Native integrations also include Microsoft Entra ID for user lifecycle management, Jira for cross-team escalation, Automox for patch management, and an open API for custom connections. Service Desk supports enterprise service management (ESM), enabling organizations to extend ITSM processes beyond IT, to departments such as HR, Facilities, and Legal, without additional products or professional services. For IT teams, the lift is minimal: new department portals are built on the same platform they already manage, using the same workflows, automations, and reporting.
