**What do you like best about Softr?**

Softr is a great no code solutions that helps me to build my own website quite quick and easy. Its super user friendly and when I have troubbles the support team was quick and helpfull!

**What do you dislike about Softr?**

The starting price is quite expensive if you want a second site, I feel that should be a intermedium entry price that allow not profesionals to design a couple of webs or apps without paying 49 per month

**What problems is Softr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Soft helped me to create a professional landing page for my coliving space quite quick and without any code, this time saved allow to focus on what is more important for my business rather than spending hours on the development

I'm a beginner user, but I like the interface and it is quite easy to learn. I especially like the support chat with a human, not AI.

I got caught trying to make it all public, which needed to happen in a few places in the backend for it to work.

Our company is new and the free version suits us perfectly for the services we offer! It's easy to use and the chat allows us to ask any questions when we need, we get a very quick response and at the longest within 24 hours! Thank you!

We find limitations in the free version but it remains our choice, so if one day we need more features, we will upgrade to the higher version.

**What do you like best about Softr?**

We're a marketing agency generating meetings for our clients. Everything was well organised (or so we thought) with our airtable setup, but there was still a lot of manual client interaction with deliverables.

In came softr! We built our client portal on softr within a week and we've been able to offer clients a much more thorough experience through a lot of the prebuilt modules that softr offer. 

It looks fantastic, responsive across all devices, and all in our brand. As I said to our team - we could build it ourselves, but why would we? Knowing we've got the softr team innovating constantly on the platform behind the scenes is a real plus point for building on softr.

**What do you dislike about Softr?**

I've personally found a few of the features challenging to implement but I've asked their live support for help directly within the building interface and have had it resolved within minutes.

**What problems is Softr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A super easy way to offer a client portal without having to develop it yourself. Does absolutely everything that we would want, and if there's anything missing you can add custom code blocks - not that we've needed to yet.

"I really appreciate how simple it is to build complex interfaces. The support team is truly attentive and responded to my needs and improvement requests almost instantly.

The price is a bit high, especially considering the limited number of users (100 max) included in the PRO plan.

Due to the above, it has some limitations in terms of customization, and may perhaps embrace more features in the future in terms of appearance and more complex functions.

**What do you like best about Softr?**

Softr easily connects to all of the services we use to manage our processes and data. Set-up is quick and easy and the platform has almost all the features that I could possibly need. And the features that they don't have already come out in one of their frequent (and significant) updates.

**What do you dislike about Softr?**

Load times can be a bit slow on the platform, they still haven't added an "Undo" option when you're making edits, and the ability to filter by dates is really limited. Those three updates would take this from an incredibly good platform to an absolute no-brainer for businesses of any shape/size.

Merging all of our data and processes into one place for easier data sharing with clients and team members.

I like how simple it is, yet powerful when it comes to data handling. How easy it is to bring a business idea to life for validation. How versatile it is despite being a standardized tool. As for the most appealing features, I would highlight the conditional forms, the app’s appearance, user management, and the filters. Easy integration with DB is also a great feature.

I would like the pricing to be more affordable for those who want to use it as a SaaS to validate an idea, allowing them to experiment with all the features without paying, even if they can’t publish, and to have a bit more control over the design.

Softr allows me to easily test any idea I have for personal projects. On the other hand, when working with clients, it’s a reliable and efficient way to propose internal systems and applications for internal use.

**What do you like best about Softr?**

We were looking for a tool to help us build a no-code front end app for our customers, based on the Airtable backend data management system, and softr has been the perfect solution to meet our needs. The product is easy to navigate and build in and the support team (Aramayis in particular) has been phenomenal in helping us ship our product successfully. We were able to get the app built and launched in just a few months, which would've likely taken far longer with other solutions.

**What do you dislike about Softr?**

I wish there was a little bit more customization available for certain types of blocks but I know these are things the team is working on building into the product. Only other complaint would be with how the user import is setup with the data source, don't always want to pipe in everyone in the database...

**What problems is Softr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Softr has enabled us to build our first bespoke product that we've been able to ship to our members, this has made a huge impact on our team, organization, and of course our customers.

