**What do you like best about Solink?**

Solink has been an excellent cloud security camera system for our business. It gives us convenient remote access to live and recorded footage from anywhere, and the automatic cloud storage keeps our video secure. Since we joined, we haven’t experienced any downtime.

The setup process was straightforward, and their team provided strong support throughout implementation. They also helped us scale across several locations with ease. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for team members who aren’t technically proficient, and the smart alerts help us respond quickly to motion or unusual activity.

We conducted extensive market research before selecting Solink. Not only was it cost-advantageous, but the features were comparable to, or better than, those of other providers—both in current offerings and in future development plans. Overall, it has been a valuable investment for our business.

**What do you dislike about Solink?**

One drawback of Solink is that many of its security features were initially built with indoor camera use in mind. Since our business operates primarily outdoors, certain functions haven’t felt as well optimized for our environment. That said, Solink has made meaningful strides in improving its outdoor capabilities, and we’ve continued to see steady progress on that area.

**What problems is Solink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solink solved our challenge of decentralized monitoring across multiple locations spread over a large geographic area in Canada, especially since we were using different solutions at each site, by giving us centralized access to live and recorded footage from anywhere. Rather than relying on on-site visits or unnecessary flights to investigate issues and observe branch activities, we can now review remotely, respond to incidents faster, and make informed decisions without the added travel time and expense. Overall, it has improved operational efficiency, reduced costs, and given us better visibility and control across all of our locations.

**What do you like best about Solink?**

Solink is very user-friendly, easy to install, and helps reduce the workload on our teams by integrating video and data in an accessible way. Its AI capabilities have allowed us to obtain and view information in ways we never could before acquiring the product. They also have a wonderful, dedicated customer support team—managers and team members who consistently reach out to make sure Solink is doing everything it can to support our business day to day.

**What do you dislike about Solink?**

The thing I have the most difficulty with when using their platform is that when reviewing a shared clip there is not ability to zoom in and out of the video being watched like you could if you were using their direct Solink system.

**What problems is Solink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solink allows us to have data and video all in one feed. It has helped us speed up the process of finding video, saving, and sharing video across mutliple people or organizations. The ability for the AI to detect and determine certain paramaters has strongly increased our physical security. We also have the ability to be more proactive versus reactive when it comes to

**What do you like best about Solink?**

Solink is the one stop shop for so many parts of your business utilizing the video and data you already have to tackle the loss prevention, safety, operations and Customer Experience challenges that all businesses deal with to both minimize loss and maximize profit. In short Solink is impactful and easy to use to achieve maximum benefit, and with such friendly, responsive customer service, I believe Solink and their clients have a very bright future ahead.

**What do you dislike about Solink?**

All though we did well, I think more emphasis should go into accurately determining the required hardware needs to reach the customer's best possible video resolution and retention goals all at a great price. I would also like to see better visibility of customer shared feedback and resolution to feedback which would need to also include a better QC processes with each update to the product.

**What problems is Solink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Container Store is currently using Solink video to investigate and resolve many types of theft and safety investigations with ease, it saves us tons of time and gives us the best evidence possible for us to pursue and resolve investigations successfully. With video and EBR integration we are also helping store managers to evaluate and follow up on employee behaviors at the register to reduce shrink and enhance the customer experience through both positive reinforcement and coaching for improvement.  Furthermore, we utilize Solink to improve training and operational controls and give our leaders the ability to review video easily from anywhere on their favorite device. Lastly, we also have used Solink's video alarm partnership with Noonlight to eliminate the cost of hardware repairs, alarm code management, overnight response by staff, disruption to police and false alarms charges with local municipalities. This has not only saved us money and time but has improved store morale as it relates to these topics.

**What do you like best about Solink?**

Ease of use and budget-friendly. We didn’t have to replace all of our cameras to adopt the platform, and any ONVIF camera works. Setup was a breeze: we plugged in the NAS, and Solink handled all the configuration for us behind the scenes. Capturing video clips and screenshots is quick and easy, which is a big improvement over how we were doing it before.

**What do you dislike about Solink?**

The AI is currently limited to a subset of cameras, but they’re working on improving that. The team at Solink is consistently making updates to the platform, so I’m confident they’ll address this over time.

