As an existing Sophos endpoint protection customer, no other MDR has the telemetry that Sophos can. They had more integrations applicable to us than any competitor we reviewed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At the time of implementation, our compute stack was 6 years old and their NDR appliance has a CPU functional requirement that was native to every processor out in the last 4-5 years. We had to get a new ESXi host to run this appliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes removing sophos from a device can be a pain, especially when Sophos Zap isn't working as expected and the device needs wiped Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The response times are extremely quick, even when you think it is a smaller isolated incident and you receive an email alert, someone from the MDR team will follow-up that they have investigated the incident further and provide their findings and details. In my opinion is the best purchase what we buy. When we have a emergency the contact whits us inmediathy or they call you.

The support rendered to initially configuring the policies and settings. even without support you can select the recommend setting to ensure maximum protection.