**What do you like best about Softr?**

Softr has been the most user friendly tool I have worked with from a no-code solution. They are consistently updating their layouts and datasources. What really sets them apart is their great customer support. Many other companies just put you in a Discord or Facebook group and have customers figure it out on their own but not Softr. I have had great customer support from the team, in particular Adranik. He's helped me a few times and every time it either gets handled quickly or he escalates the ticket and provides me with follow ups. It's great service!

**What do you dislike about Softr?**

Some of the layout options are limited, also the video could be better. I self-host my videos outside of YouTube and Vimeo and the link to share doesn't work with their video player. The only option is embedding which forces me to create a brand new page manually each time I have a video.

**What problems is Softr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was looking for a solution to keeping my database separate from my web builder. I prefer to have multiple vendors for flexibility.

user roles in the registrations process is non existing. Some adjustments can not be done e.g. padding on the left or right.
More integrations would be nice.

Softr is very easy to use and to learn. The connection with different datasources like airtable makes it easy to operate und to get quick results. There is no need to register a domain etc. as they offer custom domains or you build apps can be embedded. Customer support and available tutorials are great!

**What do you dislike about Softr?**

Multi language is a bit a challenge. the tool is native English and if you want to build i.e. a German version it´s a bit tricky/not out of the box. softr is also a black box when it comes to code. so you are from my point of view depending on their service. Good for MVP and small non critical stuff but challenging at a later stage.

Most of the time we build MVP´s with softr. It´s easy to use so we can features very fast and don´t need dev ressources.

**What do you like best about Softr?**

Softr is very easy to use and interface is also straight forward to navigate. There are also tons of templates cater for different uses. I started out by testing both AI prompt and established templates, both serving purpose very well by implementing the features exactly needed without any code. In addition, I had an outstanding experience with the customer service team. The representative was incredibly friendly and approachable, making me feel valued from the start. They listened attentively to my concerns and resolved the issue promptly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Softr?**

The dynamic block feature is relatively limited for a professional user, but fairly enough for carrying out basic function especially for non-experience user.

**What problems is Softr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Payment issue. This level of service has greatly enhanced my perception of the company, and I am grateful for their assistance.

From a web developer that is used to building sites from the ground up, there are some limits to what you can do (themes, plug-ins, templates, etc.).

Very easy to use

A free plan that let you build something viable quickly

Lots of source of data can be used as backend in order to build powerfull product

They keep on adding new features

The customer support is lovely, super fast and very helpfull

When one block receive an update, you need to update each copy of this type of bloc on your product which can be a bit long if you have a big product

You can't build ultra-complex feature or very creative design unless you know how to code

Like a lot of NoCode tools the pricing tend to increase with time wich is not big problem for big company but it can be tricky for a freelance trying to up their skills low or profit/good impact organization.

**What do you like best about Softr?**

The best thing about Softr is how easy it makes building websites on the go. Such a user-friendly control panel to create a stunningly dynamic website gives the impression that something is being compromised as a tradeoff, but there isn't, which is insane! 
I fell in love with Softr when I used to validate an entrepreneurial idea, and I've used it as my product management portfolio! However, I knew for a fact it was a reliable tool when their customer support helped me tackle an issue in 5 minutes literally, and I was on a free plan! 

I've tried different no-code solutions to create dynamic websites, and Softr is ahead by far especially when we take into account the clean UI components it offers, and also the level of control over adjusting those components

**What do you dislike about Softr?**

I know it's still in an early stage as a solution, but I'd appreciate it if it could be a bit faster because sometimes it feels a bit laggy. I'd love more customizable components and more control over customizing them. (That shows how eager I'm to keep building things using it)

**What problems is Softr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A lot! 
- Building a dynamic interactive website to test business concepts without having to be a coder or a developer. 
- Testing new product concepts quickly and cheaply.
- Adding dynamism to my airtable records.

We use Softr everyday in our operations. The abiliy to sync it with multiple backends and have detailed control of who can do what and how much changing or view they can do makes it easy to train the team on how to use the operation within their department. Anytime I have questions or ideas on how to better Softr, they are quick to respond in the chat and give serious thought to product updates.

**What do you dislike about Softr?**

I am excited to see where Softr goes from this point. There are some integrations that I would like to see expanded upon, like the use of conversations and chats from Hubspot into Softr to creat an absolutely amazing customer portal. But I'm sure with time those will come out. I would like to see integrations like these be perfected rather than introducing new integrations at a half use rate.

