"Best Prototype Tool for Non-Profits Without a Technical Background"
5/5
What do you like best about Softr?

I believe this is the best program for a non-profit professional with no technical background who wants to create a prototype. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Softr?

The paid version includes a lot of features I don’t really need. I just wish there were a cheaper option that let me choose only the few features I actually use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive and Seamless for Beginners"
5/5
What do you like best about Softr?

I like that Softr is very intuitive; when you work on it for a while, it makes sense. I find the integration with Airtable very helpful because the data flows very seamlessly. All I have to do is just import the data, and it goes into Softr, which then organizes it, and I get my website. The initial setup was simple; I just put in a prompt in ChatGPT, and it told me what to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Softr?

My API limit was exceeded, and I didn't know about those limits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy for Non-IT Users to Build and Maintain Apps"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Softr?

As a non-IT person, I was able to build, expand, and maintain my application with ease. The process felt straightforward, and I didn’t need a deep technical background to keep everything running smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Softr?

I find its user-based pricing scheme expensive. In my case, most of my users are idle, yet I still have to pay a substantial fee per user. It would be helpful if an alternative model—such as pricing based on server load—could be considered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Softr: Quick, Custom, and User-Friendly"
5/5
What do you like best about Softr?

I use Softr for creating a custom sales intelligence tool for my team, and it allows us to add custom information and native workflows to our sales dashboard. I like that instead of looking for new platforms or upgrading existing plans, we can easily drag in new blocks and pages. I appreciate their templates, and I like how styling is customizable but quick and easy, enabling us to stay on brand. The initial setup was great; it was quick and easy. It also works well with our existing CRM platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Softr?

I wish there were opportunities to leverage AI in the pages we build, rather than just using AI to build them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionized Web App Development with Ease"
5/5
What do you like best about Softr?

I find Softr very easy to set up and appreciate the powerful AI Vibe Coding features it offers. It's great that the real website code is still available to change, so there is no 'blind AI Coding.' I was able to take an app from idea to live in about 8 hours, a process that would typically take a whole team of developers months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Softr?

nothing, everything that seemed not doable in the start was in fact easy to solve Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"No-Code Ease with Powerful AI Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Softr?

I like that Softr has AI integrated into the system, making it very helpful for someone like me who isn't a developer. It's a no-code platform that is very easy to build with, allowing me to create new modules and sections without needing to learn coding. The initial setup was pretty easy, and for the simpler workflows, I could figure it out without much help. Even for more complex workflows, the setup didn't require a lot of support, and I felt well-supported. I'm pleased with Softr and find it to be a good tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Softr?

Sometimes I like the Vibe coding block, but then I feel like after creating the Vibe coding block, it doesn't always allow me to make easy updates to that without having to Vibe code further, which actually takes more time. I'd appreciate more ability to edit Vibe coded blocks myself with the normal formatting that Softr provided before the AI Vibe coding block. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Softr: deliver business apps in a few days, with strong integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Softr?

Softr allows me to deliver business apps in a few days where a custom stack would take weeks. The visual editor is straightforward and the native components (lists, forms, charts) cover most of my needs without CSS.

On the integration side, it's solid: Airtable, Google Sheets, Stripe, Make, n8n, and more recently the native Softr Databases which really simplify the architecture. I also connect Claude API via Softr Workflows to automate content generation, it changes the game.

In terms of performance, no issues up to 10-15k well-filtered records, my SME clients are well served. The pricing remains clear and the ROI is obvious: no custom dev cost, no maintenance, and the client can manage their pages on their own.

The support is responsive, the documentation is complete, and the partner program is serious for freelancers who resell Softr as a service. Softr AI is a nice surprise to speed up prototyping phases, even though I always go back to manual editing to finalize.

For a Product Builder, it's a huge business lever. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Softr?

The real shortcomings for me are the lack of native push notifications and the absence of export to native mobile apps (iOS/Android). On projects where mobile engagement is central (fieldwork, mobile teams, productions), I often have to complement Softr with another tool or switch entirely. The PWA does the job for internal use but remains limited. I hope to see these two components arrive in the roadmap, it would be a game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easiest No-Code Directory Builder with Excellent Database Connectivity"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Softr?

I find Softr to be the easiest system to connect a database to, which is great for providing updates to a live application. As someone less technical and unable to code, I find it helpful that working with a database in Softr is similar to an Excel spreadsheet, making it familiar and easier for organizing thoughts. I also think that Softr is designed better for someone like me with less technical aptitude in coding. The initial setup was very easy for me since I used the AI assistant, which I thought was very in tune with what I was looking for and had better capabilities than other software I had tried. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Softr?

Maybe some instruction on custom coding and how that affects things prior to implementing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Softr?

I have been able to combine multiple functionalities like workflows and databases with the existing Softr apps to build full stack apps for my clients. It has completely opened up my world especially with how easy it is to customize the design, add new integrations and use new AI models Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"No-Code Simplicity with Swift Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about Softr?

I love Softr's no code feature because it allowed me to quickly create and launch multiple web applications across different regions, like India and the USA, without a complex setup. The ease of use is a big plus for me, and I appreciate the support from the team. Their clean and user-friendly interface is great, and the team is always helpful with queries. I find their wonderful community page super useful for common questions. I also enjoy the integrations with other tools, which help me convert a database into a searchable and organized platform. The transition from idea to a working product is incredibly fast. Their videos made the initial setup easy, and I’m glad for the flexibility with blocks now available to customize as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Softr?

Earlier, the blocks and options were less, however, now with many blocks they have given the ability to the user to change it as we need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
