The onboarding process is outstanding, they are available every step of the way and despite time differences, emails are always timely. All employees are able to access this information at any given time, helping us to share and grow as a business. The customers are also given their own account to make use of; helping keep transactions and other messages and details transparent for them and us. Logging in is easy and used everyday, even during event days themselves. On event days, we sometimes find ourselves needing to check a quick message or detail and with hundreds of things in mind, it's quick to check on our work mobiles.