I needed to find a way to keep track of all the data that we are collecting as a team, in a way that was easy to manage, build, and fast. I started with AirTable and did not like the use of their interfaces and found Softr. Once I dove in, I realized that this could be use across all of the teams in the company to help improve communication, relationships, and data tracking.

UX and integration with external data sources look like google sheet.
very easy creation and integration for our "web app" and a good customer care that's present and available to help.
Is easy to implement my app when I need to insertu more info and it has very good synch with externals data.
Actually I've used for a lot of time and with big frequency every day without partucukars problems so it mean that there is a good structure behind the scenes.

UI and a not total customization about graphic styles and graphic elements to be inserted in my layout and impossibility to manage date fields with sorting or custom format.
Also to can not have specific layout for mobile and desktop view are something not good but I really hope that will be upgraded in the time because softr is very very good

To can see all my datas in a nice form and to can manage them without to use a Google Sheet.

**What do you like best about Softr?**

In what would have taken me months as the solo dev at our company, I've been able to accomplish in weeks. The learning curve isn't very steep if you're already versed in using databases. Even if I didn't it would be pretty easy to pick up. Very easy to implement. I use it everyday in building our company work flows. Very easy to integrate with Monday.com features for a robust functional website.

**What do you dislike about Softr?**

The database connection we use is still quite new to softr, so some key features we'd like aren't available yet. However the Softr community page was quick to respond with an answer that these features will be available soon.

**What problems is Softr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Though monday.com is a powerful tool, the visuals and control for the end user is time consuming to set up. To build guard rails, so to speak, takes time, but with the user level implementation of Softr, it's a breeze.

**What do you like best about Softr?**

Soft has a very clever approach by giving a lot of buildings power without overwhelming users with too much decisions, especially regarding UI customization. And I say that as a designer. I've been using Softr to build some proof of concepts and what I have been able do to so far is quite interesting for someone that has no coding experience at all. 
They are constantly upgrading their building blocks and database integrations.
Also their team is very active and responsive, which is a great thing.

**What do you dislike about Softr?**

For a user like me I think that the plans are pretty expensive. Especially the ones that integrate with Monday.com which is the database I use mainly.

**What problems is Softr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing me to test my ideias before I can spend too much time developing too big of a product that is useless

**What do you like best about Softr?**

What a simple and easy to use tool! The monday.com integration made importing our data a breeze, my team is absolutely pumped to have everything in one location thanks to Softr!

Within a couple of days, I was able to create a basic intranet/employee portal. By the end of my first week I had built a remarkable tool that has organized and streamlined our sales process. I've even been able to create a small database of common issues our customers face and what solutions we offer. This allows our in office staff to take control and free up capacity for our on the road team to generate more business. 

Overall I'm very pleased with what Softr has allowed our team to accomplish.

**What do you dislike about Softr?**

I would like more options! A calculator block would be extremely helpful.

**What problems is Softr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The majority of our processes flow through Monday.com, and after 3 years it started to look a little messy. Softr allows us to create a repository of links to workforms and a visualization of information. 

My team is made up of either fresh grads or soon to be retirees. Softr has helped bridge the generational gap in regards to how we use technology.

**What do you like best about Softr?**

I like the fact that with Softr, how simple and straightforward it is to build use cases for various needs. And when I say "simple," I don’t mean limited. Softr provides plenty of integrations that allow me to enhance and scale the apps I build. Connecting with Airtable, adding complex logic with make, or integrating with payment systems like Stripe, everything just works smoothly.

Plus, the community support is great, and the instant chat support right from my workspace is a huge bonus. If I run into an issue or have a quick question, help is always just a click away, right from the workspace ain't this cool? Well they have huge knowledge base on their youtube, great people's on community forum to help you with any stuff, what else you need, right?

**What do you dislike about Softr?**

Like with any tool, there will always be some specific features that have room for improvement. Nothing is perfect, and I know the reasons why I choose Softr without a doubt, but the "filtering list item options"  is an area that could use some work.

For the most common use cases of Softr, like building marketplace or educational apps, better filtering options should be a natural feature. When you’re dealing with a lot of products, courses, or lessons, having advanced filters like range filters or more flexible date filters feels essential.

