SolidWorks is a best software in industry with great features like 3D modelling, surface modelling, sheet metals, weldments and drafting. I love the user friendly interface that helps me create parts and assemblies with ease and the predefined libraries and components that help me for solid modelling and rapid prototyping.The part modelled is suitable for manufacturing (DFM check) alongwith collision and interference check is a must have feature and categorisations like Sheet metal,weldments,Mold etc make it my first choice.I love the seamless expereince it provides in switching from 3D to 2D and of course the built in tutorials.