**What problems is Solink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They’re working on adding AI to additional cameras and are also introducing PTZ controls. They’ve improved the search experience as well, which makes it much easier to find and pull up specific clips.

**What do you like best about Solink?**

First and foremost, I appreciate how easy it is to use on both the app and the desktop version. Secondly, the search function saves me a lot of time—what used to take 15–30 minutes to find can now be found in seconds.

**What do you dislike about Solink?**

I honestly don’t have any criticisms. From new installations to tech support and equipment management, SOLINK has been excellent throughout.

**What problems is Solink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the restaurant space, accuracy and avoiding product outages are extremely important. SOLINK has given us the ability to overlay orders on the camera screen and verify what was ordered vs. what was handed to the customer. We are now able to set up specific cameras to monitor baked-good displays and notify us when inventory is low or items are out of stock.

**What do you like best about Solink?**

I like the usability of SOLINK, being able to log in from anywhere, whether on my phone or desktop, is a big plus. It's easy to access and works quite well, loading efficiently. Being able to record video and store it online is another feature I appreciate, and it's important to me that it functions reliably. The initial setup on SOLINK's side was quite easy, and whenever I needed support and used the chat, it was quite efficient, which I'm happy about. It has worked very well for us overall, and I'm quite happy with it.

**What do you dislike about Solink?**

We tried the AI modules. They didn't work very well. I think it's kind of a beta technology at the moment, and I don't think it's fully dialed in quite yet. So it was something that we paid for for a month or so, and then we canceled it because it just wasn't working. I enjoy the camera features, but I just don't think that the AI is quite at the place yet that it's suiting my needs.

**What problems is Solink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SOLINK for monitoring with 72 cameras. It's user-friendly, accessible from my phone or desktop, performs reliably, and lets me record and store video online.

**What do you like best about Solink?**

I like the AI functions such as the motion search tool and how it lets me see transaction info from our POS system alongside camera footage. I also like all the filters that are available when searching for something specific. The sidekicks that allow me to set up monitoring for specific things are great. If I question a transaction or am missing a specific item, I can zone in on the transaction in particular and see everything I need to. I can also zone in on a particular area and see every time there was any motion there.

**What do you dislike about Solink?**

I think interactive training videos would be helpful. Also, there was an issue with not having all the hardware we needed and having to order it and wait on getting everything connected and set up. We were also initially charged for setup even though we did everything ourselves.

SOLINK secures our store when closed and monitors activities like security and employee actions. The AI functions help me check transactions with POS data and video, and the motion tool monitors specific areas.

**What do you like best about Solink?**

I like that SOLINK ties video to transactions, which is super helpful for dealing with refunds, voids, and discrepancies as it removes the guesswork. The fast searches and filter options really cut down investigation time. Their quick customer service via chat is great, and I find it to be a fantastic tool for the Loss Prevention department. SOLINK scales across all locations, making it convenient for use everywhere, and it's easy to use every day and very reliable. It also improves training by providing real-world examples.

**What do you dislike about Solink?**

I wish SOLINK would be more proactive in reaching out when there are connection issues or cameras are down. It would be helpful if they had access levels to include lower-level management team members without privacy concerns. Also, I think it would be beneficial if there was a way to include our SKU numbers with each transaction info.

I use SOLINK for sales analysis, compliance monitoring, theft prevention, and safety monitoring. It solves limited store visibility, speeds up investigations, supports training, and increases accountability. **What do you like best about Solink?**

It has a high quality video which is VERY HELPFUL. I like how we can efficiently reduce our loss and it also became one of our main support for customer service.

**What do you dislike about Solink?**

I don't know if I need some more training with the product or it is just the system, but I struggle a bit when I'm reviewing footage and trying to go back and forth. Here is an example: I speed up a video to 16x, then I pause it write down the info I'm looking for and then I play it again to keep going, then I have to click it 4 times again to go back to 16x speed. It is a silly issue but when you have to do so many times it becomes a bit annoying. It would be nice if when I play the video again it would go back to the speed I selected before pausing it.

