I love that this syncs to our accounting software daily and we are able to pull and create reports for all our communities in one report/file that would otherwise take us several hours to create. I also appreciate that once we have taken time to create a report, we can pull that for every month, community, etc. that we need! We are in Solver daily to pull the items that we need. Solver has helped us completely transform our budgeting process. Once we understood how report and input forms are created and managed it has pretty much allowed us to see the information we need to see quickly and gave us the ability to share those reports with those who need them the most. It definitely has its quirks. If we are using two different input forms and they are not programmed to save in the exact same way we end up with a lot of duplicated data. Lesson learned on our end. Also, when working with Solver employees to help us figure out why a form isn't working the way we think it should be, they are not always the most responsive.
