A clear methodology for calculating the index values ​​is missing (e.g. Ocean/Booking TEUs what is the primary source? I wouldn't say I like the fact that you no longer take data from DAT which is the largest in USA. Truckstop instead... Some charts like Driver Revenue per week and news widget are no longer available. **What problems is SONAR solving and how is that benefiting you?** I wouldn't say it solves my problem, but it helps me understand the market and helps me see some data that are available only on Sonar. Because a lot of drivers today don't understand the market and why prices are dropping, so with a couple of screenshots from Sonar and a detailed email it helps me explain market conditions to my drivers and, hopefully, reduce turnover in the company, which is essential at these times ### 36. Being able to see charts from multiple views. So many options of things to look at. **What do you dislike about SONAR?** Not all indices are available, some codes aren't up to date, don't show current, or only for one period of time from lack of reporting. Creating a dashboard doesn't always allow for wanted content in that regard. **What problems is SONAR solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're able to predict trends, see volumes coming in as well as capacity potentially. ### 37. But now that you can look up rates - it's excellent. The fact that you can zone in on specific markets is priceless. **What do you dislike about SONAR?** I used to get a market update email showing high-level bullet points that I could share with my customers. I did not receive this information for DEC or JAN. I hate it when a good thing you rely on goes away. :( **What problems is SONAR solving and how is that benefiting you?** When there is an influx in specific markets, you can easily pull data you can share with your customer explaining what happened in the market.