It is a handy and important tool for our business. It helps us to prevent loss, assist with customer experience/issues. Also assist us managers to monitor compliance, health and safety standards, and also staff performance remotely (when needed). We can find specific video incidents in seconds

I like that SOLINK's platform is very easy to use, and we haven't had any issues with the software. Our customer service reps are incredible and always available. This is really important for new users of a platform to be able to interact with humans that can help us problem solve. For me, the single greatest aspect of their business model is the exceptional customer service they offer to all business users. SOLINK's team did the hard work for us in a situation where we needed to quickly assess an employee's time and behavior, and their analysis of the employee's coming and goings inside the dispensary was incredibly helpful. Additionally, the setup was very easy, and everything has worked well for us.

I use SOLINK for security in our restaurants and I really like how easy it is to use. The interface is very user-friendly, which I find really helpful. Their support staff is always easy to reach and they solve the problems we encounter efficiently. I also appreciate the setup of various zones within our locations, and the notifications that alert us to odd or out-of-character behavior. The initial setup was easy and very practical for virtually anyone. I also value their responsiveness; you can always reach someone quickly and easily when issues occur.

Sometimes we have issues with cameras or feeds. Cameras go offline for whatever reason, but they are always quick to let us know and try to resolve the issue.

I like SOLINK for its ease of use, stability, and the robust suite of tools it offers, including AI solutions for extra security monitoring. Most of all, I appreciate their exceptional customer service. If I have a problem, I'm just a phone call or chat window away from a solution. The increased efficiency it provides across the board is great, along with the ability to access cameras off-site which gives me peace of mind knowing I can check things at any time from anywhere. The initial setup had a few hiccups, but they went the extra mile to resolve the issues, proving they have the best customer service.

If we were in the same country, that would be awesome. The only issue we had before deployment was distance, but they even went out of their way to get it going and meet our projected deadline.

**What do you like best about Solink?**

I like the dashboard in SOLINK because it allows us to clearly see data and compare it. The reporting platform is very good and lets us compare data monthly, yearly, and daily. We can even compare it with what's going on in the wider pitch across other platforms. The integrations with other systems, like our teal system, are pretty good, allowing us to pull things more accurately and quite easily. These features pull everything into one place, which makes it easy for us to analyze data, saving us time from having to log into multiple different platforms and compare information manually.

**What do you dislike about Solink?**

For us, we need more improvement in terms of support. We find that having fully remote support doesn't help us when it's about solving problems quickly. We used to have somebody that would come to our site, set the sites up for us, check and identify the AI line, and make sure that it was tracking passerby traffic accurately. However, currently, with the change of staff within the departments, we no longer have that support, and everyone is fully remote, which means that something that should take five minutes to do ends up taking months to do. Having a team that's able to support and understand what our business needs are and solve the problems quickly would be a huge improvement. Along with identifying our AI line, making sure that it is actually put for passerby traffic in the right place, and is calculating it accurately. Also, with the setup of future sites, we had a weaker experience after losing our account manager, which probably would make us not really use SOLINK for future sites because we are unable to get the current sites correct.

I use SOLINK to analyze passerby traffic, helping us understand customer conversions and time spent in specific areas like seating or ordering. It aids in operations and marketing. The dashboard and reporting features let us compare monthly, yearly, and daily data, saving time on manual comparisons.

**What do you like best about Solink?**

I use SOLINK in my workspace, and I like that it is very easy to use and navigate. The customer service is always very quick if I have any questions, which I really appreciate. I enjoy being able to make my own alarm schedule with just a press of a button, and it's customizable for holidays too. I find SOLINK easily configurable and teachable, which is very helpful for my needs. The initial setup was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about Solink?**

One thing that I would like to be able to do is to pick if I want to use only the light, sound, and/or siren. I found out that because I have the speaker and siren package, I need to use them both together and can’t just pick.

**What problems is Solink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SOLINK to keep my yards secure. It's easy to navigate, and I can review footage anytime. I can easily configure alarms, customize schedules for holidays, and appreciate the quick customer service response.

**What do you like best about Solink?**

I genuinely enjoy everything about SOLINK. The functionality is fantastic—especially the motion sensors and the notifications we get when there’s movement in our yard. I also really appreciate the email summaries it sends me about what’s been going on. The AI capabilities, like tracking how many people are in certain areas over specific time periods, are quite valuable. Overall, the system offers a lot of options and has significantly improved our efficiency, saving us time. Now it only takes minutes to find what we need, whereas our previous system took hours.

