Softtouch makes it easy to search through previous orders, and index them by card, date, etc. Makes End of Day a breeze, and taking orders is simple too **What do you dislike about SoftTouch POS?** Honestly very little. You get logged out if you're idle for too long, which can be mildly annoying, and we were locked out the other day, but that's the exception rather than the rule **What problems is SoftTouch POS solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's solving issues of security, and indexing of cash receipts, both of which(as far as I am aware) it has handled very well. It works well in concert with our other systems ### 3. Tip distribution is self-explanatory and very handy. **What do you dislike about SoftTouch POS?** Working at a restaurant, I remember my managers always complaining that they had difficulty updating the program as it was very very expensive. Maybe it has changed by now. Sometimes some data turned out to be inaccurate at the end of a month as I remember. **What problems is SoftTouch POS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Workflow and organizing have made our job in the restaurant business much simpler and easier. SoftTouch POS helped to train employees as well, as it is so organized and easy with its' tools. ### 4. Using a touch screen very easy to choose between orders. Can make multiple accounts for different users at the same time. Z reports are very detailed and can set restaurant setting design very realistic. **What do you dislike about SoftTouch POS?** It is a little slow in processing.
