicating with Sophos is fantastic - it's within an acceptable time frame and is always insightful.

Other things to consider: ease of use on a daily basis is phenomenal - the portal is simple to navigate and to make changes with, the end user experience is simple to understand, and any changes can be made from an admin perspective with ease.

I truly am pleased with this product, and look forward to a strong partnership for years to come. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sophos MDR?

There really is nothing I dislike about this product - it does everything I need, at the speed I need, with a level of professionalism that is second to none, and does so for an affordable cost. It's an easy yes for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sophos MDR?

Sophos MDR team is great at determining what issues need to be escalated to the customer for further input and what issues can be handled in the background without interrupting the customer's other job duties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sophos MDR?

Reporting options are a bit weak, the ability to create more granular reports would be nice. Seeing more native integrations would be a plus, but the marketplace options do grow over time. A more customizable dashboard would also be an appreciated feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
