Their system is really easy to use to create automation processes for reporting, file manipulation and even API access to 3rd party systems such as OneDrive, Xero and our CRM system. We can even run python scripts that we've created from inside SolveXia... giving us a huge range of tools we can create/use. These processes save us a lot of time on a weekly or monthly basis. **What do you dislike about Solvexia?** They're really good at responding to requests and listening to feedback, so if we want improvements they will either feedback to the developers, or find us a workaround. Originally the Xero API was very barebones.. but I'm happy to say we are able to use that a lot more now. Map out your process before starting within the system on designing a process **What problems is Solvexia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Large scale excel formulas are being run super fast in the SolveXia environment. Focusing less work on preparing reconcilations, more on analysis of results. Allows for Scalability. Built in Validations are excellent and means we are not missing anything ### 31. It allows you to see exactly where issues in the process are. This coupled with the automated email, makes thje job of identifying and fixing errors so much quicker and easier. Under our previous method (Sharp), I could spend hours trying to identify and remedy problems. **What do you dislike about Solvexia?** With respect to the parameter files, I can only ever see one set of files, irrespective of the chosen month. I would never be able to see what parameter files were used for a past month. There could be a feature which at least details the names of the files used for each month, even if it doesn't necessarily store these files. **Recommendations to others considering Solvexia:** From my experience of using Solvexia, I can truly recommend it to others. I can certainly see it saving us time, both in terms of 'business as usual' tasks, as well as being able to adapt when our circumstances change. **What problems is Solvexia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Translating data from a Management information system (IAP) into a data file which is then imported into HFM (another MI/General Ledger system). Our problem currently (ie pre-Solvexia) is that the tool that we have been using (Microsoft Access) is not supported and is not understood well enough to be able to use effectively.