**What do you like best about Solink?**

I really like SOLINK's integration with our Point of Sale system and cameras, which assists with fraud detection and loss prevention. The real-time alerts and cloud-based capabilities allow us to monitor remotely and provide broad visibility to a large property. It's easy to use and access, with convenient search parameters and time stamps that save leadership time. The searchable video driven by data is particularly beneficial for our Point of Sale outlets. The initial setup was a good experience, setting up cameras by groups and location, and I appreciated the integration with POS support.  Also, the customer support is quick and attentive!

**What do you dislike about Solink?**

I wish there was an integration with our Property Management System. Also, having a common identifier, like license plates, would be useful.

SOLINK provides real-time alerts, remote monitoring of large properties, integrates with our Point of Sale and camera systems for fraud detection and loss prevention, offers security and insurance footage, and improves staffing efficiencies.

**What do you like best about Solink?**

I really appreciate SOLINK's motion sensors and AI function, which let us quickly scan videos and receive alerts, like when fire escapes are blocked. It's also great that we can count people coming in and out. SOLINK has really improved visibility for our team and has vastly increased the speed at which we can review and save footage. Integrating with our POS system, Toast, is also a big help. Switching from our old system, which lacked these features, was a huge relief and SOLINK really makes our work a world easier. The setup was very easy and quick.

**What do you dislike about Solink?**

I think we're very much at the start of our journey with Solink. So there's nothing immediate at the moment. We're looking to build better auditing function. Have to get in the first audit report from them. So yeah, I suppose as we go on and we're finding what one or two other things for.

SOLINK consolidates all our cameras in one place, improves visibility, speeds up reviewing footage, and performs internal audits.

**What do you like best about Solink?**

We have centralized access to all cameras across the organization, which makes it much easier to manage everything in one place. The UI is straightforward and helps us quickly find what we need without wasting time. On top of that, they provide great support and feel like a true partner.

**What do you dislike about Solink?**

There is very little to dislike. Compared with a traditional alarm system, adding redundancy for both power and communications requires slightly more effort and additional hardware.

**What problems is Solink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using cloud access management to keep camera access secure reduces the amount of effort we have to spend on network security.

**What do you like best about Solink?**

I find SOLINK's ability to provide clear photos and videos incredibly helpful for identifying and prosecuting thieves. With 73 cameras, the ease of use is a real time saver for me, especially with the simple switching from camera to camera.

**What do you dislike about Solink?**

I wish there was facial recognition or the ability for the system to tag an individual and follow them from camera to camera.

**What problems is Solink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SOLINK for surveillance to identify and prosecute thieves. It provides clear photos and videos, making identification easier for the police. It's easy to switch between 73 cameras, which saves time.

**What do you like best about Solink?**

I love how SOLINK is always watching, which means so much can be achieved in terms of security, from staff to customers. The reports and widgets are incredibly helpful, particularly with their daily notifications and up-to-date data. Also, the initial setup was extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about Solink?**

I find the Android app lacking. It would be better if it had a fingerprint login and the same features as the iPhone app.

**What problems is Solink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SOLINK for security from staff and customers, monitoring time and attendance. It provides daily notifications and up-to-date data, making it valuable with reports and widgets. It's always watching, so much can be achieved.

SOLINK is more than an LP tool. It’s an operations tool that supports sales generation, training, labor and forecasting, etc. It is user friendly and allows people to distill straight to the action.

**What do you dislike about Solink?**

There can be too much data and information, so you have to go in with a specific focus or intention to generate the best value for your time.

**What problems is Solink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SOLINK helps us better forecast for labor that isn’t just based on retroactive sales trend data. Exception reporting is consolidated to specific events to review through event flows.

**What do you like best about Solink?**

From ordering to installation Solink makes it easy.  Very solid with connectivity, good performance.  People are super, friendly and willing to listen and assist whenever possible.  Great support MGR.

**What do you dislike about Solink?**

Had struggles with billing at times, however they are always willing to work things out or make things right.

**What problems is Solink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fraud, use of AI, reporting for multiple departments and not specifically focused on AP.
