It is very useful for seeing inventory and bills associated with our lines of service. For the most part, it's fairly easy to get around once you get the hang of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As I mentioned, it's not too bad once you get the hang of it, but it's not necessarily the most intuitive interface and there seems to be redundant data in multiple places. Additionally, the data is only as good as the people maintaining it. To be clear, I'm not critiquing the job they're doing, only that most of it seems to be a manual process and not automated. The team is great to work with, the solution is easy to implement and the cost savings are REAL. It is one of those things that sounds "to good to be true" on paper, but it really is true the cost savings that can be found for organizations - both hard dollars and soft dollars.
