For the most part, it's fairly easy to get around once you get the hang of it. **What do you dislike about Solve(X)?** As I mentioned, it's not too bad once you get the hang of it, but it's not necessarily the most intuitive interface and there seems to be redundant data in multiple places. Additionally, the data is only as good as the people maintaining it. To be clear, I'm not critiquing the job they're doing, only that most of it seems to be a manual process and not automated. **What problems is Solve(X) solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps consolidate our view for billing and simplifies our understanding the needlessly complicated mobile phone bills we get for hundreds of phone lines. ### 2. It allows us as an organization to forecast costs and device lifecycles and kit the devices to OUR specifications. **What do you dislike about Solve(X)?** While having a malleable platform to design for your needs as a customer is advantageous, sometimes keeping documentation and end-user training in step with all the requested changes can be a bit challenging. **What problems is Solve(X) solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has provided a single platform by which we can manage all mobile device costs independent of any carrier. With GoExceed managing our relationships with the various carriers, it is proving to be a necessary tool to manage mobile costs across our entire enterprise. ### 3. It is one of those things that sounds "to good to be true" on paper, but it really is true the cost savings that can be found for organizations - both hard dollars and soft dollars. The technology and the team also add tons of value with the analytics and monthly review meetings. **What do you dislike about Solve(X)?** The interface can look slightly outdated, but the technology works and everything is presented visually just fine. A little bit of refresher on the look and feel would be nice but it isn't a deal breaker by any means. **What problems is Solve(X) solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mobil(x) saves organizations tons of time spent dealing with wireless providers directly and trying to compile data on their own. Through automation and insights there are great analytics to be had that save time and in the end money. Then, saving money with wireless optimization on the data plans is awesome. ### 5. The data plan augmentation works great as well. **What do you dislike about Solve(X)?** There is a lot of information and the MDM integration did not work in the beginning. The interface can be overwhelming with all the information. **What problems is Solve(X) solving and how is that benefiting you?** It augments the data plan usage and helps prevent overages. It's also a lot easier to maintain lines compared to the dedicated portals ### 7.