Even though Softr excels in many areas, and I love its list and list detail blocks (which are the backbone of these apps), the limited filtering options like only supporting single-select or multi-select fields (refering airtable my most used database) can be a bit restrictive. For these types of apps, stronger filtering tools would really make a big difference!

This may not be a big road block, a single update can make everything better but I feel lack of these filtering in any of my apps I build for my clients.

**What problems is Softr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I build apps for clients, including platforms for educational courses, marketplaces, monetizing airtable data. 

some example usecases, for educational courses, where it allowed me to set up detailed course listings and manage user access.

Softr also helped me sell Airtable data with a nice interface, offering monthly subscriptions. It’s a fantastic tool for monetizing data if you have any.

I’ve built platforms to connect service providers and buyers, with make and stripe connect integration and it just works perfect for marketplaces!!

I have only used WordPress. WordPress was convenient because you could easily create an entire site by installing a theme. But the feeling of standardization was too strong. When I first used softr, I experienced the freedom of non-standardization and fell in love with how fast and convenient it was.
In WordPress, you had to install each plugin to add features. However, softr is really convenient because all the functions are already implemented.

Rather than saying it's a drawback, I'd say it's a suggestion. It would be nice to see functionality including workflow automation implemented.

I want to automate workflow and implement it as a SaaS service, Softr is a powerful tool for combining front-end web services.

You can create an app from scratch. It is very easy to use and to integrate with my stack.

I didn't find a "big style library" where I can configure every button/item/table/list to have this font, font weight, size, color etc.

I am a freelancer and I sell services, therefore time, which is difficult to quantify. Thanks to the application I created with Airtable and Softr Studio, my clients have a complete view of my work and I can finally quantify the time I spend for them. It's a huge time saver

Softr makes it very easy to intergrate my current google sheets and database into an easy to use company portal with minimal effort. The controls are easy to use and it means that my team can edit the background data easily without needing any code saving us money and time with developers. The behind the scene team customer support has been amazing with any questions and direction as well with getting me going with any questions or problems.

I've only be using this for a couple of weeks but hard to find any serious negatives right now.

Its helping me to display my data really easily to my end customers in a clean format that with other no code platforms where a little more clunky or the front end just didn't look or feel right.

Softr very easily transforms any complex or non-intuitive UI/UX into a direct, simple, powerful user experience. When we noticed a connectivity issue, Customer Service had the issue corrected in less than 24 hours. Excellent response!

There are only minor connection shortcomings with Softr's connection with Monday.com, Notably notes, tagging, and two-way communication. However, the Softr/Monday.com integration is in its infancy and is an incredibly useful platform.

**What problems is Softr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Softr solves the complexity overload problem that can present when developing a multi-function workflow solution. We have an incredibly complex workflow process that Monday.com manages beautifully, but can be daunting from a UI/UX perspective. Softr alleviates this issue by allow us to display exclusively the information each user needs to be their most effective and efficient.

The learning curve can seem daunting at first, but is offset by the flexibility you have to shape how your data displays in custom ways.

First and foremost would be the GOLD STANDARD support that I've received. The company and their staff are really invested in making sure their users have the best experience and are more than happy to brainstorm a solution to any problem.
Secondly I like how easy the UI and drag and drop functionality works.

**What do you dislike about Softr?**

The company is still new so this isn't a crticism, but I'd like to see more integrations with other platforms and more Zapier triggers/actions.

We have a platform that is not as flexible in what we can achieve and softr bridges that gap by being able to offer a dashboard/portla to our users.

Very good no-code platform and very user-friendly. It took me only 2 days to get the hang of it and my first application was released in just 5 days. I can only recommend softr!

For me, the price is a bit high I find, but considering all the features, it still holds up.

The ease of use. Templates are easy to find and select, WYSIWYG. Nice and fast, too.
I also had a good customer support/tech support query resolved very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Softr?**

The dynamic components, to my knowledge, can't be "updated" directly - you need to collect data from a house, like google sheets. Would be nice if your 3rd party connector tool (e.g Make) could populate the dynamic content directly. Might just be my misuse, though.

**What problems is Softr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're looking to build an internal tool that staff can use for research purposes, using Softr does it in a quicker way than using our internal development resource.
