The amount and richness of data is fantastic. There's really nothing to compare to how rich the data is. This is the gold standard for analyzing data and tracking the freight market. My team and I use it daily to track the market. We also use the API to help predict prices and feed our pricing models. The support team is great - whenever we encounter an issue or a question, they respond right away. There's been a couple rate cases where there was an issue, and those were resolved almost immediately. It also has a very easy learning curve - you can be up and running in just a minute. The main downside is sifting through the wide range of data to find exactly what you need. There's so many potential options, that sometimes it's a little bit of work to find exactly what I need.
