1. SoftwareSuggest portal is missing some essentials like a reviewer's dashboard.
2. And when you expect to see the reviews by tapping on a vendor's name, you get redirected to the service provider's website instead of reviews section.
3. User experience needs to improve. For instance - the design is not inituitive and you will notice spelling mistakes in the questionnaire such as "Implimentation" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
