We can now set up complex workbooks once and, with a flick of the button, reproduce financials/charts/trends for the next month with zero effort. This used to take a couple of days of manual labor. The fact that the only setup time was installing the Excel add-in was miraculous. My previous experience with other tools required a year to implement and major people resources. The ability to right-click into any formulas and see the detail has been a time saver. The AR and AP aging modules allow for dynamic views of these reports in a pivot table. It allows us to make sure we are current with all our payments and receivables. Solution 7's ability to pivot Netsuite into a single table has been a savior in so many different ways. It's allowed us to gain visibility into our business line trends and expenses like never before. Solution 7 is highly underrated with its Financial planning tools. They allow for dynamic uploads of Forecasts/Budget into Netsuite instantaneously. I could not believe that I could upload a large set of Forecast/Budget data from Excel into Netsuite and see it live on my reports and pivots. Their customer service has been top-notch; they have always been available to fix user setup matters and provide tutorials on short notice. Simply said, this is essential to any accounting/finance function. Net suite reporting to Excel Review **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2021 **What do you like best about Solution 7?** We were given the opportunity to use Netsuite reporting as a means of streamlining our financial operations and reporting to our external stakeholders- as the name implies it works great through the MS excel download. **What do you dislike about Solution 7?** The biggest challenge for us ad an organization is that we use both Windows and MacOS platforms which sometimes creates reporting discrepancies betwefn our internal users when generating monthly and quarterly reports. **What problems is Solution 7 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking to overcome a challenge when exporting reports into excel when using it as part of crystal reporting from our internal servers. We were able to increase our accuracy in reporting by 5 percent. ### 27. Everything is functional and easy to use. **What problems is Solution 7 solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is much easier to manipulate data to how you would like to view it than creating directly in NS.
